Hübsche und geräumige zweistöckige Familienwohnung mit Terrasse in einem sehr zentralen Viertel in Haarlem. Der perfekte Ort, um die Stadt zu erkunden

The space

Diese schöne Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Reise in Haarlem. Sie liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum und befindet sich direkt beim Großen Markt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Teylers Museum und der Fluss Spaarne sind gleich um die Ecke.

Wir begrüßen Familien mit maximal 4 Personen (Kinder 12+) oder 1 Paar (25+).

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei stilvolle, luxuriöse Suiten auf verschiedenen Etagen (1. und 2.). Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer neuen und modernen Küche. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Kombi-Mikrowelle/Backofen, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Das Bett im ersten Stock ist ein 180x200 Doppelbett.

Im zweiten Stock befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten (2x 80x200). Es gibt große, helle Dachfenster mit einem besonderen Blick auf die Sterne. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich auch eine separate Toilette.

The neighborhood

Haarlem hat eine perfekte Lage, nur 20 Minuten von Amsterdam entfernt und mit dem Strand als Hinterhof. Es ist nicht verwunderlich, dass die kleine Schwester von Amsterdam sowohl bei Einheimischen als auch bei Besuchern beliebt ist. Von Haarlem aus können Sie den fabelhaften Nationalpark Zuid-Kennemerland, herrliche Landgüter, das Meer und das Erholungsgebiet Spaarnwoude genießen. Nicht zu vergessen der farbenfrohe Bollenstreek (Zwiebelregion) und die Keukenhof-Gärten gleich um die Ecke.

Getting around

Die Anreise nach und um Haarlem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist recht bequem. Der Flughafen Schiphol ist mit dem Zug gut angebunden und Sie brauchen etwa 30 Minuten. Die Hauptstadt Amsterdam und der Strand von Zandvoort sind beide nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir stellen Ihnen eine praktische Website zur Verfügung, um Ihre Route zu planen.

Mit dem Auto ist der Flughafen etwa 20 Minuten und Amsterdam 20 bis 30 Minuten entfernt, abhängig von Ihrem genauen Ziel.

Deze locatie is een absolute aanrader! Super functionele en verrassend sfeervolle inrichting, wat als thuiskomen aanvoelt. De locatie ligt op perfecte afstand voor alle bezienswaardigheden, eetgelegenheden of om de nieuwe aankoopjes even weg te leggen en op adem te komen met een kopje koffie.
De verhuurders zijn uiterst zorgzaam en attent!
Het was geweldig en er viel niets tegen!!!
Voor degene die 'thuis' wil koken is dit niet een geschikte locatie. Het keukentje is bedoeld voor een kleine versnapering zoals een ontbijt/lunch. Dus ook weer heel fijn! Er zijn bovendien tal van goede horeca gelegenheden nabij het appartement, waar je voor het ontbijt, lunch of diner terecht kunt. Vakantie op z'n best!

The host was great. His communication was quick and helpful. He was flexible with us and provided us with excellent information throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and extremely cleaned. You can tell they take pride in their rental home. The location is perfect and very walkable with great restaurants a few steps away. The spiral stairs are not an issue for most, but if you have mobility issues, you might consider checking with the host before booking. I hope to return as this was an outstanding airbnb and the host was just as good. Thank you!

De Host was uitermate gastvrij, en bekend bij veel horeca eigenaren wat ontzettend leuk was! We kregen veel tips waar we leuk en lekker konden eten. En waar we gezellig konden zitten. En hij regelde zelfs een tafeltje voor ons bij een goed aangeschreven restaurant diezelfde avond, waar een fles bubbels voor ons achter stond! Fantastisch!
De Attic is echt een luxe Loft. We waren op city trip om de bloemetjes buiten te zetten en lekker bij te komen. En als ouders van drie jonge kids is zo'n fijne plek waar dit kan meer dan welkom. We komen graag eens terug!

Great apartment in a very central location, friendly and helpful hosts and nice extras provided. Perfect for exploring both Haarlem and Amsterdam.
Because of the very central location there was late night noise from the nearby bars/clubs so we needed to use the ear plugs provided, this was the only downside of our stay.

Logement très bien situé mais attente de 2 heures avant de pouvoir accéder au logement car les propriétaires n’étaient pas disponibles à notre arrivée (18h) après 6h de route nous avons attendu dans le froid et sous la pluie ça ne commençait pas très bien. Concernant la propreté et les équipements il n’y a rien à dire c’est fonctionnel et impeccable, il est juste dommage que le salon se trouve à l’étage ce qui n’engage pas forcément à l’utiliser. Nous avons cependant été gênés par des odeurs surtout le soir (clairement ça sentait les poubelles) nous ne savons pas trop si ça venait des canalisations ou autre. Le propriétaire parfume énormément le logement ( pour masquer un peu les odeurs ?) mais ça ne fait qu’empirer les choses car les parfums sentent très fort et montent très vite au crâne…Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire (peut être même trop…j’ai reçu énormément de mails…) . En bref nous avons cependant passé un excellent séjour malgré quelques couacs.

Paul and Priscilla provided one of the best ABNB experiences we have had. From the ability to check in 90 minutes early so we could make an event for a wedding to how clean and well appointed “The City Attic” is, the experience was Five Stars! Paul even gave our family a ride across town to lend us a hand. True hospitality! Did I mention the location…not sure there is a better location in Haarlem! If we ever make it back, we would book here without hesitation! The online pictures are accurate but we would say they only capture part of the magic. Thank you!

Our stay at The City Attic was wonderful. Paul was extremely helpful and attentive and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The apartment was cozy and creative, and it worked perfectly for our group of three. The immediate area was filled with wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes, and was so charming. We were there during the European Football semi-final game in which the Netherlands played England, and it seemed the entire town of Haarlem was out to cheer their team on. It was so much fun to be a part of. Everything was as described, and I would absolutely stay here again!

You MUST rent this beautifully, artist loc and well appointed apartment. The decor was warm and inviting with so much thought! Tou had everything you needed to live so comfortably down to the one use shower cap! Everything we could need was provided! The location was central to restaurants, boutiques; really everything you could need including the train close-by. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. By far our favorite place to stay on our trip through Europe this summer! We will definitely come back here and have already recommended this amazing home to our friends! Thank you!

Paul was a very gracious host. He nicely offered to pick us up at the train station and helped to carry our bags up the stairs. He provided important info about local sites and conveniences. The location was amazing. Steps from Centraal Square, and only a short walk to the train station. It was not noisy at all, despite the fact that there are tons of great restaurants nearby packed with patrons. Our hosts made us feel at home, like one of the family! A very spacious place with a nice kitchenette including everything one needs for quick meals. The upstairs bedroom with the half bathroom was a lovely.
The only negative thing was the stairs. Our host Paul helped us with our luggage which was very kind and helpful. The circular stair to get to the apartment from the ground floor was tight with suitcases, and as our group isn't young it would have been more challenging without his help. The stairs weren't bad - unless you are an older person lugging suitcases!

This was the perfect place to stay- the hosts were amazing and were excellent about communicating with us at all times. They even allowed us early check in that day which was an immense help to us and we were very grateful. He also drove us to the train station on the day we checked out. Haarlem is really quite central and although we ended up leaving to stay in Amsterdam it certainly would be reasonable to make Haarlem your base point as it is easy to get around the country from there. The area did have some mild noise at night since it was in the middle of the city but earplugs were provided and they helped! Also we loved the location as it was in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants so we were able to get everywhere very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Paul and Priscilla are among the best hosts we've ever met. They are very warm, friendly, helpful and keep good communication with us before and during our stay in Haarlem. A list of useful information was provided upon our arrival. In the middle of our stay, they came to change the sheets and clear the garbage. When we returned to the apartment that night, we were so surprised to find the apartment spotless and tidy. They even washed the dishes we left after breakfast which was supposed to be our own job! They also helped us take the luggage up / down the spiral stairs when checked in and checked out.
The apartment, decorated with Priscilla's paintings, was cozy and comfortable. It's especially a bonus to have 2 toilets in the apartment which is extremely important for a group of 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and making dinners is not a problem. Beds are comfortable and supply of towels and toilet paper are more than enough.
All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our stay in City Attic Haarlem and strong recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam and Haarlem.

If you are visiting Amsterdam, definitely stay in Haarlem and stay in this place. Haarlem is so easy to get into Amsterdam but is really an Amsterdam in miniature without any of the tackiness. This apartment is right in the middle of Haarlem close to all the shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the station. It is so well laid out and comfortable with great amenities. We can't recommend it enough. Our hosts were really responsive and friendly and Pricilla's artwork was amazing.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Stadt und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. I had an exceptional stay at Paul and Jesaja’s Airbnb in Haarlem. They were incredibly responsive and hospitable, providing clear instructions and helpful guides about the property.

The Airbnb itself is wonderfully cozy and aesthetically pleasing, nestled in a picturesque central location. What stood out was the enchanting view of the nearby church/basilica, especially during Christmas when the street was beautifully decorated, adding to the magical feel of the place.

The convenience of a 15-minute train ride to Amsterdam is a significant plus. This property is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here.

Paul and Priscilla were amazing and very helpful. They provided a lot of information about the place and what to do nearby. The check in was flexible and easy.
The place was as in the pictures and more. Cozy and with a lot of things to do nearby. The train station is near and there a lot of restaurants close by too. The place is clean and with a lot of amenities, perfect for a stay during the visit to Amsterdam, the Hagues or Haarlem itself. There are a lot of beautiful paints done by Priscila.

Host collected us from the station, told us a bit about Haarlem, was very welcoming, and carried our bags up the spiral staircase. Apartment was lovely and very central. Haarlem a great place to stay.
The host wanted to charge us extra because he assumed we would be sharing a bed. However if we booked a two bedroom apartment we are entitled to use both bedrooms. We should not have to explain our sleeping arrangements. Be aware of a narrow spiral staircase, though I think this is probably the case in a lot of aparmments.

Wir hatten einen Wundervollen Aufenthalt , die Wohnung ist ein kleines Bijou .Es hat diverse Restaurants in der nähe.Die Lage ist sehr gut ,10 min. zu Fuss bis zum Bahnhof Haarlem.
Paul hat uns herzlich Empfangen und uns alles erklärt inkl. Tipps für Restaurant Besuche.
Paul hat uns am Ende unseres Aufenthalt mit seinem Auto auf den Flughafen gefahren, für ein kleines Entgelt.

The apartment, accommodations and host are great. The owner is very attentive and responsive. Haalem's old center has limited vehicle access but the walk from the train terminal is easy and straightforward. Amsterdam Centraal Station is only 15 minutes from Haarlem by train, and Amsterdam's new Metro makes short work of local transport once you're there.

The only caveat is one that the owner has no control over: the apartment is on a floor above a popular restaurant (with other restaurants on each side), which makes the square loud on Friday and Saturday evening. But the apartment windows are multi-pane and closing them is very effective to reduce the noise.

Can’t say enough about this place. You won’t find a more central location in Haarlem, with great views of the cathedral and innumerable places to eat/drink, etc., all within a <5 minute walk. It is also close to grocery stores. I stayed there with my eldest son, who took the large upstairs area (with its own queen- or king-sized bed, 1/4 bathroom, and sitting area). The hosts are also great. They gave us a bunch of really good local recommendations for places to eat and rent bikes, as well as other relevant information. Initially, I was a little concerned that the “attic” reference in the title would mean lots of stairs and a cramped space, but that wasn’t the case at all. It is super easy to get up to the unit (small staircase), and once you are, there is plenty of room to spread out. If you’re going to be in Haarlem, you will be lucky to book this place.

Nach unserer Ankunft bekamen wir von Paul, dem Vermieter persönlich den Schlüssel inklusive Infos über Apartment und Umgebung. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Lage mitten in Haarlem ist einfach perfekt. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Shops und Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe bzw. max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Restaurants direkt vor dem Apartment haben so ca. bis Mitternacht offen, danach ist es absolut ruhig, auch bei offenem Fenster.
Die Terrasse ist zwar sehr klein, die Aussicht auch nicht berauschend, aber das war auf den Fotos auf der Internetseite auch zu sehen, war aber für uns überhaupt kein Problem, da wir sie kaum bis gar nicht genützt haben.
Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts in Haarlem war der Besuch im De DAKKAS Rooftop Restaurant, wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen und vom wunderbaren Gulpener Oertarwe Blond haben wir nicht nur eines getrunken.
Ich persönlich mag keine Plastikfolie unter dem Bettüberzug, aber gestört hat es auch nicht, sie war kaum merkbar. Ich hatte früher mal in Amsterdam in einem Hotel eine Plastikfolie, die raschelte und knisterte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung, das war damals ärgerlich.

We had a wonderful stay in Harlem at City Attic. It is a loft apartment that was in a perfect spot above a cafe. It is basically a two bedroom with stairs up to the second bedroom loft. There are tons of cafes around and is very close to the city square. Harlem is an adorable town with lots of energy and great restaurants, bakeries, a weekly market and shops. Plus it is very close to Amsterdam. Paul and his lovely wife, Priscilla, have made this apartment impeccable, cozy and lovingly decorated with her artwork. It had a very nice kitchen, air conditioning and comfortable beds. Also there is a bathroom up in the loft area which was super convenient.

There is a small patio which was perfect for an evening with wine and a cheese board.

In addition Paul was always available and is clearly wanting his guests to be completely happy. He did several wonderful things for us. One of our guests fell and hurt her leg and he offered to take us to the Dr. We didn't end up needing those services but I thought it was amazing that he offered his help.

To me this was a great spot and a great host. My only suggestion is to add an upstairs shelf for guests to unpack their folded clothes. There is a nice size hanging rack which is nice.

We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very good choice.
Upon arrival we learned that there is an additional fee to be paid if you booked for two individuals but still plan to use both beds. We had to pay that additional cost in cash on checkout. The owner explained this is because booking.com does not accurately have that information listed when you are booking, so this is more of a suggestion for booking.com than the owner, for purposes of consistency and ease of payment please update site info accordingly

This beautiful home was perfect for exploring the lovely town of Haarlem, but also for travel by train to central Amsterdam.

Heel comfortabel, strak onderhouden appartement met balkon. De locatie is enorm centraal: recht achter de Bavo. Ruim, modern, veel licht, mooi ingericht met klein maar modern keukentje. Vriendelijke mensen.
De centrale locatie komt wel met het nadeel dat het zaterdagavond behoorlijk rumoerig is. Je zit direct boven Proeflokaal In den Uiver en een aantal restaurants. Wij hadden ons erop ingesteld dus voor ons geen enkel probleem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Haarlem and it was truly a wonderful experience! Brilliant location to explore Haarlem (and Amsterdam). Paul was a very helpful host. His property is a perfect place to stay in Haarlem - on the Grote Markt and overlooking St Bavo. The two bedroom flat was faultless. It has all the facilities you would need for a short stay. Haarlem was a revelation. Don't hesitate to stay here rather than Amsterdam. We travelled into Amsterdam twice during our stay (quick 20 minute train ride). Haarlem itself was easy to get to from the airport using the 300 bus. Do not hesitate to make a booking at this property. At some point (when it's warmer) we hope to return to Haarlem & would look for this property first.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was perfect in size and functionality. The television is on a nice wall mounted arm and has miracast capabilities. All facilities were sufficient. The supermarket and railway station are within comfortable walking distance. Apartment comes with plenty of supplies and tools.
Small kitchen, it was hard to properly do the dishes and prepare food. The toilet and bathroom are separated and you cannot flush even toilet paper down it for some reason. Occasionally, there is a weird sewage smell that overwhelms the building but it fades away after 30m to an hour.

We absolutely loved our stay with Paul & Priscilla! They were so communicative leading up to and during our stay. We were welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at home. Spacious and comfortable apartment, with loving details throughout such as original artwork by owner Priscilla (loved the tulip paintings!). Paul is the nicest man you’ll meet in Haarlem, and was so accommodating for my mom and I during our 4-night stay. Easy to get to the train station and hop over to Amsterdam - We loved staying in the charming town of Haarlem instead of the overcrowded, overpriced city of Amsterdam. We vonden de ruimte erg mooi ingericht en het was gelegen op een uitstekende locatie. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host ook heel duidelijk en prettig.
We vonden de douchekop een beetje klein, er kwam niet heel veel water uit. Daarnaast vonden we ondanks dat de locatie wel ideaal was dat je in de avond toch nog wel veel geluiden hoorden van buitenaf.

Loved the arty feel of the apartment & amazing decor, stunning & very cozy. Host was very nice & good communicator via WhatsApp. I personally loved the bed, I was upstairs, where there was two single beds pushed together- my husband didn’t find it comfortable but I did & actually took a pic of the pillow because it’s been ages since I’ve felt so comfortable in a bed. The location of the property genuinely could not have been better, if you walk down the steps you’re very literally in the central square of Haarlem (attached photograph is the view from the downstairs bedroom window). Although we were unfortunately unable to meet Priscilla, Paul has exceptionally hospitable and generous - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is well equipped and beautifully decorated, would definitely stay again.
The only very slight issue (due to no fault of the apartment or the owners) is a slight bad smell, however the utmost effort is made by the owners to eliminate / over this. This, however, is definitely not enough to deter me from wanting to stay again!

Wat een heerlijk appartement midden in het centrum. Alles was schoon en netjes en de inrichting was ontzettend sfeervol.

Eigenaar Paul is een sympathieke en vriendelijke man. Hij heeft ons gastvrij ontvangen, gaf ons prima tips én hij was zelfs zo vriendelijk om ons naar de P+R buiten het centrum te brengen, we we onze auto geparkeerd hadden.

Onder het appartement zit een gezellig tapas restaurant die Paul met hart en ziel runt. Ga daar zeker ook eens eten!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in Haarlem. Super om na het winkelen en wandelen in de duingebieden in de omgeving, neer te strijken op de gezellige patio van het appartement.

Bedankt Paul en Pricilla, voor de gastvrijheid, maar ook voor het openhartige gesprek op de terugrit. Wij wensen jullie het allerbeste en we zullen jullie zeker aanprijzen! 🍀

Mooi ruim appartement midden in het centrum van Haarlem.

Hartelijk welkom geheten door Paul die alles over het appartement goed uitlegde en tips mee gaf voor ons verblijf in Haarlem.

Appartement heeft 2 verdiepingen maar wij hadden genoeg aan 1 verdieping.

Alles is heel schoon en ruim en dat midden in het centrum maar geen last van geluidsoverlast gehad.

Een aanrader voor een paar dagen citytrip Haarlem.

We hebben drie heerlijke dagen in Haarlem gehad. We zijn erg leuk ontvangen en de eigenaar stond altijd voor ons klaar. We konden hem appen of bellen als we hem nodig hadden of vragen hadden. Het appartement is schoon maar ook heel gezellig en leuk ingericht. Tevens zit het midden in het centrum van Haarlem, vlakbij het station waardoor je zo op het strand bent. Dikke vette aanrader. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!

We werden erg gastvrij ontvangen, als we vragen hadden werden deze meteen beantwoord of werd er zelfs iets voor ons geregeld. Contact met de eigenaar was super! De locatie van het appartement is echt geweldig, midden in het centrum, vlakbij het station. Tevens is hun restaurant ook heerlijk! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.
Alles beviel ons. Er is niks slechts te zeggen.

Het was ontzettend gezellig bij Paul en Priscilla. Ze zijn ontzettend gastvrij en we hebben heerlijk bij ze gegeten op het terras van hun restaurant onder het appartement.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, dus je komt niks te kort hier!

Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug!

Super-schönes Apartment, liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet in bester Lage mitten in Haarlem. Paul und Priscilla sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, es hat alles super geklappt mit der Kommunikation. Praktischerweise ist die Tapas-Bar von Paul direkt unter der Wohnung :-).

Die sehr elegante und moderne Einrichtung verleiht einen Wohlfühlfaktor.
Durch die zentrale Lage ist man direkt im Geschehen.
Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in City Attic Haarlem. Geweldige locatie met alle voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Heerlijk appartement met alle comfort en een fijn terras. Gastvrijheid staat bij Paul en Priscilla hoog in het vaandel en we voelden ons meer dan welkom. Graag voor herhaling vatbaar!

This was a fantastic stay! Apartment is quaint and clean. Location is wonderful. It's nice to stay outside of Amsterdam. Paul, the host, was very accommodating to us and his wife, Priscilla, is a fabulous artist. Her artwork is seen all through the apartment. Patio area is charming as well. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in NL. We will share this property. Great experience!

A great apartment and nice hosts. Paul help us taking our big bags upstairs and he even gave us a ride to the trainstation. Harlem is a really charming little city and if you want to go to Amsterdam is only a 15 min ride with train. The apartment is cosy and beautiful, you just have to take in mind the stairs if you have someone old or with mobility problems in the group. Big bags are also a problem with the stairs.
We will definitely come back somewhen in the future

Comfortable, well appointed flat. Host is very friendly and accommodating.
1. Toilet outside the flat door, away from the bathroom.
2. Nice balcony but not allowed to smoke there.
3. Location is in car-free part of town, cannot get taxi to the property.

Apartment right in the centre of Haarlem. Its exactly like it is in the pictures. The attention to detail all around the apartment is beautiful and a real effort is made in order to keep it so clean and beautiful. Beds were super comfy.
Right in the heart of Haarlem so everything is at your doorstep.

Die Lage ist hervorragend - mit dem Zug ist Amsterdam und Zandvoort innerhalb kurzer Zeit sehr gut zu erreichen. sehr schöne Einkaufsstraßen sind in Haarlem vorhanden und auch herrliche Restaurants. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns alles genau erklärt und uns bei vielen Sachen unterstützen können. In dem Appartement fehlt es an nichts, über Fernseher, Küchengeräte, Föhn und Regenschirmen ist alles vorhanden. Ein sehr guter Tipp des Vermieters war das Frühstück in dem danebenliegenden Hotel um 17,50 € das zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus und ist sehr gemütlich.
Da das Apartment direkt im Zentrum liegt und viele Gastgärten auch bei schlechtem Wetter besucht werden, ist es bis in die frühen Morgenstunden immer sehr laut - am besten Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen mitnehmen. Auch die zwei Schlafzimmer sind räumlich nicht durch eine Türe getrennt, daher ist Privatsphäre ein bisschen schwierig. Auch die Dusche muss geteilt werden.

We stayed 4 nights at City Attic in Haarlem in mid September. My wife and stayed with my parents and there was lots of room for 4 people. Located right in middle of old Haarlem , above Paul’s tapas bar, which is fantastic for site seeing and walking to any other restaurants. Main train station is under a 10 minute walk. Paul is a natural amazing host and made our stay even better with his assistance, knowledge of the area and hospitality. We would definitely stay there again. thanks Paul!

My friend and I enjoyed a short stay in Haarlem and loved the place and the City Attic apartment.

We stayed at City Attic for 6 nights. Everything about this place was awesome. Paul met us and showed is around the room explaining things about the room and the area. Paul was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome . He left some beer in the fridge and gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday. He messaged a couple if times to see if we needed anything and even drove us to the airport. His wife Prissilla has her art work in the rooms and they were amazing. You won't find a better place to stay. The tapa bar is also amazing

check in was smooth! We had a flight delay and come in about 12 hours later then expected time. we finally made it to the house around midnight and Paul stayed around and waited untill we showed up so he could check us in. He looked super tired but made sure we got settled in properly.

Was excellent, both Paul and Priscilla got back to any questions or needs very quickly!
location:
excellent! close to the station, in the center next to st. Bavo church.
lots of cafes and restaurants to be enjoyed (including Paul's tapas bar)

Haarlem was amazing! like a little Amsterdam, very enjoyable time we had. (But less tourists and weed shops)

overall our stay was great and we highly recommend staying here!

El apartamento de Priscilla y Paul está decorado con estilo y mucho gusto. Muy bien ubicado si desea alojarse en Haarlem o como nosotros que buscamos una opción fuera de Ámsterdam (se llega a Ámsterdam en 15 minutos en tren). Desde el aeropuerto es muy sencillo de llegar en tren o en bus. Definitivamente si algún día vuelvo a Ámsterdam me volvería a hospedar en este hermoso apartamento. Nota: no deje de ir al restaurante Pinchos justo abajo del apartamento.
