Positive: La ubicación, cerca de la playa Había juguetes de playa y dejamos allí otros nuestros Un apartamento amplio, cocina grande Negative: Ruido por la noche La chica que vino a dar las llaves se presentó media hora más tarde de la acordada NO estaba limpio: manchas marrones en las sábanas, en una manta también, algodones desmaquillantes en el cuarto de baño…

Würde jederzeit wiederkommen
Positive: Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht für einen schönen Urlaub. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein Katzensprung zum Strand. Promenade vor der Haustür. Negative: Sehr enge Tiefgarage, im Hauptbad kam das Wasser immer viel zu heiss und der Abfluss war etwas verstopft. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln, war alles perfekt.

A fantastic Beach apartment close to an excellent beach but limited supermarkets nearby
Positive: The property is located located a few 100 meters from the main beach and was superbly equipped and furnished. Large rooms that were comfortable to use. The kitchen was exceptional, but as we were on vacation we did not use. One room and an ensuite shower facility whilst the master bedroom had a separate bathroom next door. Large comfortable balcony as well that got the later afternoon sun. There is a shared pool on the roof that we used a few times, but mainly used the beach facilities. There is a bus stop immediately outside the apartment but no bus timetable was at the bus stop or provided at the property Negative: The location is approximately 25 minutes walk to the Marina and a little further to the old town. This is an easy walk on boardwalk but meant that every morning we had to walk to get a coffee as there was no coffee facilities open near by. The kitchen is superbly equipped but there is no local supermarket or mini market nearby so we walked to Lidl to get the water and other holiday essentials. We did walk back but Uber is readily available. The sun loungers by the pool wee old and not at all comfortable so we went to the beach instead

Positive: No comment Negative: We had to pick up the key in another location and it was very confusing. The keys could have been left in a lock box in the apt. The taxi could not find the the location of where the keys were. I kept calling the host and was not helpful at all . Also the tv in the living room did not work and call but nobody showed up to fix it.

Positive: El clima de la zona es extraordinario La ubicacion de la vivienda es buena si te gusta mucho la playa, pero el pueblo queda algo alejado. Negative: Para acceder a la playa hay que cruzar a pie una via de tren, pero sin mayor problema. Las duchas del apartamento no regulan correctamente la temperatura y provocaba problemas durante la ducha ( subidas o bajadas drasticas de temperatura).

Positive: Die Ausstattung und Größe des Apartments sind wunderbar, ebenso die Nähe zum Strand. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Rooftop-Pool mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Negative: Ein bisschen kompliziert war self-check-in am Sonntag... Aber es hat alles geklappt...

This two bedroom apartment has a cozy and liveable feel. We stayed here for 6 days and it felt like being at home. The rooms had unique qualities to them so both of us got great rooms! The beach is at walking distance and the balcony and bedroom view will encourage one to walk down there. The additional amenities were perfect for a Sunday check-in. The team were responsive to our requests and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place!

Sehr großräumiges Appartement wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Große Küche und gute Ausstattung. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick auf das Meer. Den Pool auf der Dachterrasse haben wir wegen der Witterung nicht genutzt, ist aber im Hochsommer sicher eine tolle Sache. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Carolina und einfacher Check-In sowie Check-Out. Das Appartement machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Die Garage haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Einparken dort mit größeren Autos doch etwas schwierig erschien und zudem hatte man auf der Straße vor dem Haus genug Möglichkeiten zum Parken. Das Doppelbett war für unsere alten Knochen leider etwas zu hart. Die Nachtruhe war dank der ruhigen Umgebung nicht gestört. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung sicher wieder buchen.

Good size apartment, lovely big balcony, comfortable, we enjoyed it.
Positive: Very large apartment in a great location with views over Meia Praia beach. Well equiped, maintained to a very high standard & not a speck of dust in sight. Negative: The keys to enter the gated area & the apartment were very difficult to operate. A minor point only for us, although this could be an issue for older guests

Anúncio enganoso, não tinha lugar de estacionamento. Dizia apartamento inteiro, mas tinha 1 quarto fechado e dois armários com 2 portas fechadas, o que reduzia a arrumação. Limpeza da cozinha muito má. Paguei taxa de limpeza e o resultado foi péssimo. Demasiadas subcontratação de empresas e empurram as responsabilidades uns para os outros.
