Die Beach Villa wurde im Juni 2021 komplett renoviert - eine atemberaubende und luxuriöse Villa direkt am Martinhal Strand mit großem Garten & Pool.
The space
Diese wunderschöne Villa direkt am Strand von Martinhal wurde im Juni 2021 komplett renoviert, um unseren Gästen maximalen Komfort und Luxus zu bieten. Die Villa verfügt über ein separates Wohnzimmer mit großem Smart-TV und ein Esszimmer mit großem Tisch direkt daneben. Es gibt eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche nach modernstem Standard mit Esstisch und ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Old-School-Arcade-Spielmaschine mit verschiedenen Spielen und viel Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen.
Und als ob der Innenraum nicht schon einladend genug wäre, verfügt das Haus über mehrere geräumige Terrassen, die mit den Schlafzimmern verbunden sind, sowie über einen großen Garten mit privatem Pool. Eine Poolheizung kann auf Wunsch gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr angeboten werden. Kinderschutzgitter werden auf Anfrage ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Genießen Sie die warmen Abende an der Algarve am gemütlichen Esstisch oder in der Lounge-Ecke im Schatten des großen Baumes, der diese Ecke des gepflegten Gartens überragt.
Die Villa verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und zusätzliche Schlafsofas im Game Room:
- 2 Doppelschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Bad
- 2 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock mit eigenem Bad
- 1 Etagenbett-Zimmer im zweiten Stock (für zwei Kinder)
- 2 Sofabetten im Game Roomr im Erdgeschoss
Die Villa bietet Platz für maximal 8 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder unter 12 Jahren. Bitte setzen Sie sich mit uns in Verbindung, um die Größe Ihrer Gruppe zu bestätigen. Gruppen von Erwachsenen müssen 30+ sein. Partys sind in dieser Villa grundsätzlich nicht erlaubt.

Die Villa haben Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts ganz für sich allein.

The neighborhood
Die Villa befindet sich in Martinhal, einem luxuriösen Urlaubsort in der Nähe von herrlichen Stränden, großartigen lokalen Fischrestaurants und einigen der besten Surfspots (berühmt bei weltbekannten Surfern!).

The house was just what we were looking for and reflects the advert no doubt.
The only down side was the wind but that's to be expected in Sagres and definitely not something the team could've affected for us. :p

The games room (pool table / arcade game machine) and the lovely pool were a big hit with all. The pool was a good size and had plenty of loungers around for all of us (although we spent most of our time at the amazing beaches). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.
Would definitely recommend eating at the Three Little Birds in Sagres and ice creams from Alice Gelateria. Amazing sunsets at Farol do Cabo de Sao Vicente where everyone stands on the cliff and watches the sun go down.
Our stay at Sagres was quite windy, but a short drive to Lagos took us to more amazing beaches which were less windy.
Would definitely go back!

The location is excellent with 2 beach restaurants nearby, and many other restaurants and shops just 5 min drive away in town.
The management property was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions or any issues (we had a sink issue and the plumber arrived within 2 hours to fix it).
Highly recommend this peaceful beach stay!
