Situated on the edge of the Vale da Telha urbanization, this magnificent four bedroom villa emerges, with privileged views of Monchique, and a beautiful valley of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park which sits in front of the house. Surrounded by a green hedge providing great privacy, and a beautiful garden, consisting of a pleasant south facing pool with excellent sun exposure all day, and with cork oaks and some fruit trees, giving a tranquil feeling of being at a rural farm.
On the upper level of the house, we find a modest entrance hall, with access to the huge living room, equipped with a feature fireplace with woodburner. From the living room we have access to the large fully equipped kitchen, which has a door to a covered porch where there is the barbecue and the south facing swimming pool. From the living room there is a staircase that gives access to the lower level of the house with an extra bedroom & bathroom, and a corridor that leads to the three large bedrooms on the top level, one of them with ensuite bathroom, with the other two sharing a bathroom with bathtub with relaxing jets. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage.

This villa is all yours during your stay for optimal privacy and space! On the lower level of this building their is an private apartment which is being rented out separately with it's own entrance and the garden is separated too!

Our sunny villa is located on the outskirts of Aljezur, offering you a quiet, private space without being in the middle of nowhere.
Vale de Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day to day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is located right in the middle between famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale de Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.
Transit
From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale de Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
