This 3 bed, 3 bath private townhouse with garden & patio is just 5 minutes by foot from the beach and the main street with restaurants and shops. The house is part of a quiet residential area and perfect for families with children that like to visit this beautiful area.
The space
This perfectly located townhouse has all you can wish for during your holiday. The owners use the house themselves when they are in town so it is fully equipped and comfortable. It sleeps up to 7 persons in 3 bedrooms which are all located on the first floor:
- Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and balcony
- Double bedroom with patio and shared bathroom in the hallway
- family room with small double and single bed (sleeps up to 3) and shared bathroom in the hallway
Downstairs you will find the spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a beautiful garden with a small dining table at the front of the house and spacios patio with a big dining table and built-in BBQ at the back.
The house is perfect for families and we are happy to welcome infants and children. Do please note that there are stairs inside the house without safety gates.

The neighborhood
This townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is right behind the town center of Sagres, with it's many restaurants and shops. You can walk to the beach (Praia da Mareta) and center within 5 minutes. The big supermarket is 5-10 minutes walking. Beliche beach and the Cabo de São Vicente ('end of the world') are just a few minutes by car.
Getting around
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres, but to get around a hire car is recommended. You can park for free in the streets next to the house.

If the host didn’t respond fast enough, there was a hotline you could call - they helped us through two problems or ours.

1) sabanas sucias
2) sin luz eléctrica en el baño principal
3) sin ducha en el baño en suite
4) sin conexión wifi
Al día siguiente se apersono gente de servicio d la empresa y solucionaron todos los problemas. Sin embargo el wifi era inestable, y no llegaba a las habitaciones del 1er piso.
Más allá de todos los contratiempos la casa está muy bien ubicada y es amplia para cuando son varias personas.

U.a. sind alle Wasserhähne und Duschen verkalkt, so dass Wasser nur spärlich fliest, aber alles andere nur nicht warm wird, geschweige denn heiß.
Die Haustür, inzwischen notdürftig repariert, war mehr als eine Woche weder auf- noch abschließbar.
Wände sind feucht, Putz fällt ab.
Mangelnde Hygiene! Viele Schränke riechen muffig. In einem Schlafzimmer unerträglicher alter Schweißgeruch.
Geschirr schlecht abgewaschen. In der Spüle noch Essensreste von Vormietern.
Geschirr, Küchen- und Hausausstattung zusammengesucht, teilweise angebrochen. U.a. von 6 Terrassenstühlen waren 2 angebrochen und dementsprechend nicht nutzbar.
Dies sind nur ein paar Dinge, die uns den Aufenthalt in dem Haus vermiest haben.

-Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer.

Negatives :
Die Kaffeemaschine (als Inventar angegeben) sollte bei der Größe/Anzahl der Gäste eine richtige Maschine sein. Gemeinsames Kaffee trinken war mit dem mokka kocher sehr schwierig und mühsam Vorallem nach dem benutzen extrem heiß und nicht direkt nutzbar.
- Im ganzen Haus gab es keine Schlüssel, vorallem in den Badenzimmern ist dies unausweichlich!
- in der Beschreibung stand Parken auf dem Grundstück sei möglich, as Tor war allerdings verschlossen. Mit 3 Autos war es nicht immer möglich auf der Straße zu parken, sehr schade weil ein leererer privater Parkplatz nicht nutzbar war.
Das Haus ist sehr "Hellhörig"!!bauartbedingt
Kann der Vermieter daran natürlich nichts ändern.
Die Garten Möbel waren leider sehr instabil und es kam fast zu Verletzungen.
In der Summe ist das Haus sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist Perfekt.
