The space
This lovely 1-bedroom apartment is centrally situated in the renowned marina of Vilamoura, with its trendy bars and restaurants. The marina is perfect for a gentle stroll in the winter sun or something livelier during the summer months. There is something to suit everybody.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a substantial living area with a sleeping sofa and a dining area. From there you can go to the cosy little balcony overlooking the marina of Vilamoura, perfect to rewind after a long day at the golf course, enjoying the beach or strolling in the marina.

The neighborhood
Just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the apartment, you have the famous Falesia beach, one of the best beaches in the Algarve. It stretches from Vilamoura to the popular resort of Olhos de Agua, situated near Albuferia.
Just 5 minutes from Vilamoura is Quarteira, a Portuguese coastal town with its' long sandy beach, backed by tall white buildings. The original fishing community remains, and freshly caught fish is served at eateries along the palm-lined promenade of Avenida Infante de Sagres. Quarteira's weekly market has stalls selling items such as handbags and clothing.
This apartment is situated in the centre of the Algarve, giving you perfect access to explore. The popular Aquashow theme park is just a short drive from the condo in Quarteira.
If you come to the Algarve regularly or if it's your first time, this is the perfect place for you to relax or explore some of the beautiful Portuguese cultures.
Getting around
Buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decide not to hire a car, a bus stop close to the apartment will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.

The location is good, actually on the Marina.
It was clean and tidy.
The bed was comfortable and linen nice.
The kitchen was well equipped other than no oven.
It is generally tired (1980s) and needs a refresh. The sofa had a peculiar smell and could probably do with being replaced.
We stayed in December and it was cold as there is no heating and the kitchen in particular is very cold as predominantly glass so the living area consequently becomes cold too when the sun goes down.
There is a hob and microwave but no oven for baking pizzas etc.
It is situated immediately above a children’s play area with coin operated machines so could be noisy when they are used at night.

The noise levels made it impossible to sleep .. the noise from the pub outside the bedroom window at the weekend kept me awake until 2am..
the noise from the living room was excessive every night until 2m and the most unacceptable was that who ever was occupying the adjacent and above apartments were pulling chairs and tables across a stone floor all night and until 6am every night..
then aroubd 7am one of the other apartment occupiers was clinking aroubd in heels on the stone floors for at least an hour every morning.. the apartment is extremely noisey. I asked the host about this before accepting the keys and was told it was quiet.. this was a complete rip off and I had real trouble sleeping . It was a disgrace and a waste of hard earned money.. I would not recconend this apartment to anyone due to the noise..

Located on the Marina but far enough removed from the noisiest bars
Bathroom is a little dated but everything functioned perfectly. Some late night noise from surrounding bars/hotels but didn’t impact our sleep at night.

Beautiful view of the marina, and a nice distance from the bars so the nights were quiet. Only 5 minute walk from the beach.
A lot of different varieties of restaurants and cafes.
Only issue was the bed was a little too short, otherwise everything was good.

Needs a general upgrade.
Electrics kept tripping if appliances of more than 1kw were being used at the same time.
Water pressure to shower was poor.

Il bagno è vecchio con piastrelle rotte, il soffione doccia non funziona, le chiusure di lavello e bidet non funzionano, la tenda per fare la doccia è scomodissima…riassumendo sarebbe buona cosa rifare totalmente il bagno.
La mammerà da letto non è grande ma sufficiente per inserire un letto matrimoniale da 160x200 e non quello esistente che è da 140 con un materasso vecchio e scomodo.
Il mobile dedicato a scope e attrezzi per la pulizia sono molto disordinati, si consiglia di inserire uno scaffale e tenerli in ordine

pěkně zařízený apartmán, dostatek nádobí v kuchyni
příjemné posezení na balkónu s pěkným výhledem
spousta restaurací v kolí
postele v apartmánu byly dost malé a ne moc pohodlné (zejména dvojlůžko v obývacím pokoji)
klimatizace byla společná pro oba pokoje a jelikož nebyla pevně nainstalovaná, museli jsme ji mít stále u pootevřených balkonových dveří, kam jsme si sami upevňovali vývod teplého vzduchu, také byla hodně hlučná

The bathroom, tiles are cracked and old on the bath, shower mat could have been cleaner. + portable machine for air conditioning wasn’t working properly (hot air coming from the back of it!!

The write up mentions an oven so I bought food to cook in it but actually there is only a hob and microwave for cooking on so my pizzas didn't turn out so good! Also the duvet in the main bedroom for the double bed was too small. It didn't even cover the edges of the bed. This resulted in a tug of war each night with my husband so our sleep was a bit disturbed as a result.

O apartamento é muito quente. Tinha apenas uma ventoinha , o que não era suficiente. A Tv da sala era suposto ter Netflix, YouTube, mas não conseguimos acessar nada, nem mesmo canais normais. A tv do quarto não tinha nem mesmo antena. Não funciona.
