The neighborhood
The townhouse is located in a calm neighbourhood at the entrance of Sagres town. The house is 400 m from the Intermarché supermarket; 400m from the restaurant "Meridian"; the surf shop 400 m; the bicycle rental shop 400 m; 1000m from the centre of Sagres (Pharmacy, Market, shops, restaurants, bars, health centre, post office, etc.)
Getting around
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres (the nearest bus stop at 100 m from the bus stop (Sagres- Sítio do Poço), but to get around,d a hire car is recommended. You can park one car in the private parking spot in front of the house. Further shared parking spots are available.
By car, it's 15 km to the "Golf Santo António" course, 30 km to Lagos, 50 km to the "Slide & Splash" water park, 90 km to Faro airport, 350 km to Lisbon airport and 350 km to Seville.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das Geschirr, das bei unserer Ankunft teilweise verschmutzt war. Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten, wurde jedoch umgehend reagiert und das Problem schnell behoben – der Service war wirklich top!
Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

if you wanna cook for a family, it’s got limited cooking facilities, but overall was great.
The support is really fantastic, we managed to lock ourselves out, & they came to our rescue really fast and without any problems. Fantastic service, thanks so much.

La villa non è una villa !
Tapparella di una delle camere all’arrivo rotta segnalato nessuno si è presentato ad aggiustarla non abbiamo mai potuto arieggiare la camera , stess camera aveva lampadario con fili staccati dal soffitto , materassi scomodi di scarsa qualità , dicano con macchie ben visibili , piscina sporca e con muro in degrado , stendi panni arrugginito, utensili cucina pochi nemmeno uno scola pasta di plastica , lavastoviglie con calcare speso 400 eur a notte un furto !!!!

Villa was zoals beschreven! Tuin was netjes bijgehouden en de bedden lagen goed. Echter was het huisje helaas niet zo schoon en stond er vieze vaat in de kastjes.
Ook de badkamers hadden wat schoner gekund, en zou er wat groter onderhoud gepleegd mogen worden om het voor het zicht weet netjes en fris te laten ogen.
Overal prima verblijf.

Wir waren vier Erwachsene, dazu muss man allerdings wissen, dass ein Zimmer wesentlich kleiner ist und auch ein kleineres Bad hat.
Für den Garten würde ich einen großen Sonnenschirm empfehlen, da die Sonne am Morgen sehr warm wird und ein Frühstück im Garten vor allem im Hochsommer unmöglich macht. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings mit etwas wenig Geschirr ausgestattet (genau 4 große Teller 4 tiefe Teller, 4 Müslischalen, ect…) Die Messer sind nicht die besten und es gibt genau einen Topf und eine Pfanne. Die Spülmaschine müsste dringend gerichtet werden, sie hat das Geschirr nicht sauber bekommen.
Die Bettwäsche war sauber, aber leider viel zu groß für die Betten und Bettdecken, so dass wir jeden Morgen gekämpft haben, das Bett zu richten.
Alles in allem würden wir aber gerne wiederkommen.

Het huisje was netjes en voldeed aan al onze wensen.
De communicatie met Rental Valley verliep zeer vlotjes.
Wij komen zeker terug indien we in de streek zijn.

Verbessern kann man die Ausstattung der Küche, z.B. 1 Topf und eine Pfanne ist ein bisschen wenig.
Der Grill muss unbedingt erneuert werden.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Con’s: We had issues finding the location (2 different addresses and map directions leading to different places, also the description of where our own villa is located was wrong). Calling customer service was useless, no one picked up. Communicating via a messaging app, as listed on the checkin instructions, was still very delayed (although they mention responding within a few minutes, it took close to 20 min to hear back - by the. We were able to find the villa, not where they mentioned it would be in the checkin instructions).
All in all, it was a good experience.

Die Villa ist zauberhaft, perfekt für zwei Personen. Aber leider etwas verwohnt und man sieht dies deutlich an den Möbeln und der Einrichtung. Dennoch war die Wohnung, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, sauber, hell und freundlich.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier und die Lage ist trotz Hauptstraße perfekt, um von dort aus zu allen Spots der Algarve zu starten.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement tres propre, lumoneux et fonctionnel.
Le climat de sagres est idéal avec des enfants en bas âge. Supermarché à côté.

l extérieur est très appréciable avec sa terrasse et sa piscine.
environnement calme, parfait pour se reposer.
par contre l adresse indiquée sur l annonce est fausse. le logement ne se situe pas " Rua do martinhal" mais avant d entrer à Sagrès, sur la N268.
