The neighborhood
Within just a 5-minute stroll from the apartment lies the Marina area, where you'll find everything you need for a fantastic stay, including a variety of restaurants, bars with live music, and a supermarket.

With its breathtaking cliffs and picturesque town centre, we highly recommend experiencing them from the water with a boat, kayak, or SUP tour. And with great food, friendly people, and a range of water sports activities like surfing and sailing, there's something for everyone in this coastal paradise. Getting around
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport, and car rental is available in the airport's parking lot. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast), but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can quickly get around without a car, and there are plenty of taxis and Uber's available, but if you want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Etwas ruhiger, aber fußläufig zur Stadt. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke oder man fährt mit dem Auto ca. 5min zu Lidl. Rental Valley war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben schnell geantwortet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben Sie uns auch einmal neue Pfannen etc. vorbeigebracht, da die vorhandene kaputt war.
Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Von der Ausstattung her ist alles in Ordnung. In der Küche fehlt es an Pfannen und auch eine Kaffeemaschine sollte noch hinzugefügt werden.
Einziges Mankon waren die vielen Mücken. Hier macht es für den Betreiber ggf. Sinn in Vorrichtungen an den Türen und Fenstern zu investieren.

Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz vor der Anlage gefunden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und in die Stadt sind es fußläufig nur 20 Minuten.
Die Straße vor der Tür ist leider etwas störend wenn man lärmempfindlich ist.
Der Vermieter war immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Verbesserungsvorschlag:
Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein und die kaputte Pfanne mal ausgetauscht werden.
Wir würden wieder her kommen.

No air-con and only one fan in the apartment. Dishwasher was broken as per previous feedback and was quite dangerous with small kids as it fell out of the wall numerous times. Requested extra towels but did not get a response from the host which was disappointing.

There were however a few issues with the washing machine and microwave/oven. Despite this, whenever we had an issue the team was more than willing to help.
