We were so sad to leave our 'home' after 7 weeks. The house had everything we could need and many homely touches to welcome us, such as LPs and a player and a Christmas hamper! Our daily delight was to lunch on the upper balcony in the sun with the neighbourhood domestic pigeon flocks circling for their exercise. The kitchen was well laid out and supplied to cater for ourselves. The wifi was good and supported our work without interruptions. The management we're really quick and clear in replying to our questions and requests.Tavira is a delight and we enjoyed meeting locals and new residents, long walks, the nearby gym, municipal pool, the coastal birdlife and the beaches. Spain is so close too for day trips.

The property was well-located within walking distance of the old town. It was very clean and had everything you could require for a comfortable stay. The heating system worked well on all three levels. The third-level living area with an outdoor terrace was especially nice for reading and cocktails. The master bedroom was a bit tight but the second bedroom gave us sleeping options. The three flights of stairs kept us in shape!

Great central location for our stay inTavira. The house was a good size for myself and partner and 2 friends. Lots of stairs so not sure how suitable it would be with young children or the elderly, but as adults, it was perfect and having the roof terrace was great for breakfast and drinks etc in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Schönes Stadthaus in toller Lage, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und an der Fähre, die zu der vorgelagerten Insel führt. Die Dachterrasse war wunderbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Tavira.

La ubicacion En la casa había una serpiente. Estuvimos 2 días con puertas y ventanas cerradas, todos los desagües, los inodoros ....Los bomberos tuvieron que venir 2 veces y mientras tanto en casa encerrados esperando por ellos. El segundo día la sacaron pero como en el terreno de detrás de la casa había un terral nos dijeron que todo cerrado porque podían entrar más. Fue un infierno. Nos estropearon las vacaciones. Además íbamos con una niña pequeña. El check-in un desastre. Rellenamos un formulario de lo más exhaustivo en el q quedaba constancia de la hora d entrada y nos tiramos una hora llamando a un montón de teléfonos hasta q por fin conseguimos la contraseña del cajetín. La limpieza para 99€ q cobran por estancia, la justita. Antes de utilizar cada el menaje de la cocina había q lavarlo porque estaba sucio o mal lavado. El tema de la electricidad un despropósito. Todo lleno de alargadores lo cual es un peligro sobre todo yendo con niños. ........ Con todo esto, solicitamos un cambio de alojamiento y no se nos dio ninguna solución.

We had a great stay at the townhouse, it was the perfect base for a few days exploring Tavira. It is located in a quiet area just a short walk to the centre of town. The townhouse itself is quirky and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We liked that it had a loo on every floor and the upstairs balcony was our favourite for sitting out when the weather allowed.

Beautiful house in center of Tavira. We loved our stay here. Unfortunately we could not take full advantage of the terrace as we had poor weather, but it looked lovely. Very clean and well decorated. Quiet street but only steps away from the main sights in Tavira.
Unfortunately, we did encounter a plumbing issue which limited us from using one of the bathrooms for the remainder of our stay.
That being said, we would stay here again!

Great place - lovely decorated and great to have the upstairs living space and roof terrace. Walking distance to the main centre, handy mini mark and bakery just around the corner. One thing to note - it's not small child friendly due to the varnished stairs. And check in - there was a critical piece of information missing, where the key box was actually located. Need to include that in the instructions as it's hidden away

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great space for 2 adults or young family due to the size of the living area. Great outdoor spaces, very private. We ued the outdoor patios daily, particularly the 3rd floor one which was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked often. Great location, quiet, but just on the edge of one of the town's two squares. Easy walking to everything. The hosts were very responsive. There is a bathroom on each floor. Two of which are a bit ackward to use due to the space and/or layout.
