We spent lots of time on the roof terrace in the evenings when getting ready to go out, it's really nice up there and was a definite highlight.
The bedroom was really cosy and had a working AC which was a must in the June heat.
The location was great. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tavira, with a small supermarket located directly opposite. Convenient for getting little bits we needed for the house.
The host was also super friendly whenever we had a query. I'd absolutely stay here again!

We found the lower floors a little musty, but opening the windows really helped.

Access to the upper floors is via the most amazing wooden stairs that winds through the centre of the unit.
The next floor is where the two bedrooms are and a tight but functional bathroom. The main bedroom is snug but quiet with a cozy bed and also has a small balcony for private coffee in the morning.
The top floor has a large sitting room, a large front balcony, a bathroom with a small shower, and a back balcony.
Overall it is a very nice location with multi level living. It is within easy walking distance to many services including groceries and restaurants.
It’s a bit quirky but well worth it.

Nos gustaría mencionar que nuestros huéspedes reciben una guía de alquiler 7 días antes de la llegada, que incluye instrucciones detalladas sobre dónde encontrar las llaves. לצערנו לא עבד המזגן בחדר של הילדים והקשה על השהות שלנו , הבית נבחר בגלל המזגנים כי המחיר יחסית יקר
מכונת הכביסה גם לא היתה תקינה וגם זה משהו שבנינו עליו במהלך הטיול שלנו

En la casa había una serpiente. Estuvimos 2 días con puertas y ventanas cerradas, todos los desagües, los inodoros ....Los bomberos tuvieron que venir 2 veces y mientras tanto en casa encerrados esperando por ellos. El segundo día la sacaron pero como en el terreno de detrás de la casa había un terral nos dijeron que todo cerrado porque podían entrar más.
Fue un infierno. Nos estropearon las vacaciones. Además íbamos con una niña pequeña.
El check-in un desastre. Rellenamos un formulario de lo más exhaustivo en el q quedaba constancia de la hora d entrada y nos tiramos una hora llamando a un montón de teléfonos hasta q por fin conseguimos la contraseña del cajetín.
La limpieza para 99€ q cobran por estancia, la justita. Antes de utilizar cada el menaje de la cocina había q lavarlo porque estaba sucio o mal lavado.
El tema de la electricidad un despropósito. Todo lleno de alargadores lo cual es un peligro sobre todo yendo con niños.
........
Con todo esto, solicitamos un cambio de alojamiento y no se nos dio ninguna solución.

Die Wohnung war für einen Aufenthalt im März eher ungeeignet. Im Sommer ist sie bestimmt angenehm kühl und schattig.

Close to good restaurants (Cantina do emigrante, te Maria), the boot to the island and a rentalstore for bikes. Enjoyed staying there very much.

Unfortunately, we did encounter a plumbing issue which limited us from using one of the bathrooms for the remainder of our stay.
That being said, we would stay here again!

We ued the outdoor patios daily, particularly the 3rd floor one which was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked often. Great location, quiet, but just on the edge of one of the town's two squares. Easy walking to everything.
The hosts were very responsive.
There is a bathroom on each floor. Two of which are a bit ackward to use due to the space and/or layout.
