The space
We are happy to welcome you into our 2 bedroom family home, located in one of the most popular green and quiet residential neighborhoods of Zandvoort. The house has been renovated at the beginning of 2023 and includes all the luxuries you can ask for during your stay. It is tastefully furnished, comfortable and light. Including secure private parking garage! A rare find in this town.
You have a fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can prepare breakfast, lunch or an extensive dinner. You do not have to wash off afterwards because there is a dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a 4 burner induction cooktop, microwave-oven combination, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric water kettle and some other convenient devices.
The house is perfect for families or a group up to 7 persons (if agreed on house rules):

The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there like DTM, Historic Grand Prix and of course Formula 1. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes. Zandvoort train station is a 10 minute walk from the house. Bus stops are within a 2 minutes walk. So you don't need a car when staying at our house.

The bedroom windows are right on a main road which makes it scary to leave open at night but it was also so hot you needed the windows open. No fans provided and only one living room window opens. We had a family emergency and we weren’t allowed to cancel.

Thank you for your feedback, and of course also for staying at our place. I’d like to take a moment to respond, also for the benefit of future guests who may read this.
Regarding the comment "Smaller than expected": we understand that expectations can vary, but to help guests prepare, we’ve included an exact floor plan with measurements in the photo section. Maybe you've missed this?
On the crib and high chair: I saw that you requested both, and I’m glad our agency confirmed this for you. It’s true they didn't promise to set them up in advance, but I absolutely understand how that could have been a nice gesture. I’ll share that feedback with them. That said, when I visited you the first evening to check if everything was okay, I personally set up the high chair for you and at that time you mentioned everything else was fine.
About ventilation and the heat: it was around 23°C during the day and cooled down to under 19°C at night during your stay. We also always advise guests to open the windows in the living room and bedrooms for ventilation, or to leave the door open — since the garden gate can be securely locked. If you had messaged me, I could have brought over a fan within minutes — they’re stored in the attic and available upon request. I always encourage guests to WhatsApp or call me for anything they need; we live next door and are happy to help quickly like I explained you in person the first evening.
Regarding the bedroom windows facing the street: the area is very safe, and the windows have shutters. These can be used for both privacy and airflow — even partially closed, they still allow for ventilation.
Concerning the family emergency and the cancellation request: you reached out three days before check-in, which unfortunately falls within the strict cancellation policy — this is clearly visible when booking. I know this can be frustrating, but our agency explained that exceptions are difficult to make, especially because such reasons are sometimes used by guests to cancel last-minute for unrelated motives. In any case, I’m glad you were eventually able to enjoy a few days in Zandvoort despite the situation.
Lastly, about the bathroom layout: I’m a bit unclear on the issue with the toilet and door. You're welcome to message me privately to clarify — we always aim to improve where possible.
All in all, I truly wish you had reached out during your stay — most things could have been resolved quickly and easily. Still, thank you for visiting, and I hope you had some lovely moments during your time in Zandvoort.

This was a great stay for us with 3 young children. We enjoyed the easy check in, the kitchen with everything we needed to make meals, the blackout blinds, the washing machine and dryer, walking distance to a nice supermarket, beach nearby, short drive to Keukenhof and easy to reach Amsterdam by train. Leider konnten wir die Heizung nicht höher stellen, denn uns war es zu kalt. Wir hatten Kontakt mit der Agentur, die schnell reagiert hat. Die Temperatur wurde jedoch nicht höher gestellt. Ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer kann nicht komplett geschlossen werden, was natürlich für die Raumtemperatur positiv ist.

This home away from home abode of Heidinga’s is a cosy place. The place is around 2-4 minutes walking distance from the bus stop; 10-12 minutes of walking distance from the Metro station; and one can reach the beach in 15-20 minutes from here (local transport +walking). The house is fully equipped for all your important needs and Vincent, the Host was extremely approachable and warm. He extended prompt solves and help whenever we needed it during our stay. The hosts were absolutely amazing and we would recommend them to others who are planning their stay in and around.
The only thing to be mindful is late night connectivity to Amsterdam Centraal side (back and forth). Post 12:30 pm you might face problem. If you have your personal vehicle then there is no problem at all.

This place was perfect for us - a couple of well travelled AirBnB-ers in our 70s. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and bang up-to-date. A big feature is the location - a five minute walk to the centre of town with its shops and restaurants and also five minutes to the train station for quick and frequent connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam. The garage is a useful feature in a neighbourhood with strict parking restrictions. Hopefully, we'll be back again.

We would have replaced the coffee machine if you would have let us know that it was leaking. We can't impossible know all these things if you as a guest does not tell us. We have 100 bookings per year. Luckily the guests after you did tell us. So we replaced coffee the machine immediately.
You write "heruntergekommen". We and luckily almost all other guests don't agree with that. We continuously keep everything in good condition. And continuously we are renovating. I see you were with 5 adults. Maybe that is why you experienced it as "Garagenvethältnisse". The house is very suitable for families like 2 adults and max 3 children.
It's not a "Hauptstraße". It is a road where only the few people who live there can pass and where (electrical) buses can drive. Next to that bicycles can pass.
I think you are really exaggerating. I'm very sorry you had a bad experience. I think it's unfair how you write this in a review and give us 2 stars. I think you have no idea how disappointed we are with this. Let me know if you ever want to book again because I'm sure we can give you a good experience as well.

Top Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten, top Lage. Es war sogar ein Netflixzugang am Fernseher eingerichtet! Man kann super zu Fuß die Innenstadt und den Strand erreichen. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben war leider kein Backofen vorhanden. So musste der Toaster für die Aufbackbrötchen herhalten.

Our stay at The Spacious Family Home was a great experience. Communication with the company was easy and helpful, and questions were answered in a timely way. The location is wonderful. It's easy to walk to shops, the beach, and the grocery store. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance as well.

Might be too far if you’re intending to go to Amsterdam city, we rented a car and it took us about 30-40 minutes to drive over. Sehr schön eingerichtetes niedliches Haus in super Lage, völlig ausreichend für unsere 4 Personen-Gruppe. Der Stellplatz war super praktisch. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Hinweis auf Garagenöffner war etwas versteckt/im Dunkeln nicht gut lesbar, wir haben erstmal suchen müssen. TV Fernbedienung war komplett unauffindbar (gibt es vielleicht einfach keine?), was schade war und gemütliches Fernsehen nicht ermöglicht hat. Sitzplätze waren für uns ausreichend, aber mit 7 Personen, die theoretisch laut Anzeige Platz hätten, hätte man Schwierigkeiten gemeinsam zu essen. Explizit in der Beschreibung erwähnte 2te Rolle Klopapier war auch nicht vorhanden, was natürlich eine Kleinigkeit ist, aber anders erwartet wurde. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, sowohl von einem Zimmer ins nächste als auch zur Straße hin.

Amsterdam is really expensive so we got our airbnb in Zaandvort and took the train to Amsterdam. The train tickets were also reasonably expensive but still overall it’s better to stay here and enjoy Amsterdam as well as the beach in Zaandvort which was windy but beautiful. Train station is not far from the airbnb. Airbnb is located in a nice area. We travelled to a nearly beautiful place for brunch and saw a small town christmas market with ice skating ring. The house was clean just really really cold for the first 24 hours as the heating was off when we arrived in December. Host was friendly and responsive. The apartment was perfect for our stay. A good size, nicely decorated, and quiet. We walked to the supermarket and to the beach and enjoyed staying in such a peaceful residential street while still being close enough to walk to places. We also appreciated having a washer dryer to easily do some laundry during our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

Rundum super, wir waren zu viert dort und hatten viel Platz. Noch 1-2 weitere Personen wären kein Problem gewesen. Also würde sagen mit 5 Leuten hat man es gemütlich dort. Küche, Bäder und Räume waren alle sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die dazugehörige Garage fanden wir auch sehr praktisch!

We absolutely loved Vincent’s family home. We came to The Netherlands with our 11 and 12 year old children and the home had all of the amenities that you could ask for. Would absolutely stay again. Location très agréable et fonctionnelle. Jolie décoration et lieu propre. Il ne manquait rien pour faciliter notre séjour tant en linge de maison que produits de toilette et d'entretien. Seul bémol : le linge était propre mais tâché et usé (serviettes et linge de lit) et les matelas, oreillers et couettes mériteraient d'être renouvelés. Nous avons malgré tout très bien dormi. Nous avons passer un séjour magnifique, l'appartement est vraiment très agréable. L'accueil et le travail de la femme de ménage est très bien, très positif. Le service de location Rental Valley est joignable très facilement par mail et téléphone. (langue anglais mais écrits français) et très serviable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location en bord de mer du Nord calme et vivante à la fois et proche de la gare qui dessert Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem.... Gouda.... Déplacement facile. Tout (hormi l'usure du linge et literie) est parfait. Les Pays-Bas sont magnifiques et les néerlandais sont bienveillants et accueillants.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Auch erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt zu Fuß. Zum Strand sind es ca 15 Minuten Fußweg. Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten genug Platz, ich finde aber für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung fast ein bisschen klein. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung trotzdem ganz gut, wenn auch sehr kostspielig.

Perfekte Lage, passende Garage, kleines aber feines Haus mit allem was es braucht. Einzig die Temperatur im Haus war teilweise etwas gering, im Bad durchgängig sehr kalt, und man konnte diese nicht nach oben hin regulieren - keine Chance gegenzusteuern. Matratzen auf dem Doppelbett etwas durchgelegen, aber beim Bett liegt es so extrem im Auge des Betrachters, dass wir darüber auch nicht „meckern“.

Heerlijk weekend gehad! Ligt fantastisch centraal. Werkelijk alles aanwezig. Van hand- en theedoek tot opgemaakte bedden, shampoo enz.
Goed geregeld dus! De aankomst tijd 1600 uur maar wat vroeg en uitchecken voor 10.00 uur is vroeg. Vooral als precies de zomertijd in gaat. (Klok vooruit).

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub bei Merel u. Vincent verbracht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, ruhig u. sehr zentral und sauber. Wir waren zu Zweit mit einem kleinen Kind. Für 7 Personen ist die Unterkunft m.E. Zu klein. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Station Zandvoort an Zee ist fussläufig 15-20 min entfernt, ebenso wie der Strand. Von dort fährt alle 30 min ein Zug nach Haarlem (ca. 15 min) und Amsterdam (30 min) Der Kontakt war perfekt, wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig würde ich mir wünschen, dass insb. in den kalten Monaten das Wasser zum Duschen etwas wärmer wäre, sodass man (zwar kurz) aber immerhin mal heiß duschen kann. Auch das Thermostat lässt sich maximal auf 21,5 Grad hochdrehen. Hier wäre 1 Grad wärmer perfekt, vor allem wenn es draußen sehr kalt ist. Das ist aber Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ansonsten haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wir würden es jederzeit wieder tun. DANKE!!!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen ist auch vorhanden. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Die Matratzen und Kissen waren etwas unbequem. Die Heizungen haben die Unterkunft nicht wirklich wärmen können deshalb würde es Nachts ziemlich kühl.

An sich eine gut geschnittene Wohnung mit toller Lage und die Garage ist ein großes Plus! Also wirklich viel Potential , ABER… Leider war der Boden unglaublich dreckig, der Staubsauger defekt (wurde jedoch an Tag 2 ersetzt, so dass ICH alles saugen konnte), die Heizung im Bad wurde nie richtig warm, Schrank im Bad sehr staubig, das im Vorfeld versprochene Babybett war leider nicht vorbereitet und in der letzten Nacht kam es zu einem Wasserschaden, der sehr böse hätte ausgehen können (dafür kann natürlich niemand was).Aufgrund des Schadens mussten wir diverse Sicherungen herausnehmen. Also leider mussten wir uns irgendwie täglich um irgendwas kümmern- gerade sowas will man im Urlaub ja nicht müssen… der Kontakt zur Verwaltung war aber stets freundlich und zügig. Letztendlich wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Anteil der Reinigungsgebühr erstattet (ich hätte die komplette Gebühr als fair empfunden).
Tipp: öfter mal schauen, wie (und ob) die Reinigungsfirma arbeitet und regelmäßige Wartungen durchführen. Zudem sollte man den Wasserkocher mal entkalken!

We stayed for two nights in October. Two adults and three kids ranging from 3-11. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space. I think if we'd added another person and used the couch, it would've been a little tight, but not bad if you're good at putting sofa beds away each day. There is a gate to the street that you walk through and then down a long path next to house, turn a corner into the patio area. The door opens into the laundry area. Bathroom to the right. Living room and bedrooms to the left. Bedrooms are right next to each other. The owners live on the other side of the unit.
There is only a microwave, no oven...made the mistake of buying something that needed an oven...but it does have a dishwasher. The beds were all comfy. It's street level, which is great in some ways, but also doesn't really make one want to open the windows on that side of the house since people walk right by it. They've put in shutters for the evening, which is nice since the street lights are bright, but if you like light in the night, you've got plenty of evening light coming in even with shade pulled down. The patio area is very small, but lovely. The garage is a big perk. It looks very small, but fit our large car in. The kids just had to get out ahead of time. There is a washer AND dryer, which is a bit rare in Europe. It was excellent to have after a long trip.
They have a great little binder with info and maps on how to get to things in the area. Saved us time looking for a grocery store. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area with a large grocery store, tons of restaurants, tons of shops and the beach! So convenient.
Will definitely head back if we are ever in the area! No comment

Gezellig, proper verblijf. Aangenaam ontvangst, host kwam langst en gaf extra uitleg. We konden de host contacteren bij vragen of problemen Locatie is ideaal. Basis is aanwezig. We verbleven in totaal met 6 personen, dit is de maximum. Voor 7 personen is het zeker te klein. Eettafel is voor maximaal 6 personen. Slaapkamer voor 3 personen is heel krap. Iets te weinig potten om een volwaardige maaltijd te koken, pannen wel voldoende.

Alles war in der Nähe, centrum ca: 5 min Fußmarsch, Strand ca: 10 min Fußmarsch, Restaurant rum herum, Einkauf Möglichkeit in centrum. Eigene Garage man hatte alles auch Waschmaschine und Trockner und für sich eine Terrasse , was ich nicht so toll fand das es meiner Meinung nach ein wenig teuer ist für 3 an halb Tage.

Das Ferienhäuschen ist sehr gemütlich und zentral gelegen, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, sodass man zu Fuß nur ca. 7- 10 Minuten bis zum Meer braucht. Die Stadt Haarlem ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und ist sehr sehenswert. Außerdem gibt es im Zentrum Zandvoorts zahlreiche Restaurants wo man lecker essen gehen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Supermärkte im Ort wo man gut einkaufen kann. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Zandvoort richtig gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke! No comment

Das Apartment liegt schön zentral in Zandvoort in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Bad hat eine moderne, ebenerdige Dusche, die schön groß ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage zum Supermarkt ca 300/400 m. Zum Strand sollte man schon fast 1 km laufen, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Spülmaschine und Küche im guten und sauberen Zustand. Das Zimmer war zum Zeitpunkt der Einreise überhaupt nicht fertig. Wir müssten 40 Minuten mit dem kleinen Kind warten. Außerdem waren die Bettwäsche bedingt sauber. Die vorher vereinbarte Check Out um 11:00 Uhr wurde vom Vermieter nicht gehalten. Wir wurden trotz Vereinbarung gebeten um 10:00 Uhr das Haus zu verlassen. Am Folgetag habe ich einfach für kommende 4 Tage Hotelzimmer gebucht und war mega zufrieden. Preis-Leistungstechnisch kann man für den Preis ein gutes Hotelzimmer buchen.

De locatie was prachtig en het huisje had gewoon alles wat het nodig had, dus dat was helemaal super. Ook was alles op loopafstand te bereiken dus je had geen trein of bus of iets nodig om ergens te komen Toen we binnen kwamen was het huisje nog niet schoongemaakt, dus daar was een kleine miscommunicatie. We hebben toen de eigenaar gebeld en letterlijk nog geen 2 minuten later stond de schoonmaakploeg voor de deur dus toen was alles alsnog goed geregeld!

Erstmal vielen lieben Dank an die netten Vermieter. Es war spitze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sehr freundlich und für uns jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man zu Fuß Strand-Stadt prima erreichen kann. Da war es wunderbar, dass eine Garage direkt an der Wohnung ist: Auto geparkt und nach 5 Tagen wieder rausgeholt. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass der Vermieter seine Privateinfahrt für den 2. Pkw zur Verfügung gestellt hat und am Abreisetag konnten wir sogar beide Autos dort abstellen. So konnten wir den letzten Tag auch noch voll auskosten und die Sonne u. das Meer genießen. Toll!!!! Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert mit einem Code. Später hat der Vermieter einmal vorbeigeschaut und gefragt, ob alles o.k. ist und ob wir Fragen hätten. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, alles vorhanden und für uns sehr entspannend, dass die Betten schon bezogen waren :-) und Handtücher für alle vorhanden waren. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich SEHR wohl dort gefühlt. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich da noch: Da es zwischendurch immer mal wieder geregnet hat, wäre es für uns Raucher schön gewesen, wenn es einen Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse gegeben hätte, unter dem man trotzdem noch hätte gemütlich sitzen können (Aber das ist natürlich ein ganz persönlicher Raucher-Wunsch :-) und hat mit dem schönen Gesamtangbot nicht wirklich was zu tun)

Super Unterkunft! Es fehlt an nichts. Alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und dennoch nicht überladen, sodass noch Raum für die Mieter ist. Für holländische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Sehr netter Vermieter. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Stadt und am Strand. Auch perfekt, dass man keinen Parkplatz extra suchen und zahlen muss. Für Reisen mit Kindern perfekt ist auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Wir fanden alles gut!

Prive parkeren in garage, parkeren in Zandvoort is overal betaald en dan is het wel fijn dat je daar geen zorgen over hebt. Locatie dicht bij dorp en strand. Alles gelijkvloers, fijn voor mijn moeder op leeftijd en mijn minder valide zus. Het stapelbed is niet te doen, ligt in een enorme kuil. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding, alles is prima in orde maar niet super de luxe en dan vind ik 375 euro per nacht wel erg veel.

Qua omvang, voorzieningen, sfeer voldeed de accomodatie helemaal. De keuken was ook zeer compleet. Fijn dat er ook een kleine buitenplaats bij is. De omgeving was erg rustig en toch zeer centraal gelegen (supermarkt en winkels en terrassen/restaurants op een paar honderd meter afstand), en het strand was te voet prima te doen (10-12 min). Handig dat je de auto binnen kunt parkeren en op de dag van vertrek mochten we onze auto op de oprit van de eigenaar parkeren zodat we die dag ook nog in Zandvoort konden benutten. Ik kan deze accomodatie zeker aan anderen aanbevelen! No comment

Netjes, schoon, goede locatie, leuk ingericht. Als we al een minpuntje zouden moeten noemen dan zou het zijn dat er geen 2 persoonsbed is maar 2 losse bedden. Verder top!

Sfeervol ingericht huis. Leuk om in een mooie en rustige woonwijk in Zandvoort te verblijven. Op loopafstand van strand en centrum. Qua inrichting en faciliteiten helemaal compleet. Fijn om een indoor parkeerplek bij het verblijf te hebben. Gastvrije ontvangst. No comment

Goed knus huisje dichtbij het strand (5-10 min lopen), met 2 slaapkamers en prima douche. Ook in keuken alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Er loopt een straat direct achter de slaapkamers en dat is best gehorig. De eerste nacht hadden wij het raam op kiepstand staan en werden wij een aantal keren wakker van bussen, auto’s en aangeschoten passanten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, sehr genossen.
Unsere 3 großen Kinder konnten es sich in dem Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett und einem Einzelbett gemütlich machen, wir Eltern mit unsere Kleinsten hatten im Schlafzimmer platz uns ein Reisebett dazuzustellen.
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet, in einem gemütlichen, modernen Bad kann man sich nach einem Strandtag den Sand von den Füßen waschen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, und auch die nette Innenstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Wir hatten eine eigene Garage, sowie eine schöne Sitzecke auf unserer Terrasse, die wir aber leider wetterbedingt nicht nutzen konnten.
Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft, ideal für 5 Personen. Für 7 wahrscheinlich zu klein, da es am Esstisch unter anderem nur 5 Sitzplätze gibt. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Strand 15. Alles wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

We spent a long weekend in this lovely and well equipped house. Location is perfect and the courtyard is great for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine in the evenings. It is also very handy to have your own garage with parking space in Zandvoort being rather limited. We will be back! No comment

Het huisje is goed gelegen, dichtbij centrum, station en de zee.
De bedden waren proper, opgemaakt en van goede kwaliteit.
De kleine keuken had alles wat je nodig had, veel toestellen en ook koffie en thee aanwezig!
Mooie, grote badkamer met voldoende handdoeken en haardroger.
Enkel wel een grote schoonmaakkost voor het huisje.

Zeer gunstig gelegen in rustige straat op korte loopafstand van centrum, treinstation en strand. Verwacht hier nu geen prachtig uitzicht maar een kompakt, schoon en gezellig ingericht huis met werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort of langer verblijf. Alle apparatuur en Wifi functioneert zeer goed. Vriendelijk kontakt met verhuurder. Prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding optimaal. Komen hier graag terug.

Merel & Vincent sind super Gastgeber, von denen stets eine schnelle Antwort kam. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, um einen schönen Urlaub über Weihnachten in Zandvoort zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Zentrum, was auch das Einkaufen im Zentrum zu Fuß super ermöglichte. Die Unterkunft sowie Vincent und Merel als Gastgeber kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wirklich ein schönes kleines Häuschen, das zwar kleiner ist als durch die Bilder erwartet, aber trotzdem für einen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt mit 5 Erwachsenen genügt hat. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Das Vorhandensein von Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie die Grundausstattung der Küche (Salz, Kaffee etc.) hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir würden wieder kommen!

We (a group of 7 women) had a very nice weekend in this beautiful little house. The house is very clean and well furnished.
It is pretty close to the sea and to several stores and pubs.
Vincent was helpful with everything and a very kind host.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
Wurden freundlichen empfangen, es war sehr sauber, alles da, genug Platz, die Lage war top direkt in der Stadt, und kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Die Vermieter sind auch sehr sehr nett, Preis Leistung Top. neu renoviert, eigene Garage!
Es gibts nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 7 Personen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand und in 5 Minuten einen großen Supermarkt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Awesome location! The beach and shopping are all within very close walking distance. We loved the area and our family group of 7 stayed at Merel & Vincent’s place very comfortably. Vincent was especially helpful and hospitable. Really enjoyed talking to him and his helpful hints. The unit is really nicely updated and decorated. Really enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer!

Prachtige woning op een geweldige locatie. Wij waren met 7 personen, waarvan 2 kinderen. Soms even wat behelpen met het toilet, maar dat wisten wij vooraf. Zelfs de slaapbank sliep erg goed. Het was ook erg fijn binnen komen, de bedden waren opgemaakt. Er lag voor iedereen één grote en één kleine handdoek. Zelfs koffie en thee voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Privacy genoeg, geen klagen. Wij komen vast en zeker een keertje terug!

Waren 6 Leute 19-21j.Uns hatte die Unterkunft sehr gefallen.sauberes Bad, schöne Sofas zum ,,chillen".haben alle gut schlafen können auf den Betten und den Sofas. Der Weg zum Supermarkt und zum Meer sind auch nicht sehr weit weg👌🏼

super cute house, with the perfect location. 10 minutes walking to the beach and 30 minutes with the train to Amsterdam (but the drive felt like only 10 minutes). The communication with Vincent & Merel was very uncomplicated, they were super nice and always answered as fast as possible. The house has everything you need and we had a super nice time there. We will definetly come back!

Vincent greeted us at the location and was very friendly and helpful. The space was very clean and the essentials were all provided. They had a binder with local areas that was very helpful in finding our way around. Most things were within a 15 minute walking distance. The place was not big but was definitely cozy. I would recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend in Zandvoort. The cottage in very well located in a quiet street. The supermarket and the village square are a few minutes' walk away. Walking to the beach is less than 10 minutes. Everything was very clean, tidy and looked new as if we were the first. We will definitely come back! Thanks Merel and Vincent!

We enjoyed our stay at Family Holiday Home a lot. You can go by foot to the beach or city centre of Zandvoort or you can walk some minutes to the station and reach Amsterdam central station within 30 minutes. The appartment is very comfortable with almost everything you need.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Merel et Vincent. La maison correspond au descriptif. Elle est bien agencée et équipée. Tout était très propre. Elle est également très bien située (proche du centre et de la plage de Zandvoort). Il est très facile de prendre le train pour se rendre à Amsterdam en 30mn ou à Harleem (très jolie ville également) en 15mn. Bref nous recommandons cette location.
