Nice and practical
The studio is small but fully equipped and very practical. I stayed there in the winter and even in snowy weather, the temperature inside is mild. Lone is a great host and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Tiny house, but what lovely hosts with lots of amazing details to make one feel comfortable...
One has to get used to being in a tiny house, but we must praise these hosts for being so attentive and paying attention to so many little details. Everything is there one could wish for: the welcome drink, the salt and pepper, the chips, the soaps, etc. and foremost: the cleanliness. And they are keeping up the maintenance all the time. Fresh paint; lilttle repairs, etc. The stairs to get up to the bedroom are steep and take some getting used to, but that is part of being in a tiny house. Value for money: AMAZING! So, thank you!!!

Water calmness
I liked the vicinty of the water. It is very pleasant and soothing to see the water as I get up. And stay on the porch, preferably in the sun, and just relax. There were ducks and swans coming to visit us often (and we gave them some bird food for the winter:)), and even a very cute cat. We had everything needed, in the kitchen and could do nice breakfasts. And could make a very yummy cappucino (my first :)!). Bikes came in very handy as fietsen is the way to go while in Amsterdam. Big comfi bed, nice matress. It is a bit cold at first and the colder air may circulate inside the boat house, maybe through the window above the bed, not sure. There is a termostat and you can regulate the overall temperature to a comfortable warmth. I like it warmer so I was a bit concerned about that.

Everything we needed with wonderful views
Lone was a lovely host very informative. We had everything we needed and more in the accommodation. It was all very clean and tidy wonderful space for 2. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful houseboat and perfect for two people. It is a very nice accommodation with a very nice view. In the summer it has to be even more beautiful. The location is perfect. Very nice, clean and cozy apartment. The center is easy to reach.

Fantastic Time
Lone and Eric were wonderful host. They gave us information on transportation and the sites around the city and always responded if we had questions or recommendations. We even had bicycles to ride into town or to the trolley station which we did everyday. The view was fantastic and it was very quiet at night. Extremely relaxing. Not to far from the inner city. Perfect location. Lone and Eric even offered to help us with a taxi for the airport if we needed. They were fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place to Relax
Lone and Eric were excellent hosts at Bed and Boat. They made us feel welcome and left some refreshments and snacks on arrival to get us started. Was really relaxing to sit out on the canal each morning and after a long days sightseeing. Shower was brilliant and the little touches like the Nespresso machine and free umbrella hire made the experience even better. With a Metro station ten minutes away, we would definitely stay here again.

Great everything
From complimentary beer and wine in the fridge, to the use of two great bikes (think 20euros per day) to a tranquil deck to watch the boats go by, this place is 6stars on my scale. We wanted to be away from the hussle and bustle of city center but with easy access, which is what the bikes provided (in addition to a great sense of the bike culture.) Hosts we friendly and helpful at every turn. Upstairs bed no big deal, and very comfy. On our last day we rented a car at the airport which was simple to get to via public bus (397). We also took the bus from the airport when we arrived - if you are good with Google maps it is very easy to do...and of course, much cheaper. Really a nice place for our 4 nite stay.

Hausboot Amsterdam
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot, es hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Des Weiteren durfen wir, Kaffee, Zucker, Tee usw nutzen, bzw wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieter waren äußerst gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Und durch die Benutzung der Fahrräder konnten wir auch die Umgebung schön erkunden. Die Unterkunft kann man sehr empfehlen. Top.

Tolles Hausboot Feeling
Der Aufenthalt auf dem Hausboot im Süden von Amsterdam war ein tolles Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns mit frischen Blumen, Getränken und Naschereien willkommen geheißen. Auf der flussseitigen Terasse am Hausboot konnte man sehr schön dem Treiben auf dem Wasser zuschauen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 15 Gehminuten oder 5 Fahrradminuten Entfernung. Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man mit verschiedenen Bussen und Bahnen (10-15 Gehminuten zur Haltestelle) oder dem Fahrrad. Wir haben immer die zur Unterkunft gehörenden Fahrräder benutzt und sind durch den Vondelpark ins Zentrum gefahren. Die Unterkunft ist klein. Die Bilder geben das gut wieder. Das ist kein Problem, wenn man bei gutem Wetter viel die Terasse nutzt. Bei schlechtem Wetter oder wenn man sich viel in der Unterkunft aufhalten will, sollte man das beachten.

Auf dem Wasser!
Wir haben uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hausboot sehr wohlgefühlt! Lone und Eric heißen ihre Gäste sehr liebevoll mit guten Tipps, Getränken und lecker Keksen willkommen. Fahrräder stehen vor der Tür und nach einer kurzen Fahrt durch den schönen Vondel-Park ist alles zu erreichen, was das Amsterdamentdeckerherz begehrt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!
