We also rent out other studios and a 4 bedroom villa on this quinta. We share the garden and the pool together. But each unit has its own private area.

The neighborhood
Located in the peaceful area of Montinhos da Luz, the centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a stroll away. The historic centre of Lagos and award-winning golf courses are just a short drive away!
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Getting around
There is a bus stop nearby the quinta from where you can travel to Lagos. You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival. We strongly advise taking cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial loss.

Auto ist man schnell an den spektakulären Spots der Umgebung.
Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter bei Sturm und Regen, aber mit der Klimaanlage war es angenehm warm. Wir waren im Apartment 2 im Erdgeschoss. Eine Aussicht hat man leider nicht und es ist etwas dunkel.
Karolina ist sehr aufmerksam und super nett!

Die Dusche war voll verschmutzt mit Sporen.(selbst gereinigt, so gut wies ging) WC Bürste wurde durch uns ersetzt. Küche war verfettet. Kühlschrank arbeitete 24 Stunden. Wände waren mit Mückenkadafer befleckt. (selbst gereinigt) Küche wurde vermutlich nicht mehr gereinigt da sie ersetzt werden soll im Studio 2.
Aus meiner Sicht hätte das Studio so nicht mehr vermietet werden dürfen. Da gibts kein wenn und aber.

Von der Lage ist es etwas abgelegener von der Stadt Luz. Wenn man nicht lange zu Fuß sein will, sollte man sich ein Auto mieten. Wir waren anfangs die einzigen in der Villa und gegen Ende kamen noch zwei Familien dazu. Man begegnet sich hauptsächlich nur am Pool oder wenn man an den Zimmern vorbeiläuft.
Die Kommunikation mit Karolina war sehr gut. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sie war sehr hilfsbereit.

Miszka war immer schnell erreichbar, super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat sich bemüht unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten, ohne dass man sich gestört fühlte. Er gab uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung, vor allem fürs Surfen in einer schönen Bucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr heimisch gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Der Checkin verlief dank Schlüsselbox super entspannt und nach dem Checkout durften wir weiterhin auf dem Grundstück verbleiben.
Aufgrund der Lage sind mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit viele atemberaubende Strände zu erreichen. Es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Het geluid van de wasmachine en/of droger in de nacht was niet fijn. Onze studio zat naast het washok. Ondanks dat er een briefje hing met alleen wassen tussen 10:00-19:00 werd er ook nog om 00:00 uur gebruik van gemaakt.

Allgemein ist die Unterkunft sauber und funktional. Toll wäre, wenn es ein bisschen mehr Geschirr gäbe, sodass man nicht ständig spülen muss. Ein kleines Gastgeschenk erwartet die Besucher, was ein nettes Willkommen ist. Die Atmosphäre auf dem Grundstück ist angenehm (Pool, Pflanzen, Liegen) und ein bisschen wie zuhause.

Mais le studio n°2 est sombre et humide, pas d'aération, hormis ouvrir les fenêtres et il faisait froid dehors, donc on n'a pas ouvert et il y avait beaucoup de condensation... et certains matins l'eau de la douche était à peine tiède.
La gérante est sympathique et disponible!

Ist halt nicht im Zentrum, hat jedoch eine Busstation vor der Anlage. Der Bus fährt jedoch eher selten..
Mit einem Auto ist es jedoch kein Problem, da ist man schnell in der nächsten schönen Stadt.

a casa fica perto (carro) da praia burgau e Luz e de zonas mais centrais de Lagos. tivemos alguma dificuldade para fazer compras, depois de nos instalar, aconselho a fazerem compras antes de irem para o alojamento, poucos estabelecimentos na zona e com horários pouco convencionais. não se encontram padarias perto, só mesmo em Lagos. mas se levarem os v/mantimentos é perfeito.
a propriedade disponibiliza zona de lavandaria com maq de lavar e de secar, com produtos de limpeza gratuitos, assim como tábua e ferro para engomar.
a kitchenete está bem equipada, tem um pouco de tudo o que se precisa numa cozinha. no terraço tem churrasqueira.
a cama é muito confortável..
nada a apontar. no entanto poderiam ter mais alguma zona de estacionamento. na última noite, haviam 8 carros estacionados no pátio e quando chegamos tivemos dificuldade para estacionar. talvez limitar um carro por Villa.

Die Quinta war super! Das Studio war simpel gestalten aber genügend für einen Urlaub. Für Leute die eher viel Unterwegs sind im Urlaub und weniger Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen ist die perfekt!
Auf jeden Fall ist der Aufenthalt zu empfehlen!

The terrace and the pool are really a big plus!
I highly recommend this apartment and any traveler to stay here!
The only problem is that you have to have a car and loved to move but it is also the calm and charm of the place.
Finally, the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating.

De ontvangst was zeer fijn (en makkelijk, alles in het Nederlands). En de kamer was schoon/ruim met een fijn bed en airconditioning.
Wij kregen direct allerlei tips (waar te eten en wat te zien) en het verblijf is een fijne uitvalsbasis voor trips naar Luz, Burgau en Sagres etc.
Wij zouden hier zeker nogmaals terugkomen!
