A studio with double bed, sofabed, kitchenette and an outside terrace. Only 3 minutes walking from the beach .
The space
Our lovely and comfy first-floor holiday studio is the perfect holiday accommodation for a couple or family. It is super centrally located and just minutes from the beach!
We have space for 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children. The studio is not recommended for 4 adults due to the size of the sofa bed and the studio itself). There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sitting area, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with 2-plate electric stove, Senseo coffee maker and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The station is at a 15 minute walking distance from the accommodation. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your route.

Die Kommunikation mit Rental Valley lief aber problemlos. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt leider Schwierigkeiten mit der Elektrizität, bei welcher sie allerdings bemüht waren dies schnell zu lösen.

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Und ein Handfeger oder Besen wäre nicht schlecht für die Wohnung.

Für lärmempfindliche Personen ist die Wohnung mit drei weiteren Ferienwohnungen im Haus leider sehr hellhörig, man bekommt von Musik, Laufen, Gesprächen bis Staubsaugen alles mit.
Weiteres kleines Manko: es gibt keinen Stauraum/Ablagefläche für Gepäck - für längere Aufenthalte ist die Wohnung daher eher nicht geeignet.
Auch die Küche ist eher minimalistisch und nicht für größere Kochaktionen ausgerichtet.
Fazit: Wer auf der Suche nach einer strandnahen, freundlichen und gut gelegenen Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist, dem sei diese Wohnung empfohlen!

Sie ist definitiv jeden Cent wert.
Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Lediglich der Check out hätte wenigstens ein bis 2 Stunden später sein können. Wir mussten um 10:00 Uhr aus checken und hätten beinah verschlafen.
Das ist jetzt natürlich nicht so tragisch, könnte man jedoch ändern.
Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt und wir haben das Wochenende zu dritt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung genießen können.

Das Team war sehr hilfreich, aber leider haben die äußeren Umstände dies unangenehm gemacht. Da sich die Bauarbeiter zum Teil einfach Zutritt zu unserer Wohnung verschafften. Während wir im bett lagen.Was bei uns zu einer absoluten Unsicherheit geführt hat.
Fazit: Schöne Unterkunft, in toller Lage. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Allerdings sollte dies nicht wieder passieren.

The house is beautiful and conveniently located near the train station (NS), with markets, restaurants, and everything you might need close by.
It’s a very comfortable and well-equipped space, perfect for spending a great time there. When I return to Amsterdam, I will definitely look to stay with them again.

Our experience at this place was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
The location is ideal—close to the beach, very peaceful and relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless and beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with a cozy ambiance.
What really set this rental apart, though, was the host's attention to detail. They provided everything we needed for a seamless stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to extra linens and towels. Their communication was prompt and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Jetzt zum Ende der Saison sind einige Mängel aufgelaufen, die aber nach einem persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Eigentümer, behoben werden sollen. Wenn diese beseitigt werden, würde ich dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sie ist super süß und modern eingerichtet, passend zum Flair dieser Gegend. Der Besitzer/Vermieter war nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten schnell und leicht zu erreichen und es wurde mega schnell nach einer Lösung gesucht auch ausgeführt.
Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand und den Beachbars. Keine 10 Min zu Fuß in die Stadt mit zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof wovon man super einfach und schnell zB nach Amsterdam oder Haarlem kommt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

De studio zag er heel leuk en sfeervol uit en de locatie super handig.
Het openen en sluiten van het sleutelkastje ging goed, die instructies waren duidelijk.
Handdoeken, afwasmiddelen waren prima verzorgd.
We hebben wel wat feedback ter verbetering van de studio:
* Het raam konden we niet makkelijk een beetje open zetten, want de ring om het haakje in te doen ontbrak. Ook functioneerde het andere klemsysteem niet.
* Het stopcontact aan de linkerzijde van het bed deed het helemaal niet.
* de vuilnisbak haalden we aan het einde van ons verblijf de zak uit, zoals gevraagd en daar bleek nog rotzooi in te zitten op de bodem, niet erg schoon dus.
* Het was er heel gehorig, dus de buren die nogal laat in de nacht terugkwamen, hoorden we (te) goed. Ook ontbrak er een beschrijving m.b.t. hoe laat het wenselijk is dat er rust is, dus werden wij wakker 's nachts van buren die nog vrolijk op het balkon hardop zaten te praten en roepen met de muziek aan.
* Geen stroompunt op de badkamer of vlak bij een spiegel.
Al met al vinden wij dat deze gelegenheid te duur is ten aanzien van de kwaliteit.

De badkamer (wel een föhn maar geen stopcontact; de verlichting hangt met pleisters aan de muur; geen normale wasbak), de hygiëne en de gehorigheid. Verder bleek 'bereikbaar tot 22.00' ook niet te kloppen, we belden om 21.30 wegens een onwillige slaapbank maar kregen het antwoordapparaat.

As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (6&8), it was a little small once the sofa bed was up, but it worked for us for 4 nights, as we spent a lot of time at the beach.
Parking is a slight nuisance, but this is clearly communicated in the rental pack. We did keep our bikes at the accommodation downstairs, locked to rail and they were safe for the duration of our stay.
Loads of beach cafes and places to eat. Location really is fantastic. Would recommend others to stay.

Das Zimmer ist super stylisch und schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber 👍🏼
Der Kontakt war einfach und schnell
Der einzige „negative“ Punkt wäre für mich, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Neben uns hat eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gewohnt, die bereits ab 7:00 Uhr morgens laut (wie Kinder eben sind) waren. Demnach war ausschlafen für uns nicht drin.
Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Am Strand sind tolle Restaurants mit einem schönen Ambiente!
Nicht so gut:
Die Unterkunft zeigt mittlerweile einige Gebrauchsspuren auf und hätte sauberer sein können. Die Gäste aus den anderen Zimmern im Haus waren sehr zu hören.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es war alles da, sogar Grundgewürze und eine Grundausstattung an Kaffee und Zucker.
Es war alles (Räumlichkeiten, Geschirr/Küche, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher) sauber.
Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass es recht hellhörig ist. Auf dem Flur sind noch 3 weitere Apartments und da hört man schon vieles von den anderen.
Direkt in der Nähe des Apartments sind tolle Strandbars zu finden. Zum Zentrum läuft man 15 Minuten.
Alles in einem ein empfehlenswertes Apartment, dass wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden

There was an issue with the heating but the host was very responsive and solution seeking, and they sent someone to fix it during the weekend! Very quick, friendly and clear communication.
Unfortunately the house is not very well sound isolated and you can hear all neighbours in the house. Otherwise it was an excellent place to rest and be close to the beach (1 minute walk).

Schön hell, weil 2 großen Fenster und 2 großen Türen zum sehr großen Balkon, viel Tageslicht in die Wohnung bringen.
Eine traumhafte Lage in der Stadt, zu Fuß kaum 3 Minuten zum Strand und nur ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof.
Wir hatten vorher alle Informationen per airbnb bekommen und eine Kommunikation während unserer Aufenthalt war nicht nötig.
Danke. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung ist kleiner als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Allerdings hat sie einen sehr schönen großen Balkon.

Die Werbefotos des Apartment sehen super aus, geht man ins Detail, leider nicht mehr so sehr.
Die Dekoration im Zimmer ist vollständig angeklebt! Der Boden wurde länger schon nicht anständig gereinigt. Da wird, höchstens gesaugt. Der Boden fühlt sich fettig klebrig an. Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck etc. stehen nicht in Schränken sondern auf einem schief hängendem Regal über der Spüle und hatten einen schmierigen fettigen Belag.
Wir mussten und haben dann auch nur das heiß abgespült was wir benutzt haben (Gläser, Teller Besteck für 3 Personen). Die Töpfe, ebenfalls nicht zu benutzen, irgendein voriger Mieter hat diese nicht richtig gespült. Man findet auch noch allerhand Hinterlassenschaften vorheriger Mieter in den Schränken (alte Gewürze usw). Fernseher über dem Backofen
Für Anziehsachen ist kein wirklicher Platz vorhanden. Ein kleiner Schrank wo schon Decken etc lagen und ein paar Kleiderbügel. Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Armaturen schon lange abgewohnt. Duschtemperatur einstellen sehr schwer, leicht kann man sich verbrennen weil der Knopf sehr schwer zu bewegen ist.

kleinen Pensionshäuschen wohl gefühlt. es ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz für mitgebrachte Fahrräder gibt es nicht. in Absprache mit den Nachbarn konnten wir diese aber an den Zaun stellen. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, und es gibt andere vermietete Zimmer darin.

It‘s so close to the sea, restaurants and to the city center as well.
The train station can be reached by a short walk which make visits to Haarlem or Amsterdam easy.
We would love to come back again.

Don’t pack heavy though. 3 athletic individuals and the stairs nearly killed us on the daily, add a suitcase and it was headed towards a hazard. We didn’t spend much time in the unit aside from sleeping, but the walls seemed thin between the units and we could hear the people above us during the night.

Als wir ankamen, mussten wir feststellen dass die Wohnung absolut dreckig war. Der Boden war dreckig, die Terrasse war dreckig und im Bett sowie in der Küche und im Badezimmer befanden sich Haare. Außerdem hing im Badezimmer ein benutztes und nasses Handtuch. In der Küche und im Badezimmer befanden sich halb aufgebrauchte Spülmittel-beziehungsweise Shampooflaschen. Auf dem Bett befanden sich ebenfalls Flecken, so wie auf den Tischen und auf der Tagesdecke.
Nachdem wir Rental Valley kontaktiert hatten, mussten wir circa anderthalb Stunden warten, bis jemand kam um sich die Wohnung anzuschauen. Die Dame war super freundlich und wollte ihr Bestes versuchen. Wir forderten, dass noch am selben Tag eine Reinigung vorgenommen wird oder dass wir eine neue Unterkunft bekommen. Beides konnte nicht erfüllt werden, so dass die Mitarbeiterin uns nur zwei neue Bettdecken und neues Shampoo und Spülmittel brachte. Die Reinigung konnte erst am nächsten Tag durchgeführt werden. Auch das ganze war ein ziemliches Chaos, wir haben Rental Valley mitgeteilt , dass wir erst ab 12:00 Uhr raus aus der Wohnung sind, da mein Partner an diesem Tag auch noch Geburtstag hatte. Bereits um 11:00 Uhr kamen die Putzkräfte – die ebenfalls super nett waren – und machten die Wohnung sauber. Das war natürlich auch wieder mit sehr viel Stress verbunden, da wir währenddessen in der Wohnung waren.
Wir fühlten uns absolut unwohl in der Wohnung und wollten dort eigentlich keine Nacht bleiben. Wir forderten, dass wir die Reinigungsgebühr, sowie eine Nacht für die ganzen Strapazen erstattet bekommen. Die Reinigungsgebühr wurde uns erstattet, eine weitere Nacht jedoch nicht. Hier hätten wir uns auf jeden Fall sehr viel mehr Kulanz gewünscht. Dass wir die Reinigungsgebühr nicht bezahlen, wenn die Wohnung offensichtlich nicht gereinigt wurde, sehe ich als eine Selbstverständlichkeit an.
Wichtig ist auch noch zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung extrem hellhörig ist. Wir haben die ganze Zeit, die Leute aus den anderen Wohnungen gehört – auch nachts. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung nur einen Schrank, der relativ klein ist und zum großen Teil mit Bettdecken ausgefüllt, so dass wir quasi aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer ist auch viel zu klein, so dass das Wasser immer rüberläuft.
Wir finden es schade, dass Rental Valley da in seiner Meinung so festgefahren war und nicht noch mal mit sich reden lassen hat, uns auch noch eine Nacht zu erlassen. So haben wir am Anreisetag fast 3 Stunden verloren und hatten einfach nur Stress. Wie gesagt: das wäre das mindeste gewesen.

Die diversen Dekogegenstände sind teilweise auf der Fensterbank oder dem Tisch festgeklebt. So war es schwierig Ablageflächen zu schaffen, Stauraum für z.B. Kleidung war kaum vorhanden. Leider keine Steckdose im Bad, die nächstgelegene im Zimmer war zusem defekt.

The works on the building unfinished, still tape on the windows, terrace was unfinished and with building dirt but it was OK.
The downside is the noise insulation with the neighbours, very noisy other guests but that's the way the building is.
If you have quiet neighbouring guests it's fine.

Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Strand.
Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber.
Leider war der Ventilator vom letzten Jahr, nicht mehr da.
Es fehlt ein Wäscheständer, um Handtücher zu trocknen.
Der Balkon könnte etwas einladender gestaltet sein, Stühle nicht sehr bequem und nicht so sauber.

Bis zum Strand waren es 1 bis 2 Minuten Fußweg. Am Strand muss man für die Toiletten zahlen, somit konnten wir immer zum Studio dafür laufen. Zu Geschäften (Supermarkt, Drogerie etc.) sind wir ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten gelaufen. Der Weg zu verschiedenen Restaurants war für uns meistens nicht länger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Unser Urlaub in Zandvoort war sehr schön und wir würden jeder Zeit das Studio erneut buchen
