Our refurbished townhouse is located on the Golfe Santo Antonio (Quinta da Encosta Velha) Golf & Leisure Resort, offering you a private space with great interior space but also enough outside to enjoy the great views of the front nine holes of the golf course.
It is decorated in a modern style to make you feel right at home from the moment you step in. At the same time, the modern equipment gives you luxury and comfort. This townhouse has everything you and your family need for a great stay.

The neighborhood
Our holiday home in Budens, a small village close to Lagos. It is very popular amongst golf lovers, families and nature lovers.
A selection of restaurants & bars are there for you to explore both local and international food. We recommend trying fresh fish and seafood dishes! There is a large supermarket 4 minutes away by car. The beach of Salema is a 4 minutes drive. Other beaches like Burgau and Praia da Luz, are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in nature, Budens is the place to be. And if you do crave the city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 20 minutes away.
Getting around
You can reach Budens in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 4 to 5 hours.
The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. If you really want to explore the area, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier as public transport is limited but will also get you around. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.

The only flag was that the bedrooms were quite bare, but we weren't in them that much, so this wasn't a problem. Overall it was a great stay!

Wie andere zuvor berichtet haben ging es uns genauso dass die Ausstattung im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern etwas schlechter ausfiel. Die Waschmaschine war defekt aber nach ein paar Tagen wurde sich gekümmert👍🏻

Previously with another owner.
We love this estate, it has a great location, it is beautifully arranged, the views are stunning.
However, we are very disappointed with this particular apartment managed by Rental Valley. Described as renovated, it is neglected, dirty, the equipment has not been repaired and is very worn, and many elements are broken and require repair (contacts, curtain rods, shower cabin).
It is very spacious, like all apartments in this estate, but the quality of the apartment does not match the description in the advertisement.

The spacious apartment spanned 4 floors with 4 different terraces to choose from; allowing excellent views of Biden and beyond, from different vantage points. Overall a well equipped apartment, especially the kitchen, although instructions how to use the induction hob, would have been helpful. The living room would really benefit from an armchair as it was quite a squeeze on one sofa. Also another bedside table/night stand would be helpful in the twin room as there is only one. The bathroom is a little tired, racially the shower screen, but was clean with plenty of hot water.
Fab ‘heated’ pool and lots of parking. Superb location to get into Salema for the fabulous beach and excellent restaurants.
Will definitely go back.

Parking was easy, very peaceful and easy 10 minute walk to local bar and bakery, 20 min walk to the supermarket or 5 mins in the car.
Lovely choice of balconies to sit on or the roof terrace. The roof is accessed by quite narrow spiral stairs so maybe not good for little children or those with mobility issues but the other two balconies are easy to get to.
Bedrooms are downstairs, kitchen in the middle and living room next level up, followed by a terrace and shower room up more stairs..
We didn’t have any children but there was a stair gate installed on the stairs that link the four different levels.
Everything was very clean, a few ants about but we’ve stayed in this location before and they are just unavoidable. The price you pay for warm weather and beautiful gardens. Did not cause a problem.
Very comfy beds, showers were good. Comfortable living area with nice TV.
Would def stay here again.

Lots of nice terraces to sit out on on sunny days to eat and to relax in the sunshine.

There was a problem with wifi connection, but it was fixed next day. Also washing machine in our townhouse wasn’t working. And one of two key fobs from the pool wasn’t working.

La casa deve migliorare notevolmente la dotazione generale. In cucina, stoviglie e pentole scarseggiavano. C'era una sola coperta (e le temperature per la maggior parte dell'anno la sera sono fredde). Quando siamo arrivati, la lavatrice aveva lo sportello danneggiato (non era possibile aprirlo). Nonostante la richiesta di assistenza, non è stato sostituito e questo ci ha causato notevoli disagi.
