The space
This modern one-bedroom Townhouse is situated in the popular resort of Balaia which is a short drive to the new Town of Albufeira where you have the busy Strip area where you have plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.
On entering the property, you walk down a few steps into the large open plan lounge and dining area which then leads onto the terrace where you have a BBQ area and table and chairs which is great for cooking some of the local fresh produce that is available from many of the local markets across the Algarve. Or simply relaxing after a full day of sightseeing or relaxing by the shared pool that is on the complex.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a large balcony with table and chairs where you can have your morning coffee or your favourit pre dinner drink.
The house has one bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower, there is also a downstairs toilet. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need from cooking a large meal to preparing a light snack.

The neighborhood
Albufeira has something for everybody, the Old Town which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne’s and the old statue of St Michael.
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for buying souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.
If you want to stay local you have a small supermarket , cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the house and you are also on the local bus service route to take you into Albufeira or the lovely resort of Olhos Da Agua where you have some of the most beautiful beaches and traditional restaurants were you can sample plenty of fresh fish and local Portuguese dishes.
If you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.
You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. There are also two water parks around a 30-minute drive from the house.
If you want to relax or have an adventure, then Albufeira is a great place to stay.
Getting around
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
