The space

Welcome to Villa Speranze, a stunning 5-bedroom villa offering breathtaking views of the Western Algarve. Perfectly situated near Lagos and Sagres, and close to beautiful beaches, this villa is ideal for your next getaway.

Perched on a hill, the villa spans two levels. Entering through the front door on the second level, you'll find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink) and a private office with built-in storage on the left. Straight ahead is the bright and spacious living room leading to the dining room. From there, access the fully enclosed kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, and a pantry. The entire back of this level features a balcony with fantastic views. The hallway on the upper floor also includes an extra storage room, and the grand staircase in the hall leads to the lower level.

On the lower level, to the left, there is a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet with a bidet). On the right side, you’ll find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub, toilet, and sink). In the middle are two additional bedrooms sharing a family bathroom (bathtub, toilet, and sink) located in the hall. The lower level also features a spacious balcony accessible from all the bedrooms.

Villa Speranze boasts a secluded garden, a large private heated swimming pool overlooking the Santo Antonio Golf and Spa resort, and an outdoor dining terrace. The neighborhood

Our holiday home in Budens, a small village close to Lagos. It is very popular amongst golf lovers, families and nature lovers.

A selection of restaurants & bars are there for you to explore both local and international food. We recommend trying fresh fish and seafood dishes! There is a large supermarket 4 minutes away by car. The beach of Salema is a 4 minutes drive. Other beaches like Burgau and Praia da Luz, are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in nature, Budens is the place to be. And if you do crave the city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 20 minutes away.

Getting around

You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.

Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
