The space
This modern fully equipped two-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Armação de Pêra and is within a short walking distance of the main beach, shops bars and restaurants.
This modern air-conditioned apartment is fully equipped for everything that you need on holiday and more. Situated on the first floor you have a small terrace from the kitchen with a BBQ.
This lovely bright apartment faces south giving you the full morning sun which is tastefully furnished. The lounge offers you the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day of exploring the local area with its large tv and free wi-fi. There is also a dining table where you can sample the local wines and fresh produce on offer and enjoy the company of good friends or family, which also leads to the main balcony that is shared with the two bedrooms which are ideal to kick back and relax.
This apartment consists of two bedrooms one with a double bed which has an en suite bathroom and the other with twin beds and a second bathroom with a shower.

The neighborhood
This apartment is located within walking distance to the main centre of Armacao de Pera where you will find everything that you need from bars, shops, and restaurants to spending lazy days on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve making you want to visit time and time again. With plenty of restaurants offering fresh fish as well as local and international cuisine.
The apartment is located just a 10-minute drive to Algarve Shopping where you have an extensive food court, cinema and many shops which will give any experienced shopper plenty to do.
Albuferia is only a 20-minute drive which is one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve. You are also situated close to the main water parks and Zoomarine.
This is most definitely the place to unwind and relax or a great base to explore the Algarve and more. Ideal for the whole family or to enjoy with friends.
Getting around
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended

A casa é bastante acolhedora, tem todas as condições necessárias para se passar uns belos dias de férias.
É espaçosa, as camas são confortáveis e o espaço estava muito asseado.
A cozinha tem todas as comodidades necessárias e é bem grande.
A sala também é espaçosa e tem dois sofás confortáveis para se passar um bom serão.
O exterior também é agradável, a piscina precisa de ser remodelada em alguns sítios mas é agradável e espaçosa. Disponibilizam espreguiçadeiras o que foi óptimo.
No geral gostámos mesmo muito de lá estar e gostaríamos de voltar. Muito obrigado!

Apartamento muy amplio, limpio y cómodo. Cocina bien equipada. A unos 15 min. aprox caminando hasta la playa y a 20-25 min de zona céntrica. Pueblo tranquilo pero con todos los servicios. Fácil aparcamiento. Piscina grande y tranquila, con hamacas propias del apartamento.
La persona que nos entregó las llaves fue amable y puntual, pero apenas hablaba español, difícil la comunicación. Varios desperfectos menores, lo comunicamos a la empresa, accesibles y con buena disposición.

Die Lage war sehr gut und überwiegend ruhig. Der Spielplatz nebenan hat kaum gestört. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell erreichbar (Continente, Lidl und Minimarkts). Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar, ein gutes Restaurant um die Ecke. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es immer vor dem Haus, sogar mit Schattenplätzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat zwei Balkone, davon einer mit Blick zum Pool. Der Pool war sehr groß und auch mit unterschiedlichen Höhen. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden und Sonnenschirme waren nicht notwendig, da es am Pool irgendwo immer Schatten gab. Das Haus hat zwei Aufzüge. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühl-/Gefrierkombi. Es war alles gefließt bzw. Laminat im Schlafzimmer, daher war eine eigene Reinigung gut möglich.
Der Pool war manchmal etwas verschmutzt und wurde nicht so häufig gereinigt. Trotz des längeren Aufenthalts (16 Nächte) war keine Zwischenreinigung kostenlos enthalten. Die Flutlichtanlage vom Skaterpark war etwas hell und schien in das Schlafzimmer. Leider fand keine Reparatur der Dunstabzugshaube statt. Der Code vom Schlüsselsafe wurde nicht herausgegeben. Insgesamt sind diese aber Kleinigkeiten gewesen, die den Urlaub nicht viel beeinträchtigt haben.

Apartment was fabulous and in a great location. Easy walk to both beach and restaurants. Number of supermarkets in walking distance also. Met by the local agent who showed us where everything was.
Had an issue with the sunbeds supplied for use at the pool so we didn't use this facility.

Beautiful apartment, lovely location. exactly as described on website.
Loungers on balcony can be brought to the pool, nice quiet location, but only 5 minute walk to restaurants shops etc. I would book this apartment again , and would recommend it for a couple, friends or small family.
Only problem was no change of linen even though we were there for 2 weeks ,we did ask and were told no even though it says in information folder it was provided..
The TV has limited english speaking channels (did not effect us but may effect others).
A second set of keys would be a bonus.

It’s like any other Airbnb, poor and uncomfortable white lighting, too warm sofas, no kitchen cloths, almost no amenities in the kitchen. One pays too much to have to buy olive oil and salt but hosts blink the eye with some coffee and a cheap bottle of wine. Overall ok but will choose a different place to stay next time

Apartamento muy amplio, muy bien equipado (barbacoa en la terraza incluida) y bastante nuevo. Zona muy tranquila con facilidad para aparcar en la puerta del edificio. Junto a un parque de niños. Piscina muy grande, con una amplia zona que no cubre, ideal para niños. A 10 minutos de la playa andando. El pueblo está en el centro de Algarve, ideal para moverse por la zona.

Great location: quiet and a short walk to the beach. Nice, spacious, clean and bright apartment. Easy check in with Jacqueline who was very responsive and accommodating.
It was hard to find the right apartment building because the address we were given. even not far, was wrong.
No trash bags in the kitchen that matched the trash can size. Living room sliding door lock needs fixing.

This is a brilliant holiday apartment fairly centrally located in Armação de Pêra. We really appreciated having the supermarket very close by too, as the kitchen is really well equipped. The pool looks lovely (although we didn’t use it as the weather was chilly).

We loved our stay there. Emma was a perfect host who quickly responded to any questions we had. The apartment was perfect . Clean , spacious and had everything we needed for our stay . We never got a chance to use the pool but it was used by others. My only suggestion would be to have lounge chairs by the pool instead of lugging them down from the room .
The location was perfect and the parking was ideal. We never had to search for a parking spot. The first night it felt as if we were the only ones in the building but by the end of our stay it got busier.
Our only criticism was the location of the dishwasher was right by the kitchen door which made it difficult at times. Not a big deal b/c we didn't use it very much but I can see that for a busy family going thru a lot of dishes it might be a little annoying.
Other than that, check in was smooth as was check out. We requested a later check out the day we were leaving and they were more than accommodating.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone i know staying in armacao de pera.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnte wir von hier aus die Algarve gut erkunden. Die Wohnung war riesig und sehr sauber! Die Küche war super ausgestattet (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Orangenpresse, Kaffeemaschine uvm.) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. In 2 Minuten war man mit dem Auto beim Supermarkt (10min zu Fuß) und der Strand war auch fußläufig zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig, da wir jedoch so gut wie alleine in dem Gebäude waren, ist dies kein Problem für uns gewesen!

Blitzsauber und die Bilder lügen nicht! Toll ausgestattet und gepflegt - man fühlt sich, als ob man der erste Benutzer wäre.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Microwelle, Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr: alles ausreichend und gut ausgestattet vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es in ausreichender Anzahl unmittelbar vor dem Gebäude. Neben dem Treppenhaus gibt es auch 2 Aufzüge. Der vorhandene Pool ist sowohl für Kinder, als auch für Erwachsene gut geeignet (Flachwasser- und Tiefwasserbereich).
Der Ort eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge an die ganze Algarve, ist ansonsten allerdings eine reine Touristensiedlung mit diversen Appartementhochhäusern und keiner klassisch gewachsenen Ortsstruktur.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige im Ort, es sind jedoch auch innerhalb weniger Autominuten die bekannten Märkte (Aldi, Lidl, Intermarche etc.) erreichbar.
Die Mitarbeiterin der Vermietungsfirma (Emma) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch telefonisch und per Mail gut erreichbar.
Wir waren Anfang April 2019 dort und hatten die ganze Appartementanlage praktisch für uns alleine. Wenn jedoch mehrere Wohnungen belegt sind, könnte es aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen.
Wir kommen sicherlich gerne noch einmal wieder (in der Vor- oder Nachsaison).

Lovely apartment, in a brand new development, 10 mins walk from the Beach and local amenities. It felt as if I was the first visitor! Because it is new the taxi driver had a few problems locating it, but the walk towards the beach was much more straightforward!

Great host who met us on arrival at apartment. Fantastic brand new apartment within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Would return without any doubt. Excellent value .

The apartment is perfectly located 5 min from the beach, new and fully equipped with grill for BBQ, oven and modern kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is acoustically isolated. Excellent air conditioning in every room. Emma was very prompt to fix last minute problems. Highly suggested.

Wszystko zgodnie z ofertą, Apartament przestronny, z dużym balkonem i basenem, w którym co dzień można się relaksować po kąpielach w oceanie. Do plaży blisko, dosłownie kilka minut spacerkiem. Emma powitała nas ciepło i serdecznie. Wszystko tak jak tego oczekiwaliśmy.

Nous avons passé un excelent séjour dans cet appartement. nous avons apprécié l'accueil ainsi que la propreté du logement. Néanmoins, nous avons eu un petit problème avec le débit d'eau dans les douches. il était impossible de se doucher à deux alors qu'il y a deux salle de bain. sinin rien à redire.
