Luxury three bedroom Villa with private pool and countryside view
The space
The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms one of which is en-suite. On entering the villa, you are welcomed by the bright and spacious lounge that offers you the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day of exploring the local area with its large TV and free Wi-Fi. There is also a dining table and open plan kitchen which is equipped for all your needs.
One bedroom is situated on the ground floor which has twin beds and is great for kids, next to the bedroom you will find a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
On the first floor there is a full bathroom with separate shower cubicle and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms on the first floor comprise of one with twin beds and the other bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Both of the bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.
Both bedrooms enter onto a terrace area which has plenty of seating to have that evening cocktail and watch the sun set, there are panoramic sea views from the terrace and breath-taking views of the hills and beautiful Portuguese countryside this area is truly the best place to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or relaxing by your own private pool which also has a connecting smaller pool.
If the top terrace and your own private pool are not enough the Villa also offers a large seating area with dining table where you can sample the local wines and fresh produce on offer and enjoy the company of good friends or family.

The neighborhood
You have some of the most beautiful beaches just a 10-minute drive away and also the neighbouring resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteria. Although the Villa is central we do recommend that you hire a car.
Getting around
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended

Area no shops or restaurants within walking distance, so car recommended .next door has dog's and their barking can be heard.

The house has a very nice pool and an amazing balcony with sea-view.
The communication with the host was very pleasant and we were able to check-in several hours before the scheduled time.
The area itself is rather quiet without any super busy streets or similar - however it is necessary to either rent a car or use Uber / bolt (like we did). However both options (car rent or Uber) are quite cheap in the area.
All in all it was a very nice stay and I would strongly recommend this house!

Churrasqueira bastante prática.
Localização boa para zonas comerciais (3-4 kms)
Zona tranquila e sossegada.
Não tem garagem, apenas espaço para 1 automóvel.
Sem isolamento total de claridade nos quartos.

Villa is a bit tired, had air con although very loud probably due to age, pool wasn’t heated so very cold in feb.
Huge fridge and great kitchen facilities.
Dogs barking next door every night from 3am may be a problem if you are a light sleeper (not the host’s fault) just making people aware.
Didn’t have any problems until we left and we were accused of scratching a sink and tried to charge for replacement.

Great communication from the hosts from the moment we booked. Upon check in everything was clear and the process was smooth. If we needed something during our stay they responded swiftly!
We hired a car which I would say is essential to get around although Uber is in the area and you will pay around €15 into Vilamoura.
There is an Aldi in Almancil which is no more than 5 minutes in the car which was ideal to stock up on supplies during our stay.
Villa is well presented and spacious. Along with being well equipped with everything you need!
Would definitely return and recommend to anyone 👏🏻

Cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner.
Attention, les fenêtres n'ont pas de volets et des stores peu occultants, donc on se fait réveiller très tôt par le soleil.
La piscine n'est pas sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge.

The check in agent was friendly and helpful.
The property was not nice.
It was very poorly/cheaply fitted out, smelt musty and felt dirty. The mattresses were old, extremely worn and tired.
The pool hadn't been cleaned on our arrival. We hadn't been left pool towels.
The upstairs bathroom is half taken up by a washing machine in a homemade cupboard.
The photos on the booking site are very well taken and not representative of the villa.

No geral, uma boa casa com alguma privacidade,

Piscina nao estava limpa, vieram na manha seguinte limpar.
problemas com tv e wifi que so resolveram no 3.º dia, numa estadia de 3 noites.
Secador de cabelo nao funciona.
Cheiro desagradável no quarto de casal que desapareceu passado algum tempo.
Deviam haver estores na sala bem como no quarto, quando nasce o sol tem luz a entrar enquanto ha hospedes ainda a dormir.
Na cozinha está em falta uma frigideira pequena para fazer ovos por exemplo.
Uma casa com alguns aspetos a melhor.
