Never go without sunshine in this homely property! Our townhouse has been renovated to modern standards without losing its traditional charm, offering you a cozy and comfortable stay.
This house is composed of one apartment and two studios. All fitting 2 persons. It features a small shared balcony and spacious rooftop terrace with lounge set that catches the late-afternoon sunshine, perfect for long, lazy summer nights. This variety always gives you the option for sun and shade and protection from the dominant northerly winds.
It is located just off the main square in Vila do Bispo.
Guest access
The studio is part of a larger townhouse, all 3 accommodations share the entrance, hallway with balcony and the rooftop terrace. The studio itself has a private entrance door with lock and is all yours during your stay. From this studio you can also access the shared balcony directly.

➤ PLEASE NOTE! the stairs to access the mezzanine with double bed are steep and without guard rails. This makes it unsuitable for elderly and less abled guests or young children.
➤ Please be aware that our neighbor's building is currently undergoing construction, which unfortunately began in October 2023 and is expected to continue for the next 4-6 months, with completion anticipated by March 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.

The neighborhood
The townhouse is located in the center of Vila do Bispo town, in a lovely small town that has everything you might need during your holiday. Restaurants and little bars just around the corner a small supermarket and more restaurants just 5 minutes walking and a big supermarket 10 minutes from the house. The nearest beaches are just about 5 minutes by car.
Due to its location, Vila do Bispo is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy both the south and westcoast of the Algarve. Whether you are a surfer, hiker or generally want to explore the area, from here you can get to the best locations on both coasts within 15 minutes driving.
Getting around
Vila do Bispo bus stop is about 200 metres away. There are several buses a day going to and from Vila do Bispo, but to get around a hire car is recommended. You can park for free in the streets next to the house.

★ PLEASE NOTE! The stairs towards the rooftop terrace are steep. They are not suitable for access by elderly or less abled guests or young children.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
