The space
Our spacious, modern and light 3 bed, 3 bath apartment is located on the first floor of a brand new luxury condominium just outside the town centre of Lagos. With three ensuite bathrooms, it's the ideal getaway for 3 couples or families without kids. There are no facilities aimed specifically at children in and around the building The apartment comes with super fast fibre optic internet, a rarity in the Algarve as well as a work desk, making it ideally suited for guests who wish to work during their stay as well. On top of it all, the entire apartment, including terraces, is fully wheelchair accessible.
The three ensuite bedrooms come with a large and comfortable double bed (1x king-size and 2x queen-size), walk-in rain shower and each gives access to the large west-facing balcony. Another spacious east-facing covered balcony can be accessed from the living room and kitchen. From the east-facing balcony, you will have a partial yet beautiful ocean view as well as a full view over the Monchique mountain range. Totalling 67m2 and outfitted with 6-person outside dining tables, daybeds and a selection of plants and shrubs, these balconies guarantee that you can fully enjoy your outside time in the sunny Algarve.
The state-of-the-art, open plan apartment is flooded with natural light and is finished with Italian ceramic floors and quality wooden wall and wardrobe coverings to give you that extra luxury feeling. The fully equipped kitchen has the newest Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The large indoor dining table easily sits six guests. Door access, lighting, under-floor heating, ventilation and blinds are controlled by a touchscreen smart home system. The living room features a 55-inch smart TV with IPTV service offering 150 Portuguese and international channels. All spaces have air conditioning, electric black-out shutters and ventilation.
While the ocean is just around the corner, you can also enjoy the fresh waters of the condominium's outdoor swimming pool in the beautifully kept communal garden. Sun loungers are provided at the pool.

The neighborhood
The central location of the apartment between beaches, shopping and the historic old town is perfect for those who want to be close to everything. The SuperEureka supermarket (550m.) and the huge department store and supermarket Intermarché (600m.) are very close by, while the main town square in the historic centre is only 15 min. walk. Even Lagos’ three most iconic beaches are within walking distance: Praia Dona Ana (17 min.), Praia de Porto de Mos (20 min.) and Praia do Camilo (20 min.). The Ponte de Piedade, one of Portugal’s most photographed and stunning sea vistas and ideal jogging zone is only a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. In short, the apartment’s location is exceptional for any activity, allowing you to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer. For guests with cars, there is an underground parking space on floor -1, guest parking space in front of the building and ample parking space in nearby streets. The Boavista Golf range is a 6-minute drive only.
Getting around
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Uber's available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.
Other things to note
➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9pm. Check-in after 9pm must be confirmed before booking and is not always possible. If possible an extra fee of 30 euros until 23:00 and 50 euros until 00:00 must be paid at arrival. No check-in after midnight.
