The space
Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone passionate about water!
Your apartment is spacious (70m2 living), bright, and completely private on the first floor. You will have 1 bedroom with comfortable boxsprings, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a 40m2 open plan living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bathroom and toilet are separate and you have a private balcony (10m2) that overlooks the marina and the water.

The neighborhood
The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!
Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.
Getting around
You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Die Küche ist sehr klein im Gegensatz zur Grösse des Wohnzimmers, insgesamt haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung machte einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck! Die Schränke fielen bei Benutzung teilweise auseinander. Die Terrassenmöbel waren sehr alt, verschlissen und kaputt und daher kaum zu benutzen. Ich kann dass Apartment 18 bis zur Renovierung und teilweisen Neumöblierung niemandem empfehlen! Für den Eigentümer besteht Handlungsbedarf!

Despite of this fact that overall I really liked the place, there are peculiarities that shocked me, one face towel was absolutely padded. I can't image host leave it to us. This made me so angry with host. Also pillow was tangled and very uncomfortable. Curtains in one bedroom was very spotted (blood?). If host pay attention to these problems, the accommodation will be superb.

Toilet somewhat blocked. The apartment was noisy due to poor apartment complex layout. Noise from the common corridor. The furniture was very sparse and worn out.

Eines der beiden Doppelzimmer war sehr klein. Es passten gerade die zwei Betten und ein Schrank hinein, das war nicht angenehm für 2 Paare.

De inrichting van het huis is ook wat wonderlijk, zeer minimaal en grote open ruimtes. De douches zijn top, en is verder weinig op de woning af te dingen.

Het appartement heeft onderhoud nodig. Veel lampen zowel in het appartement als in het trappenhuis zijn kapot. Het trappenhuis is donker. Keukenafvoer loopt niet goed door. Ook mag de inrichting vh appartement wat aandacht (oude hoofdkussens, ongezellige inrichting). Verder zijn de meeste voorzieningen aanwezig.

Die Terasse ist sehr groß , die Wohnung ist auch sehr groß und man hat genug Platz .
Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn, die Türen schließen sehr laut und die Nachbarn haben ständig auf der Terasse geraucht ( auch Cannabis) und der Rauch zog immer rüber zu uns so das man nicht auf der Terasse sitzen konnte und die Terassentür geöffnet lassen konnte

Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, an der Gardine, auf dem Lampenschirm und auf den Telleruntersetzern.
Es hing kein einziges Bild an den Wänden. Im Wohnzimmer hat man auf eine sehr große nackte Wand geschaut.
Die Wohnung hat seltsam gerochen.

駐車場が無料でした。
もう少し、防音対策がされていれば良かった。
ベランダの広い部屋だったので、バーベキュー施設があればもっと楽しかったかも。
スーパーが少し遠いので、車があれば便利です。もし、車がないのだったら、到着前に食材を買っておくことを勧めます。
