The space
Time for a little getaway near the beach? This beautiful beach studio for 2 is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. The beach and lively boulevard, and shops are within walking distance. So is the train station with direct connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam to spend time on a little day trip.
The cottage is stylishly and brightly decorated with lots of wood to give it that beach feeling. It features a living room with a small kitchenette and a dining area. The bathroom has a rain shower, and the double bed is big (160x200) and comfortable. The cherry on top is the garden/outside area where you can relax and enjoy the warm summer nights.

The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks, to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip?
Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach, those are two great areas to walk or cycle. In addition, there's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain biking around the race track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort, you can quickly get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station, which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Thank you for your review. We regret to see that despite our best efforts, you were still so unhappy with our service.
Neither our cleaning team, nor our hosts who check the property before your arrival noticed anything wrong at the property on your arrival day. Even after your departure, the owners themselves went to check what the issue was and confirmed that indeed, when the bed was moved from the wall they could find a few faint spots from recent humidity. It was very bad weather right before your arrival and the spots must have come on after that - the smell from the bathroom was similarly the result of a water rush in the main water pipes after the rain.
Of course, ideally the spots would have been seen and removed before your arrival but we there was no such thing as a significant mould issue and it could easily be resolved for you. We never intended to insult you, but we do believe you complicated the situation for yourselves. That is all that we tried to explain to you.
The owners very kindly offered you a full refund as we didn't want you to feel uncomfortable and we regret that we clearly didn't achieve that for you.

Easy walk to a beautiful beach with a sauna and great restaurants. One thing is it gets very cold and could do with an extra heater, especially in December.

Die Gastgeber Kevin & Aafje war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Sie haben uns gute local Tipps gegeben und waren immer zu erreichen wenn wir was gebraucht haben! Parken konnte man super günstig im Parkhaus centrum 18€ für 3 Tage und in ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Leider war unter dem Bett jede Menge Staub, da wurde länger nicht sauber gemacht. Im Gegensatz zum Test des Hauses da war alles Tip Top.

Optimal für einen Kurztrip.
Leider waren die Lampen/ Spiegel und hinter dem Fernseher etwas staubig, ansonsten alles sauber.
Dusche ist etwas umständlich, es lässt sich leider nicht vermeiden, dass Wasser aus der Dusche heraus tritt. Vielleicht wäre es besser eine normale Duschkabine einzusetzen.
Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

De accommodatie is zeer schoon en alles was gewoon prima. Let er wel op dat je eerst langs het hoofdhuis moet lopen door de tuin heen. Het voelde wel even alsof we aan het inbreken waren, aangezien we een van de kinderen aantroffen in de tuin. Dit was voor ons verder geen probleem, zeer aardige mevrouw die ons nog advies heeft gegeven over lokale plekken.
Het enige nadeel is toch wel het parkeren in Zandvoort. Er is nergens gratis parkeren en de prijzen van straatparkeren zijn niet te doen. Wij hebben toen maar gereserveerd bij parkeerplaats De Zuid wat ons voor 5 dagen 60 euro heeft gekost. Hou hier rekening mee.
Verder een leuke ervaring geweest.

Für ein paar Tage ist es vollkommen okay aber längere Aufenthalte würde ich nicht empfehlen, da es schon recht weit vom Strand entfernt ist.
Wir hatten ein Leck im Dach und die Agentur hat sich direkt darum gekümmert und war sofort erreichbar.
Das nächste Mal würden wir eine Unterkunft direkt am Meer und mit Stellplatz bevorzugen.

Man konnte das Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch bis zum Strand und zu den Beach Bars war es nicht weit.
Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen.

We waren in de verwachting dat het vrij parkeren was in de straat aangezien dat aangegeven stond op de site. Helaas bleek dit niet zo te zijn. We hebben er uiteindelijk een oplossing voor gevonden door te parkeren bij de P+R in Overveen en het OV terug naar Zandvoort te nemen. Wel wat gedoe. De communicatie hierover was prettig en snel met de host.
De verwarming/airco in het huisje deed het soms wel en soms niet. Kennelijk afhankelijk van of de verwarming aanstaat in het grote huis? Hierdoor was het soms flink koud. In de zomer niet iets om je druk over te maken.
Al met al, prettig verblijf.

Sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und vom Platz ausreichend!
Die Lage war perfekt, ein schöner kleiner Spaziergang von 5-10 in die Stadt oder zum Strand.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und wurden auch sehr herzlich begrüßt!

It's located in Zandvoort, which is a bit further out from Amsterdam Central, but it was fine with us as getting to this place for the airport and getting to and from AC was so easy with the train. The place is a good walking distance from the station and we just loved the neighborhood - so peaceful and beautiful.
For the place itself - it was decently sized for us and was enough for us given that we were out most of the day. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We met the owners one of the days we were leaving the property and they were so nice and friendly.
Rental Valley (property management) has also been great with giving us info regarding our booking, etc.
Recommending this place to anyone looking to stay in Zandvoort area and would love to come back and stay here again in the future on our next visit.

The only little problem with the apartment is that the kitchen doesn‘t have a lot of devices. The microwave is very useful as it has got an oven and a grill function but we did not want to cook a big meal in the microwave. So we just used the kitchen for breakfast.
So if you‘re fine with that the apartment is great for you. Its location is also perfect! It lies on a beautiful street near the central part of town. It takes you 10 minutes to get to the beach. Enjoy your stay :)

Allerdings stehen keine kostenlose Parkplätze wie Rental Valley es verspricht zur Verfügung. Es gibt ein Parkhaus 5 Minuten zu Fuß, welches im Sommer 15€/Tag kostet. An warmen Tagen so sagten uns die Besitzer kann es selbst in den Parkhäusern schwer sein etwas zu finden und man muss wohl auf die sehr teuren Parkplätze an der Straße ausweichen.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war in Ordnung, es ist allerdings etwas Luft nach oben was die Küchenausstattung angeht. Es fehlten unter anderem Weingläser, Schneidebrett, ein scharfes Messer, Einmaltücher.
Die großen Handtücher waren staubig, der Rest war sauber.

Durch den super einfachen Check in und toll gelegenem Beachhouse im Garten hatte man auch genug Privatsphäre.
Super gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, sauber und es ist alles da gewesen was man benötigt. Tolle vorab Infos auch bzgl. Parken.

Am Strand gibt es einige Restaurants und Bars in denen man sehr gut essen gehen kann. Auch das Café/Restaurant "The Noble Tree" in der Innenstandt von Zandvoort ist sehr zu empfehlen.
An Aktivitäten ist von Windsurfen, Fahrrad fahren oder Wandern im nahegelegenen Nationalpark alles möglich.
Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !
Einziges Manko ist die Parksituation in Zandvoort.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist es leider sehr teuer zu parken. Etwas günstiger ist es im öffentlichen Parkhaus.

Die Gastgeber/innen die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, waren unglaublich freundlich, haben einem aber auch komplette Privatsphäre geboten.

Sehr freundliche und zuvor kommende Vermieter.
Die Innenstadt mit Restaurants, Läden und Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar, zum Strand werden knapp 15 Minuten gebraucht.
Lediglich das Parken ist in Zandvoort ein teures Vergnügen.
Auf Empfehlung der Vermieter haben wir für eine Woche eine Parkplatz im Centrum Parkhaus gebucht.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Мы проживали в конце октября, и в доме было очень холодно. Если для отопления комнаты нам предоставили электрический обогреватель, то в ванной была температура как на улице. Было бы здорово включать отопление в домике, хотя бы на малую мощность.

Abends ist es so ruhig das man auf der Terrasse das meeresrauschen hört (sehr erholsam).
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön dekorier, man fühöt sich direkt wohl und wie zu hause.
Die Informationen könnten ruhig noch ausführlicher sein aber kein mangel der service war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und perfekt ergänzend.
in den buchungsinformationen findet man sehr einfach die Kontaktnummer.

Keine Kochmöglichleit, außer Mikrowelle.
Keine gut funktionierende Wasserheizung. Ein mobiler Heizlüfter hat ausgeholfen. Jedoch konnte dieser aus Brandschutzgründen nur bei Anwesenheit betrieben werden. Kam man in die Unterkunft was es zunächst sehr kalt.
