The space
With a stay at this apartment, you'll be directly at Vale Centeanes Beach. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self-parking is available onsite.
The accommodation consists of a nice living room with large windows, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all the essentials. And a lovely terrace, only less then a minute away from the ocean!

The neighborhood
What a location! Just around the corner of praia de Carvoeiro. With lovely restaurants all within easy walking distance. Fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up to the buzz of traditional village life.
Carvoeiro is a great place to discover the Algarve from, being located so centrally on the coastline. If you like golf, surfing, windsurfing, tennis and watersports, all is to be found close by which makes the place very popular all year round. Not to forget the beautiful area of Serra de Monchique about 20km to the north, where you can get an unforgettable mountain biking experience.
There are thousands of unbelievable beaches of which some are even pretty much undiscovered and only accessible by boat. If you like fresh fish and seafood, here you are right at home with an infinite number of great restaurants all along the coast.
Getting around
You can reach Carvoeiro in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and a car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train, it will take about 2 to 3 hours.
Although public transport is available and will definitely get you around, it is limited. If you plan on exploring the general Algarve area, a (hire) car is recommended. Within Carvoeiro, you don't need any special transportation. You can easily walk through the village.
There is parking available at the apartment's parking lot. To get access, we need to register your details at least 48 hours before arrival. Please make sure to inform us in a timely matter if you wish to use this. Max 1 car.

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 10pm. Later check-in is possible but at your own risk as our support line might not be available anymore at that hour.
➤ Check-out time: before 10am
ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.

vielen Dank für Ihr wertvolles Feedback. Leider hatten wir in diesem Jahr einen extrem nassen Frühling, was dazu geführt haben könnte, dass unser Apartment länger als erwartet betroffen war. Wir haben jedoch Maßnahmen ergriffen, um das Apartment so trocken wie möglich zu halten, wie z.B. ein Luftentfeuchter.
Was den Kühlschrank betrifft, haben wir Ihr Feedback mit unserem Reinigungsteam geteilt.

The attention to detail is remarkable—whether it’s the cozy decor, the fully stocked kitchen, or the luxurious bedding that made every night’s sleep feel like a dream. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a day of exploring.
The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure that I had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay, providing great recommendations and making me feel truly taken care of.
Overall, this apartment was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip. It felt like a true home away from home!

Stationnement facile et à côté de l'appartement quand on suit bien les instructions.
Par contre il ne faut pas avoir peur des cafards ! 3 au total pendant le séjour..
L'appartement est propre mais pourrait l'être plus. (nous sommes maniaques).

The rooms were clean, and 2 bathrooms made everyday life for 4 people really easy. The apartment is equipped with all the basics needed. Nicely equipped kitchen and chairs for chilling on the balcony.
The host team was responding quickly. Also, the brochure sent prior to arrival was helpful and contained all necessary information.
All in all, really satisfied with the apartment.

Obrigada por dedicar algum do seu tempo a avaliar a sua estadia.
Temos a localização e o acesso à propriedade muito bem explicados e marcados. Lamento saber que, no entanto, teve dificuldade em encontrar a casa, mas ficamos agradados por saber que as autoridades locais tentaram e conseguiram ajudá-lo.
Relativamente ao corredor e às escadas do prédio, estes não estão, de facto, em perfeitas condições, no entanto apenas o apartamento faz parte da nossa gestão e não as áreas comuns. Já contactámos a administração deste edifício várias vezes mas, como se trata de um condomínio, só quando todos concordarem é que as coisas serão melhoradas.
No entanto, o nosso alojamento, reservado por vocês, está em muito boas condições e foi totalmente renovado recentemente.
Também reparámos que nos deu 5 estrelas em todos os pontos, à exceção da sua experiência no check in. Estamos um pouco surpreendidos com isso, pois a sua classificação final foi apenas de 3 estrelas devido apenas à experiência no check in.

I really liked the location, steps a way from the beach and only 2km from Carvoiero town where there were lots of places to eat. Here you could also find the Boneca Cave, a beautiful walk along the boardwalk and Algar Seco.

There was a strong smell in the unit when we arrived which was masked with an air freshener. It did disappear after opening all the doors and windows.
Nice beds and linens. Well stocked kitchen with lots of implements, dishes, glasses, trays, tea, coffee, olive oil aluminum foil salt/pepper ect.
The kitchen sink is in a wierd position tucked in a corner but that did give more prep space on the counter.
Has 3 beach umbrellas. Could use a couple of beach mats and a foot wash bucket to keep sand out of the unit.
The staff was quick to have our shower drain cleaned when the water would not drain.
Overall great stay with a few minor inconveniences.

Der Meerblick stimmt nur bedingt. Man sieht es nur auf der Terrasse am äußersten Ende, wenn man steht. Jedenfalls ist die Wohnung zum Meer hin ausgerichtet.
Es fehlt in der Wohnung an nichts. Die Abflüsse riechen manchmal etwas, dagegen wurden aber Luftbedufter aufgestellt.
Die Straße in der Nähe ist Abends und Nachts nicht sehr stark befahren, jedoch sind Bremshügel auf der Straße. Wenn dort ein LKW zu schnell darüber fährt, hört man das bei geöffnetem Fenstern eben. Sind die Türen/Fenster geschlossen ist alles ruhig!
3 Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden.
Ein kleiner Spar Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ist aber sehr teuer. In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten.

Fica mesmo ao pé da praia é só descer as escadas.
Mas da varanda não se vê o mãe como tem nas fotos…

The location is great. It’s just a few steps to the beach. There’s a nice beach bar and a snack bar just next to the apartment and a few restaurants a short walk away. The village is a 5 minute drive and it’s lovely.
Upon arrival we picked up the keys from a lockbox and went in through the main lobby which took us through a long, dark, and eerie hallway which I had read about in other reviews. Luckily we didn’t have to use that hallway many times again as there is another entrance to the other side which opens right to the beach too.

The appartment itself was ok although the musty smell from the corridor did permeate into the room. Few maintenance issues need to be addressed.
Area is fantastic and it is very close to the beach and the fabulous cliff top walks.

I am sorry to hear that you did not feel comfortable with the apartment access. We are aware that the long hallways can feel a bit eerie and e recent leak has increased that feeling. But unfortunately, this is not within our power to solve - it's part of the condominium, not our property. That is also why we advice you in our personal guest guide to use the side entrance, which is also availabela and allows you to avoid this hallway alltogether.
