The space
Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone who is passionate about water!
Your apartment is spacious (78m2), bright and completely private on the third floor. You will have 2 bedrooms and an open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bathroom and toilet are separate and there are French windows which overlook the marina and the water.

★ Bedroom 2: Bunkbed! Best suited for kids, but with the size mattress of 90x200

The neighborhood
The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!
Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.
Getting around
You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Ganz schwach war der Informationsfluss von Rental Valley. Keine aktive Kontaktaufnahme vor Bezug. Erst nach dreimaligem Nachfragen und fast eine Stunde nach der offiziellen Bezugszeit bekamen wir den Check in Code.
Nachfragen bei e domizil wurden, mit Wartezeit von mehreren Tagen, jeweils beantwortet.
Leider war es nicht möglich, einen Babybett und Kinderstuhl hinstellen zu lassen. Schade, ansonsten wäre die Wohnung familientauglich.

En cuanto al alojamiento se refiere era ideal. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona residencial con vistas al lago tal y como se anuncia, siendo una zona muy tranquila y bonita. El acceso a la misma era muy fácil, además de contar con parking propio donde dejar al coche.
A todo lo anterior le sumo el orden y la limpieza del alojamiento. Nada más entrar olía a limpio. El apartamento era muy espacioso, y todo estaba en su sitio. Sin lugar a dudas un lugar totalmente recomendable y para repetir. 10/10.

Les équipements sont d’un bon niveau et l’appartement est spacieux.
Beau point de vue sur le port de plaisance et le canal.
Seul bémol, vaisselle insuffisante pour 6 personnes.

Le lendemain matin, pas d’eau chaude… donc 6 douches froides et vivifiantes. Mais heureusement réactivité de l’hôte et à notre retour, l’eau était chaude.
Il manquait une 6e assiette plate, un couteau. Mais sinon le logement est agréable, spacieux avec une jolie vue.
Parfait pour notre famille.
Je recommande tout de même.

Ha a disposizione il parcheggio, che è molto utile considerato che la posizione del residence richiede di avere la propria macchina.
Le due stanze da letto hanno le finestre sulla balconata di accesso ai vari appartamenti, per cui potrebbe esserci qualche problema di privacy e di rumore dall'esterno, ma durante il nostro soggiorno non ci sono stati problemi.
Le comunicazioni con l'host sono asettiche (self check-in e self check-out) ma le istruzioni sono chiare e complete.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr angenehm und wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch der Ausblick und die Umgebung ist sehr schön!

Alle Räume waren regelrecht schlecht beleuchtet. Die Lichtkörper waren zu gering gewählt und zudem waren einige Lampen komplett defekt. Die Geräte in der Küche (Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine) sind sichtbar älter und nach dem Erleben der durchgeknallten Lampen stellte sich die Frage nach der Leistungsfähigkeit. Bad und WC haben kein Fenster, die Belüftung erfolgt über die geöffnete Tür zum Flur. Die Möblierung der Wohnung ist funktional ausreichend, gemütlich ist die Wohnung jedoch damit noch nicht. Wir hätten uns über mehr Wohnlichkeit sehr gefreut.

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Mikrowelle war noch vom Vorgänger dreckig. Die Türgriffe an den Küchenschränken klebten. Die Fenster dreckig und voller Spinnen. Das Sofa ziemlich abgenutzt und ziemlich klein. Für den Preis hätte ich eine bessere Unterkunft erwartet.

Fik ikke koden til nøgleboksen med nøglerne til lejligheden. Måtte ringe efter hjælp. Lejligheden var slet ikke den man så på billederne og havde ikke terrasse. Der ligger en togbane 50 meter fra lejligheden hvor der kom tog hver 5 min. Lejligheden lå i et lille industrikvarter så lidt larm i hverdagene.
