The house is on a quiet cobblestone street of traditional Portuguese homes and is loaded with traditional charm and modern updates. Original marble stairs add historic charm to the home which is equipped with air conditioning/heat, new appliances, and a cute and bright patio. This is a fantastic place for exploring Lagos and the Algarve.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located right next to the Lagos marina area. The Marina area itself has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical centre full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Getting around
You have both a local and national bus service as well as a train service near the centre of Lagos, so getting out and about is quite easy. Due to the location of the property, there is no allocated parking, however, there are paying facilities nearby should you wish to hire a car.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
