Your apartment is spacious (91m2), bright and completely private on the first floor. You will have 2 bedrooms with comfortable boxsprings and a 40m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bathroom with shower and toilet. And you have a private balcony (15m2) that overlooks the marina and the water.

The neighborhood
The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake, and the city center of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cozy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the center of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft, and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!
Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.
Getting around
You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern und wir haben sie sauber vorgefunden. Es gab jedoch ein paar kleine Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten: Einige grundlegende Haushaltsartikel wie Salz oder andere Standardutensilien waren gar nicht vorhanden, und einige Dinge waren nur in begrenzter Menge verfügbar. Zudem stimmte die Beschreibung bezüglich des Ofens nicht ganz – statt eines Ofens gab es eine Mikrowelle mit eingeschränkter Ofenfunktion. Eine genauere Beschreibung dieser Details wäre hilfreich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man mit dem Auto schnell Den Haag, Amsterdam und das Meer erreichen kann. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

I loved the space we had inside and the view from the big windows. the apartment is focussed on the living space and the outdoors, so the room is extra big and the outside space is great too. the kitchen had everything we needed, and the big table meant big meals to be had. the list of essential amenities mentioned there would be tea and coffee. after not being able to find tea, and sending a message to Rental Valley, we didn't feel very assisted by the reply we got. (basically we should go buy some, even though it was almost 10pm). everything else in the apartment was amazing though!

Ruim, netjes, compleet, modern, mooi uitzicht, groot balkon. Goede bedden, lekkere bank, ruime eettafel. Appart toillet, fijne douche. Koffie thee aanwezig.
In de buurt op loopafstand lekker eten en sporten bij Dekker..sportcentrum met oa bowling, mini golf, paddel ..
Dicht bij Leiden De locatie is op soort industrieterrein.
In de zomer denk ik wat minder afgelegen gevoel.
Vooral lopend vanaf bushalte op regenachtige avond niet prettig.
We kregen de verwarming niet uit voor de nacht.
Veel tv zenders niet te ontvangen, daardoor geen filmpje kunnen kijken.

Sehr sauber, ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Modernisiert. Alles da was man braucht, eben das nötige. Ruhig gelegen. Lage tolle sehr Zentral zwischen verschieden Ausflugszielen, Leiden, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, das Meer usw. Wunderbare Aussicht auf einen kleinen Hafen. Eigentlich alles super, optimal wäre ein Haarföhn gewesen 😀

We had a great stay here! The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the location was perfect—we could see the boats from our balcony, which was a really nice touch. The entire area is peaceful and enjoyable, and we had a lot of fun staying there. Having a car made it easy for us to drive to nearby cities like Leiden and Amsterdam, as well as explore other places. The only issue was that on the last day, the heater stopped working, so it got pretty cold, and the hot water in the shower also stopped, so we had to take cold showers. Despite that, it was still a good experience overall.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Wonderful location and very responsive to requests. We will stay there again. A couple nitpicky things - light in the bathroom wasnt working, but they couldnt fix it until the next day, which meant a dark bathroom the first night. Also, the tea kettle had a lot of calcium in it - I would have expected the cleaning people to have taken care of that before hand.

Nous avons voyagé en famille: 2 adultes et 3 enfants. L'appartement est assez grand pour nous tous. J'ai adoré le calme, le paysage, la terrasse. L'appartement était propre et était encore mieux que sur les photos 😍 L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la côte (plages), Delft, Leyde et Amsterdam. Le check out est trop tôt. 11h serait idéal.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Ausblick war toll. Check-in lief problemlos. Wir hatten für 5 Personen gebucht und die 5. Person musste im Wohnzimmer auf einer Ausziehcouch schlafen. Dies war uns so nicht bewusst und die Couch war wirklich unbequem.

We loved this apartment!
Especially the space. It's huge, bright and airy and it even has a large balcony with a fantastic view of the canal. The apartment is well equipped - in the kitchen there is all you need, there is a separate washing machine and there is ample soap in all the spaces where you would hope for it to be.
We felt at home. Everything was great.
The only thing is that the ameneties are quite a walk - you have to go around the canal and back into the village.
(And randomly, we found someone else's socks under the sofa.)

Die Lage ist toll, der Balkon hat tolle Aussicht zum Wasser und Natur 👍 Die Glasfassade des Gebäudes ist schön und gibt hellen Licht in die Wohnung. Nur die Anweisung zum Parkplatz und wie man das Türchen auf machen kann war unklar. Ansonsten empfehle ich es vom Herzen weiter.

The place is beautiful and it's in a nice location. There is a lot to do in the area, you can easily get around to other places like Leiden and Amsterdam. There were many restaurants in the area that were great to try. The place has everything you need in it. The only reason it is 4 stars is because check in was listed for 4 pm and we were told they would reach out with instructions prior to check in. At the time of check in, nobody had reached out to give us any direction. I had to send a message via txt & also on AirBnb to get a response. We didn't get into the place until after 4:30 pm.
