This stunning villa boasts air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, private parking space and farm and rolling hill views, from it's terraces and balconies. Step inside and you'll find all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The cosy dining and living area provides the perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day of outdoor activities. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a comfortable double bed and ensuite bathroom, provide a peaceful retreat for guests. On the first floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including two doubles and a bunk bedroom, and two additional bathrooms. With two flat-screen TV's available for your entertainment and free WiFi.
With great walking and outdoor pursuits on the doorstep this villa would suit nature lovers. The villa’s location amidst citrus farms offers easy access to a range of activities. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and cycling, with trails winding through orchards and scenic landscapes. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely bike ride or exploring the peaceful countryside on foot, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy.
The journey to the villa is where your holiday begins, there is a farm track of approximately 1 kilometre from the main road, where you pass through authentic Portuguese rustic farms and citrus orchards that provide a glimpse of the Algarve’s countryside and agricultural lifestyle.

This villa is a great base to help you explore nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions with ease. Solteiras is a suburb of Tavira and is around 8 km from the centre of Tavira City.
There is a beautiful coastline of unspoilt beaches within a short drive, which are crossed by the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve, considered to be one of the seven natural wonders of the Algarve. The Praia de Tavira is the region’s finest and most popular beach, which is connected to Tavira by a regular and inexpensive ferry, which departs from the city centre (10-minute walk from the apartment) and also from Quatro-Aguas. The Island is 11Km long and is thought to be one of the best beaches in the Algarve Region. Many companies offer boat tours, including kayaking and paddle boarding.
Nearby attractions include the Church of São Lourenço, 49 km away, and the Benamor Golf Course, just 5 km from the villa. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, located 53 km from Casa do Limoeiro.

Benamor Golf Course, located just 4km from the villa. This 18-hole course offers scenic views and a pleasant challenge for golfers of all levels. *Quinta da Ria & Quinta de Cima Golf Courses: About 15 minutes away by car, provides stunning coastal countryside views.
Monte Rei Golf & Country Club: Approximately 20 minutes away, this prestigious course designed by Jack Nicklaus offers a luxurious golfing experience.
If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended. Both the bus and train stations are nearby. It is also easy to call a taxis and Uber is also now quite popular in Olhão.

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, 100% of the total booking amount is due.
