Schönes Appartment in nicht zu weiter Entfernung vom Strand. Supermarkt , sowie Restaurants und Bars mit kurzen Fusswegen zu erreichen.Der Ort selber ist im September nicht mit Touristen übervölkert. Ein garantierter Parkplatz vor dem Appartement wäre wünscjenswert. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung.

We were charged extra for cleaning, according to the accommodation the place was left in a state, the state mentioned was 2 tissues on the floor in one of the e bedrooms lash extension wrapper on the bedside table as well as trash placed in the kitchen in bags because we couldn’t locate the bigger bins to dispose. This supposedly impacted the cleaning where 2 additional hours of cleaning was required. scam

Sempre aluguei casas com máquina de lavar loiça, sendo esse um critério de selecção. esta habitação mencionava que tinha no anúncio, mas infelizmente não tinha. Foi comunicado essa questão ao proprietário e a resposta dada foi que tinha ocorrido um lapso na colocação do anúncio e mais nada fez. Tv só tem canais estrangeiros, demonstrando que é uma habitação só com foco no cliente estrangeiro e sem interesse no cliente português. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar, pois debaixo do sofá da sala existem meias, chapéus perdidos e muita sujidade também, revelando que a limpeza é muito superficial. No exterior relva e palmeiras demonstram que não tem ocorrido manutenção. Como nem tudo é mau, a habitação tem boas áreas, estacionamento fácil e é muito central na localidade, estando perto da praia, supermercados e restauração. Infelizmente não é uma casa que irei alugar novamente.

This apartment is a short walk to the beach and grocery stores. We really liked having the large patio and private yard to relax. Parking was never a problem. Although the apartment was quite well equipped, we did need to buy a few things for the kitchen as we cooked most of our meals for our two month stay. Thanks for sharing your place. We will be back!

Estuvimos encantados en el apartamento. Está muy cerca de la playa, en una zona tranquila y con aparcamiento al lado reservado a los inquilinos de la urbanización. En octubre siempre había sitio de sobra. El apartamento es muy amplio y está decorado con mucho gusto. La cocina es muy cómoda y completa. Tiene todo lo necesario. Y el jardín es muy agradable. Es perfecta para dos parejas o para una familia. La persona responsable respondía muy rápido a nuestras preguntas. Un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Positive: A stunning and spacious apartment in a great location only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was well maintained, had ample facilities and was beautifully decorated, we loved the private garden where we would have breakfast in the morning and listen to the sounds of local birds. Óptima localização, muito perto da praia da Luz, com estacionamento mesmo à porta. Fica no rés-do-chão e por isso existe jardim e mesas exteriores, foi óptimo fazer as refeições cá fora. Espaçoso, e confortável de forma geral. As fotografias correspondem com o local. O ar condicionado do quarto principal precisa de manutenção, funciona mas faz imenso barulho. O autoclismo de uma das casas de banho preciso de manutenção também, está sempre a correr. Faltam mais pratos, talheres e chávenas de café.

We enjoyed our stay at this property - beautiful location, lovely garden and the company was very helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the equipment was rather shabby - both the kitchen utensils and the shower. Otherwise we were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. Thank you!

Mould in the bedroom...
Positive: Property Managers communication and reaction time when problems occured (like the Power outage or kitchen smell) was outstanding. Location and size of apartment we great. Amazing to have breaky in the garden. Negative: We had to change our return flights due to Corona regulations a few days before arrival, unfortunately not wihtin cancellation policy. Not receiving any refund, according to the cancellation policy was correct, but not a great customer service experience. We expereienced a bad odour in the kitchen which durng our stay also appeared in the bathroom. It got a bit better after someone from property management put some chemical liquids in the drain and installed a Air refresher. One of the bedrooms ceiling is covered in mould, so we did not use it. The tiles in the bathrooms need some solid cleaning. And the branches in the garden were not a big problem but simply matched the overall experience. The appartment needs some love. We will not recommend the appartment in its current condition.

Heel ruim appartement met grote tuin met zowat alle voorzieningen.
Positive: De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding was voortreffelijk (waarschijnlijk mede wegens buiten seizoen). De grootte van het appartement en de tuin waren ver boven onze verwachtingen. De ligging was ook quasi perfect. Negative: Een vaatwasmachine zou handig zijn. Hier en daar lag wel wat rommel in de kasten.

Nice apartment, perfect for two couples as it has two bathrooms. The outside area is wonderful to have breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. There also is enough parking space available in front of the apartment complex. We enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach and the restaurants in Luz. Thank you for having us!

El apartamento es muy amplio, y muy cómodo, con un jardín comunicado con las parcelas vecinas. Tiene la cocina bien equipada, aunque nosotros no la usamos. Para nuestro gusto, hay cierto caos de mobiliario (mesas y sillas con poco sentido). Es un primer piso de un bloque grande edificios turisticos, con espacio amplio para aparcar justo delante. Hay supermercado, restaurantes y playa a pocos metros. El pueblo en sí no tiene un atractivo especial, pero es cómodo para recorrer el Algarve.

La casa está muy bien localizada, es grande y cómoda. Está completa. Pero la casa estaba muy sucia y olor a humedad, para un alérgico, como yo, no la recomiendo. Los baños funcionan regular, pero pudimos usarlos. Demasiados muebles y trastos por medio...Una casa con lo justo de muebles seria mas cómoda. El jardín sin cuidar y al segundo día, tenemos personas arreglando el jardín sin previo aviso...Wifi va bastante mal, para mi no fue un problema, pero quien la necesite si es un problema. La empresa que nos alquiló, eso si siempre muy amables, pero al segundo problema dejamos de contactarlos porque sino no disfrutaríamos las vacaciones. No volvería a esta casa, me estropearía otra vez las vacaciones
