The house has a greatoutdoor area with a beautiful pool (unheated), three great sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, large kitchen and three full bathrooms. The home could use a little tlc but overall was a nice place to relax in. Note - there are dogs in almost every home in the neighborhood and they like to bark alot, no fault of Rental Valley...just something you need to be aware of as it can be annoying at 3 am if you a light sleeper. The house has a fenced in place to park the car and house is set up on a hill so it felt very safe.

Definitely needed a car which we were aware of. Villa is a bit tired, had air con although very loud probably due to age, pool wasn’t heated so very cold in feb. Huge fridge and great kitchen facilities. Dogs barking next door every night from 3am may be a problem if you are a light sleeper (not the host’s fault) just making people aware. Didn’t have any problems until we left and we were accused of scratching a sink and tried to charge for replacement.

Great stay at Casa Laranja. Located around 10-15 mins from Vilamoura. Great communication from the hosts from the moment we booked. Upon check in everything was clear and the process was smooth. If we needed something during our stay they responded swiftly! We hired a car which I would say is essential to get around although Uber is in the area and you will pay around €15 into Vilamoura. There is an Aldi in Almancil which is no more than 5 minutes in the car which was ideal to stock up on supplies during our stay. Villa is well presented and spacious. Along with being well equipped with everything you need! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone 👏🏻

Geweldig huis met eigen zwembad. Grote kamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en meerdere badkamers. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad (5 vriendinnen). We hadden een huurauto die we ook op eigen terrein kwijt konden. Aandacht voor recycling werd gewaardeerd. Handige map met tips. Er werden ook badlakens voor zwembad/strand geleverd.

Maison très confortable. Piscine très agréable (pas chauffée, donc froide en Avril) Cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner. Attention, les fenêtres n'ont pas de volets et des stores peu occultants, donc on se fait réveiller très tôt par le soleil. La piscine n'est pas sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge.

Når vi omsider fant huset etter mye leting og til slutt aktiv assistanse fra Airbnb's representant fant vi en fantastisk plass med god uteplass med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Uteområdet og bassenget ble rengjort to ganger per uke. Kjøkkenet var veldig godt utstyrt med alt vi hadde behov for.

Positive: A piscina é ótima. Começava logo com profundidade de 1,40m, mas tem uma mini piscina para crianças . Cozinha bem equipada. AC a funcionar na perfeição. Quartos e wc amplos e bem equipados. D. Szilvia muito simpática e pronta a ajudar em qualquer ocasião. Obrigada. No geral, uma boa casa com alguma privacidade, perto de Almancil. Negative: Piscina nao estava limpa, vieram na manha seguinte limpar. problemas com tv e wifi que so resolveram no 3.º dia, numa estadia de 3 noites. Secador de cabelo nao funciona. Cheiro desagradável no quarto de casal que desapareceu passado algum tempo. Deviam haver estores na sala bem como no quarto, quando nasce o sol tem luz a entrar enquanto ha hospedes ainda a dormir. Na cozinha está em falta uma frigideira pequena para fazer ovos por exemplo. Uma casa com alguns aspetos a melhor.

After arriving and looking round, we decided not to stay.
Positive: The pool area has clearly had some investment and was nice. The check in agent was friendly and helpful. Negative: The property was not nice. It was very poorly/cheaply fitted out, smelt musty and felt dirty. The mattresses were old, extremely worn and tired. The pool hadn't been cleaned on our arrival. We hadn't been left pool towels. The upstairs bathroom is half taken up by a washing machine in a homemade cupboard. The photos on the booking site are very well taken and not representative of the villa.

Fab stay at Casa Laranja! Communication was excellent, the villa was very clean, tidy and extremely well equipped, and the pool cleaners visited twice in the week which was great. Would recommend :)
