The space
Deze traditionele villa is gelegen op de heuvel in Picota Loulé. Het is gerenoveerd naar moderne normen, zonder het traditionele tintje te verliezen en biedt rust, comfort en bovenal absoluut prachtig panoramisch uitzicht over het landschap rond Vilamoura en Albufeira naar de oceaan.
Villa Saragoça heeft 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers (180x200) waarvan één en-suite en de andere met een groot raam op de heuvel om ten volle van het uitzicht te genieten. Nog twee slaapkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden (90x200) maken 4 kamers in totaal. Alle kamers zijn ruim met comfortabele boxspring bedden en moderne airconditioning. Ook de woonkamer is voorzien van airconditioning. Ze kunnen allemaal omgedraaid worden voor verwarming. De volledig ingerichte keuken is in traditionele stijl gehouden maar biedt alle comfort met een gasfornuis met oven, grote koelkast en vaatwasser. Beide badkamers hebben verwarming en grote inloopdouches met regendouchekoppen. De wasruimte is voorzien van wasmachine en droger.

The neighborhood
Villa gelegen in de centrale algarve regio (site van picota - loulé) 25 minuten van het vliegveld. Gelegen precies in de richting van vilamoura jachthaven, het is 10 minuten afstand van de stranden van vilamoura en albufeira, het hele toeristische gebied en andere meer, met een prachtig uitzicht op de algarve kust en het achterland, dit alles zeer bijzondere locatie, 1.150 voet (ongeveer 350 m) hoog, met privacy en rust, waar u kunt genieten van het beste van uw vakantie in contact met de natuur, platteland.
Getting around
Toegang tot de beste stranden van de Algarve: Quarteira/Vilamoura, Albufeira, Vale do Lobo en Quinta do Lago, allemaal op 12-20 minuten afstand; voor golfers is het slechts 12 minuten naar de beste golfbanen van de Algarve.
De dichtstbijzijnde stad, op 7 minuten afstand, is Loulé met allerlei diensten, gezondheidsklinieken, apotheken, traditionele winkels, supermarkten, restaurants, historische monumenten, bars en alle voorzieningen.

The views are beautiful and the interior is clean and well equipped, but the outdoor space was a major letdown and not as advertised. One sunbed was broken and only four were provided for eight guests. The striped loungers and wooden chairs shown in the photos had been replaced with cheap plastic and metal versions. The only parasol was small and broke during our stay. The outdoor area was dirty on arrival and required a return cleaning. We reported all of this early in our stay, but none of the issues were resolved despite repeated follow-ups. The pool area also looked different due to a large cover, and a bulky solar unit had been added to the terrace. The listing also falsely states there’s a dryer, but only a rack is provided. The property is remote and requires a car. For the price, this stay didn’t reflect the standard or experience that was advertised, and the lack of action from the host was especially disappointing. Guests deserve better follow-through for this price.

We had a lovely stay at Vila Saragoca as a family of 4 (parents and two kids 2y/o and 4 months). It was a lovely place to stay for our 10 day holiday. Beautiful home with lovely views and outdoor space. Big pool & garden for activities with our toddler although swim protection is key as there is no gate or security around the pool.
Beds very comfy. Lovely big bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in living room.
It is very close to Loulé by car which is a lovely little village with local shops and restaurants as well as a great daily market. It is also 20-25 mins by car from any other fun location in the region such as Quinta, Vale de Lobo and attractions such as Zoomarine for kids.
This place is great however you will need a car to make the most of your trip from this place, which we did 👏🏼

Wonderful place with a lovely view. Facilities were great; nice living area looking over the mountain, fine kitchen and good sleeping areas.
Hosts were really nice and helpful!
About 20 mins drive to the sea and the villages.
All in all a great place to stay, 10/10 would recommend!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, amazing views, sunsets and we seen eagles which was amazing. The pool is not a heated pool so because of the time of year we couldnt use it much, be great to have a heated pool. Interior was amazing.

This is without doubt the best Summer Villa we’ve stayed in. Looks exactly like the pictures; fab interior specification , fully stocked kitchen, fantastic pool and areas to chill, amazing sunset views from the roof terrace and very private. It’s a house that you want to stay in and even with 4 older ish kids you could relax in which is a massive plus. Some local recommendations: Nos 11 Hotel in Boliqueime for coffee, Casa Vostra in Almancil for Pizza, Marias in Vale do Lobo for food and tunes, Bold Octopus in Vale do Lobo for food, Loulé food market, Marufo 1 in Vale do Lobo for Piri-piri. Avoid Vilamoura (tacky) and be prepared for the fact that Quinta de Lago/Vale do Lobo is a mix of some very expensive and beautiful houses with some very average restaurants. That said beach is beautiful x

My friends & I had 4 amazing nights in the villa, it was perfect for us. We didn’t hire a car (which would maybe suit other people staying) but the Ubers were quick & cheap. The nearest supermarket was 10min drive & our Uber’s to the coast were about 20/25mins. The villa felt quite private, not overlooked, the beds were comfy, the showers were lovely, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was delightful & well maintained. I have to say the views are spectacular & the sunsets were amazing! We will definitely be recommending the villa & I would love to return here. Many, many thanks to Rental Valley!

Wir waren zu 5. in der Unterkunft und hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große und gepflegte Außenbereich. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, wo jeweils 2 Personen schlafen können. Die Größe ist gut. Die Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und modern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine usw. Hier könnte etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Gerade in den Schränken. Positiv: großer Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfach.
Aldi und Lidl sind in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Strand 20 min Fahrt. PS: die beiden Geschwisterhunde gegenüber der Unterkunft freuen sich über Wasser und Futter :)

This place was a really nice stay for me and my friends! Located in a quaint neighborhood near Loulé, we were able to get around very easily by car. The place was also very clean. The furniture and finishings were all modern and very nice. The amenities such as the pool and rooftop were really fun to use as well. Communication was top notch. Highly recommended!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und in einem exzellenten Zustand, sehr sauber. Das Panorama ist beeindruckend. Pool ist gross genug für drei Kinder.
Agentur haben wir nie gesehen, Schlüsselübergabe über ein Safe und was ich sehr schätze, check out ist 10 Uhr, wir sind um 9:40 losgefahren und wir haben die Putzkräfte nicht begegnet.
Kleinigkeiten wie eine einzige Toilettenrolle eine einzige Handseife für alle Badezimmer oder keine Küchenrolle ist etwas ärgerlich. Supermarkt ist in Loulé (10km - Continente, ist auf bis 22 -uhr auch am So.)
Sehr viele Aktivitäten sind möglich, wir haben die Zeit einfach sehr genossen.

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location with incredible views. It is very well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings in bathrooms. The kitchen is a little more dated but very well equipped. The location is 20 min drive from vilamoura marina and other locations to visit. We loved the privacy and serenity. Would love to come back again!
