Deze privékamer met een gedeelde badkamer en toilet is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uw stedentrip naar Amsterdam. De kamer bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping boven restaurant "t stuivertje". Het restaurant serveert eten van kwaliteit van 17:00 tot 22:00.

The neighborhood
Het appartement ligt in het hart van Amsterdam centrum en dicht bij de negen straatjes.
Amsterdam is één van de grootste kleine steden in de wereld. Van de grachten tot de wereldberoemde musea en historische bezienswaardigheden, het is één van de meest romantische en mooiste steden van Europa. Rondvaarten over de grachten zijn een populaire manier om de stad vanuit een ander en uniek perspectief te bekijken.
Welkom in de stad van tolerantie en diversiteit. Ze heeft alle voordelen van een grote hoofdstad: rijke cultuur, opwindend nachtleven, internationale restaurants, goed vervoer - en toch rustig in het wegverkeer. In deze stad is uw bestemming nooit ver weg!
Getting around
Als hoofdstad is het heel gemakkelijk om vanaf Schiphol te komen en je te verplaatsen met het openbaar vervoer. Treinen, bussen en trams brengen u op een efficiënte manier naar uw bestemming. Nog beter voor korte afstanden en een lokale ervaring is natuurlijk de fiets!
Als u naar andere steden en plaatsen wilt reizen, is normaal gesproken het openbaar vervoer ook erg handig, afhankelijk van de locatie van uw plannen natuurlijk. We zullen een handige website met u delen om uw route te plannen!
Dit appartement ligt zeer dicht bij het centraal station (loopafstand). Parkeren is moeilijk langs de grachten. Het beste is om gebruik te maken van Amsterdam Park & Ride.

O sítio tem demasiada humidade e a limpeza é bem ruim. Se tens alergias, é melhor evitar. Se caprichassem mais na limpeza, poderia receber uma nota melhor.
O sítio também não é adequado para pessoas que tem dificuldades de mobilidade, tendo em vista a escada íngrime e estreita para entrar no apartamento.

Számunkra az ágy nem volt a legkényelmesebb, bár közre játszhat, hogy ketten feküdtünk barátommal egy olyan francia ágyban, amit pároknak tartanak fent. Továbbá a wc-ben nagyon szűk a hely, így a mosdóhasználat magasabb, vagy szélesebb embereknél problémát okozhat. Továbbá a folyosón, ami a wc-hez vezetett út nem volt világítás (vagy csak nekünk felejtette el megmutatni a házigazda).

Casa de fácil localização embora a porta não fosse de fácil acesso (muito estreita).
Não esperávamos cozinha e casa de banho partilhada pois não vimos isso nas instruções da casa.
A mesa na cozinha não tinha cadeira tivemos de fazer as refeições de pé. E os produtos de limpeza da loiça não pareciam tão pouco que limpavam…
A casa de banho onde apenas tinha a sanita era super pequena. Banheira normal.
Quarto limpo e quente. Televisão com Netflix.

Bathroom sink was incredibly small and made it difficult to wash my face without spilling water. A bit noisy at night since the AC/heating unit has to connect through the window, which wasn't fully sealed.

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht komfortabel.

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht den Bildern. Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass sich das Badezimmer geteilt werden muss. Die Wohnung war kalt, schmutzig und schlecht ausgestattet. Im Zimmer gab es noch nicht mal richtige Beleuchtung. Das Badezimmer war quasi nicht vorhanden: ein Klo, ein winziges Waschbecken und eine Dusche. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig, da die Wände sehr dünn waren, was schwer gemacht hat zu schlafen, da man jede Geräusch des Mitbewohners mitbekommen hat. Das Flurlicht, welches automatisch anging, hat das Zimmer in der Nacht erhellt, was einen erholsamen Schlaf zusätzlich erschwert hat.

The accommodation was fine but not completely clean, and not as freshly decorated as it appears in the listing photos. The lock on the front door was fiddly to use. The stairs up to the accommodation were steep and narrow (although that might be characteristic of historic Amsterdam buildings) so would be difficult to navigate it you were not fully able-bodied.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel ! J’ai mal lu en réservant mais du coup pas d’accueil et SDB partagée…pour la réservation sans avoir tout lu c’est ma faute.
Pour le reste, l’accueil a été déplorable, on s’est fait engueuler à la remise des clefs parce que nous n’avions pas appelé 15min avant pour prévenir qu’on arrivait (ce qui n’était pas marqué dans le document d’arrivée puisqu’on arrivait dans les horaires habituels d’accueil) et on nous a fait attendre 30min sous la pluie en nous menaçant de ne pas nous donner les clefs et d’en venir aux mains… Invraisemblable !
On pensait que c’était une chambre d’hôtel classique mais non, c’est une maison exiguë dans laquelle il faut partager une salle de bains, lavabo et toilettes entre 4 chambres. Donc impossible d’avoir la SDB libre le matin après 9h.
Les serviettes sont incluses mais la moitié étaient sales et ne sentaient pas bon. La propreté laissait à désirer.
Et le prix hallucinant, mais nous y sommes allés un week-end chargé.
Bref, si vous avez les moyens de payer un peu plus pour un vrai hôtel passez votre chemin direct !!

Je n’ai pas eu la chance d’avoir une arrivée accueillante par Rachid (il m’a donné les clés et j’ai bien senti qu’une arrivée à 21h30 était trop tard pour lui alors que c’est bien spécifié qu’on peut arriver sans pbl jusqu’à 22h et malgré avoir prévenu Rental Valley de mon heure tardive)
Aucune explication dans l’appartement (même par message)
L’appart n’est pas du tout insonorisé. Prévoir les boules quies et le pull car y’a un bar + restaurants juste en dessous.
Les toilettes sont super sales, si vous aimez la propreté, ce n’est pas pour vous.
Pas de gel douche comme spécifié.
Le seul point positif je dirai c’est l’emplacement qui est top et la chambre qui est assez spécieuse.
Je pense cependant qu’il y a mieux en termes de logement :)
