The space
This fantastic villa offers accommodation with a TV, barbecue and a garden for guests' convenience in Tavira. The venue comes with one bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Providing complimentary private parking and a WLAN connection, it boasts an outdoor swimming pool.
The villa is a 10-minute drive from Igreja da Misericordia. The property is 2.9 km from Praia da Ilha de Tavira. The nearby Marisqueira os Fialhos is 500 metres away.Guests can explore the surrounding area by renting bicycles and cars, available at the venue, or visiting Tavira Castle nearby.
Certain rooms feature air conditioning, cable television and a sitting area. The villa also includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with a hairdryer and towels, a bath, a shower and a bidet.
A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge are provided for self-catering. Faro airport can be reached within a 40-minute drive.

The neighborhood
Luz de Tavira is a suburb of Tavira and is around 5 km from the centre of Tavira City. There is a good train and bus link, and it is straightforward to use taxis to get into and out of Tavira. There is also the cycle path that runs along to coastline. The nearest beaches are at Santa Luzia. Situated towards the coast and less than 3 km from Luz de Tavira, Santa Luzia is a small fishing village that makes for an enjoyable, relaxed holiday destination or exciting day trip from Tavira. Santa Luzia is famed for its octopus, caught using traditional methods by the fishing fleet and served in the family-run restaurants that line the harbour front.
Getting around
If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended. Both the bus and train stations are nearby. It is also easy to call a taxi, and Uber is now quite popular in Olhão.

The kids liked the very small pool. The house was not very clean, including the kitchen and utensils.
There was no clothes hanger to dry the beach shorts and when we asked the host for one, after being promised, it was never brought to the property.
A lot of maintenance is missing on fixtures in the property.

El alojamiento es fantastico tal como aparecen en las fotos. La casa es amplia y nueva con todas las comodidades. El patio es agradable y la piscina esta bien para darse un baño pero en las fotos parece mas grande. El barrio de la casa esta un poco alejado, pero con coche se puede conocer el Algarve que es impresionante.

No geral a casa corresponde ao que está publicitado, sendo uma casa boa, espaçosa e que nos permitiu passar uns dias agradáveis.
A parte da limpeza deixou a desejar e foi o que mais nos incomodou. Não sentimos que a casa tivesse sido limpa antes da nossa chegada, pois tinha um cheiro estranho no ar, bem como outros pormenores que reparámos.

A casa é boa. Fomos 2 famílias com 4 crianças. Meninos gostaram da piscina porque não é muito funda. O espaço exterior é bem organizado. Vespas! Muitas vespas que fazem muito incômodo durante as refeições exteriores, assustam as crianças. ATENÇÃO a churrasqueira é de gás não é de carvão. Perguntei logo se é necessário trazer o carvão para churrasco e não avisaram que a churrasqueira é de gás. Microondas foi suja mas o resto estava limpo na altura do check-in. Hora de check-out podia ser mais tardia considerado a hora do check-in.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. La cocina muy completa. La barbacoa nos proporcionó unas cenas estupendas y junto con la piscina es una estancia muy recomendable. Los armarios de las habitaciones tienen las puertas fuera de los raíles y algunas no fuimos casi capaces de usarlas. Algunos sofás tenían grandes manchas lo que al entrar en la casa le confieren sensación de suciedad estando la casa totalmente limpia por el servicio de limpieza. El tendedero oxidado y aunque lo limpiamos se nos han manchado varías prendas al tender.

Located in small town right next to Tavira, it was in a very quiet area of modern town homes and local style homes. Short drive to Barril beach, Tavira and grocery chains (Pingo and Aldi). Automobile indispensable to get around. Nice butcher in town. Everything else best to drive outside of town. Patio and pool on the smaller side, but enough for 4 adults to comfortably hang-out and cool off. Bedrooms were large, as well as living kitchen area. Amazing large sliding doors that open up the home, albeit a bit heavy to slide. Very modern look n feel. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for something in this area.

La maison présente une multitude de petits défauts : impossibilité d’ouvrir la baie vitrée au RDC, poignet des toilettes du bas et bac du frigo cassés, baie vitrée du salon très difficile à ouvrir, portail automatique qui ne fonctionne pas, … en dehors de ces éléments, il s’agit d’une très belle villa, agréable d’y séjourner en famille, les hôtes ont toujours été très réactifs et soucieux de nous apporter des solutions.

Foram super simpáticos e práticos para resolver alguns problemas que existiam. A limpeza deixava um pouco a desejar, encontramos cabelos nas camas e a varanda na parte de cima estava muito suja. Tirando isso, o espaço era ótimo, confortável , calmo e deu para descontrair e descansar!

It’s a new Villa location is nice and the neighbourhood. The house was extremely dirty, there were flys on the cooker hood glued to it. The smell was bad. The kitchen utensils were dirty. the sofas had crumbs from the previous person still. The washing machine had rugs washed weeks before the smell was unbearable. We requested a cleaning and they did a superficial cleaning. The house according to the cleaning crew had been vandalised by a tenant but a deep cleaning wasn’t’ made the kitchen wasn’t repaired and the bad smell wasn’t removed. We had to clean everything by ourselves again.

A casa está bem equipada e com tudo o que é necessário para umas boas férias, no entanto atribui 2 estrelas devido ao facto de desde o dia 10 de Agosto (dia da reserva/pagamento) ter logo solicitado a emissão de factura e até à data dia 08/09/2022 ainda não ter recebido a mesma. Já solicitei por 4 vezes a emissão da factura à Rental Valley sem sucesso. A refletir, se o pagamento é feito de imediato porque o alojamento não é também facturado na mesma data? Experiência a não repetir.
