The space

This modern fully equipped one-bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Armação de Pêra and is within a short walking distance of the main beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Situated on the first floor of an apartment complex with plenty of street parking in front.

The living room offers you the perfect place to unwind after a relaxing day of exploring the local area and comes with a TV and free wi-fi. There is a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy a nice dinner in the company of good friends or family. The bright and spacious bedroom comes with a queen-sized double bed and a little balcony to enjoy the morning sun. This apartment has one bathroom with a bath/shower and a toilet. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, blender, kettle, electric stove and oven and a pour-over coffee maker.

The neighborhood

This apartment is within walking distance of the main centre of Armação de Pera, where you will find a wide variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. It is only a 10-minute drive to the Algarve Shopping centre where you have an extensive food court, a cinema and many shops which will give any experienced shopper plenty to do.

Albufeira is just a 20-minute drive away, one of the most popular beach resorts in the Algarve. You are also situated close to the main water parks and Zoomarine.

This is a perfect place to unwind and relax and a great base to explore the Algarve. Ideal for your family holiday or to enjoy with friends.

Getting around

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not run very often and a (rental) car is recommended.

Other things to note

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9 pm. Late check-ins must be confirmed before booking and might result in an extra fee of 30-50 euros to be paid directly upon arrival.
➤ Check-out time: before 10 am

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
