This modern and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and private patio is perfectly located on the outskirts of Olhos de Agua - Albufeira in the Alfamar area, super close to Falésia beach. It is the perfect destination for beach lovers who want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to visit it regularly.
The space
This lovely apartment has been recently remodelled and has everything you could wish for on your holiday. It sleeps up to 6 guests in two double and one twin bedroom. With 3 separate bathrooms (2 en-suite), it is perfect for 3 couples or families with children. The apartment is spacious and bright and fully equipped. Note that you have to go down a few steps to get to this groundfloor apartment's entrance.
The first two bedrooms of the apartment are located on opposites side of the entrance hallway, where the separate bathroom is as well. From this hallway you walk straight into the spacious living and dining space with open kitchen. The master bedroom is located off the side of this bedroom and both this room and the living room have access to the lovely patio.
Our apartment is located in the Alfamar area of popular beach resort town Olhos de Agua. From the apartment, you can walk to the beautiful Falésia beach in just 5 minutes. There are various restaurants within walking distance of the apartment and many more just a short drive away. Lively Albufeira with its marina and beautiful old town is just 15 minutes driving from your apartment, as is Quarteira in the other direction.

The neighborhood
Alfamar is a quiet area with many tourist accommodations. It is super close to the world famous Falésia beach and from your apartment it is only a 5 minute walk. Characterised by its incredible red cliffs and over 6 km long, Falésia Beach is the perfect destination for a long walk on the beautiful soft sand while taking in the impressive rock formation all the way to the Resort of Vilamoura. You will find a few beach Bars along the way to sit and enjoy a drink and admire the stunning views.
You have the very popular Zoomarine park in Guia and two water Parks one in Quarteira and the other in Lagoa. These parks are great days out for all the family.
The lively resort of Albufeira only a 15-minute drive away if you want to try something different.
This tranquil area is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway while being close enough to the lively tourist towns.
Getting around
You can easily get around on foot or use public transport or taxi/uber to travel around town. If you wish to explore the larger Algarve area, a hire car is recommended. Parking is for free on-site.

It's quite "ikea style" with a lot of Pros = all new, clean, easy to live ... but soulless.
the immediate vicinity isn't really nice (buildings and around) but the beach nearby (praia da falesia) is really great !

Ik verbleef met mijn 2 broers voor 5 dagen.
Wat wij fijn vonden:
+ een ieder van ons had een eigen badkamer ter beschikking + slaap kamer.
+ de ruimte is zeer ruim
+ 5-10 min loopafstand strand 🏝️
+ een mooie badkamer met een moderne uitstraling.
+ parkeerplaats was er
+ dichtbij New Town 🌃 met de auto.

The location was perfect as well, only a quick walk to the beautiful Praia da Falesia und short drive to the next smaller town Albufeira- or even Faro.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Portugal. We hope to come back someday!

5 min walk to to one of the most beatiful algarve beaches ( Praia da Falesia ).

Mittlerweile gibt es einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, einen Grill, einen Wäscheständer für die Wäsche, sowie eine Gartengarnitur aus Holz. In jedem Bad ein Föhn, Baby Ausstattung, wie Wickeltisch, Babybett und Hochstuhl.
Was uns sehr freut, hat, war, dass wir einen großen Gefrierschrank hatten.
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist absolut traumhaft. ❤️ Erstens ist es ruhig und zweitens hat man gerade mal 5 Minuten Fußweg, bis man auf den Klippen des Praia de Falesia ankommt. Um an dem Strand anzukommen, sind es nur ein paar Minuten mehr. I🥰
Ich kann jedem empfehlen dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerade jetzt im August ist absolut top.

Lo peor de todo es que este alojamiento se comunica a través de otro portal. Te hacen pagar fianza (cosa que en booking no señala), además de que las horas de check in y check out son totalmente distintas. Los anfitriones nos despertaron la mañana del ultimo día gritos (dentro de la casa) dos horas antes del check out que ponía en booking.
