Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Amsterdam ce logement est parfait. Il est à moins d une heure en transport en commun du centre d Amsterdam. Les vélos qui nous sont mis à disposition permettent de ballader dans la forêt d Amsterdam voir d aller à Amsterdam en vélo ( 9 km). Je vois conseille tout de même de prévoir un antivol pour sécuriser les vélos. L appartement est bien équipé, propre et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Si nous revenons dans le secteur nous ne manquerons pas de louer à nouveau ce logement.

Eine geräumig geschnittene und großzügige Wohnung. Der Kontakt zu Rental Valley klappte immer super und zügig. Der Check-in sehr einfach. Saubere Wohnung mit großem Bad und großer Küchenzeile. Genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Lage außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, per Buslinien angebunden. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten trotz Autopanne auf dem Weg nach Amsterdam eine schöne Zeit dort in der Wohnung.

Can become a little noisy as one is located quite close to the main road, but when doors and windows are closed it’s very peaceful.
Nice and close to the airport and a bus stop is about 200m away which offers connections to get in to Amsterdam.

Really lovely stay here with my family. We enjoyed walking in Amsterdam Bos and used the nearby supermarket each day. It was a nice quiet base and easy to drive to from the UK. We left our car in the parking bay for our whole stay as we didn't want to drive near the city centre.
The 199 bus stops just outside the house but I hadn't realised it's run by Connexxion not GVB so we needed the Amsterdam Travel Ticket rather than the Amsterdam day ticket to ride. We used the trams to get around and found these pretty straight forward.
The bedrooms and bathroom were great but the microwave / oven in the kitchen was a bit confusing and quite small for cooking for 4. Good sized fridge and dishwasher. Also, washing machine and tumble drier were great.
All in all, a good stay. Thanks

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben tip top. Das Einzigste was uns störte und auch nicht, war die Lage. Sie liegt in einem Teil des Industriegebietes was nicht störend ist, aber keine Atmosphäre hat. Zum draußen sitzen war es durch die direkt angrenzende N 232 sehr laut. Zumindest für einen Urlaub. Vielleicht für einen " Städter " ok aber für uns als "Landeier " doch laut. Für die Anbindung zu verschiedenen Ausflügen jedoch passend. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung.

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Durch die zentrale Lage, konnte man viele Orte einfach und schnell besuchen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Ich nehme an, das die meisten Besucher nicht viel kochen. Wir leider schon. So fehlte es etwas an grundlegenden Sachen, wie z.B. eine Salatschüssel, ein anständiges Schneidebrett oder ein Abtropfgestell, wenn man Dinge gespült hat und nicht die Spülmaschine benutzen wollte.

My family of four had the pleasure of staying at this property. We found it nicely away from the city while still being readily accessible via bike and bus. The nearby park is beautiful, and you can enjoy the singing of local troops of young equestrians as they practice in the park.

My friends and I are never able to get together and we finally were able to get away for a girl’s trip for my birthday! Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental! The 4 bikes (one speeds with coaster brakes) were really helpful for getting to restaurants and the grocery store, and in good condition. Everything was as described. Earlier reviews had made us aware it is just the basement apartment, which was still light and airy. We did not hear any dogs while there and people were upstairs. It is in a mixed commercial and residential area, and near a busy road, but it was quiet. All kitchen supplies and dishes must have been replaced since past reviews-no chips and plenty to work with. We used Ubers to get to the Flower Auction, Keukenhof and Amsterdam with no difficulty. Would definitely stay again!

Leider war es an einer Schnellstraße und dadurch nachts recht laut (bei offenem Fenster) und es liegt mitten in einem Industriegebiet. Bus war direkt vor der Tür. Mit den Rädern ist man in 35 Minuten in der City.

Eine schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner vorhanden. Schnelle Beantwortung von Fragen über Booking. Die Fahrräder. Nähe zum Park. Ruhige Lage. Das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Nicht alle Räder hatten Licht, eins der Räder war sehr dreckig und etwas verborgen, ein Schlüssel fehlte. Wir haben nicht alle Räder gebraucht und hatten allgemein wenig Zeit fürs Rad fahren, deswegen fließt es nicht in meine Bewertung mit ein. Aber vielleicht ist es für die nächsten Besucher wichtig und sollte vorher instand gesetzt werden.

We enjoyed our stay here! We had a car so it was convenient to have a gas station down the road and the airport so close so we weren’t in a rush to catch our flight. The apartment we stayed in was at the back of the property. Parking was hard to figure out at first but after confirming it was noted that we could park in front of the house in the visitors parking only or in the right side of the house behind the mailboxes. The apartment was super clean, and the beds super comfy. Laundry was available and worked great when we used it! I def will be returning if I’m ever in Amsterdam again! Highly recommend!

It’s a great stay regarding location as it is near a bus station that connects with Amsterdam. It is very clean and it has got everything that you need. The washer and dryer make it very easy to deal with laundry. As an observation, the heating at times would not go more than 21°C which in some very cold night was not enough. Also, the Wi-Fi never worked, and despite the attempts of communicating with the hosts, they told me they were going to solve the problem but they never did, which hindered our overall experience as the phone data was not good in the area.

La casa era molto accogliente, vicinissimo all'aeroporto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. L'appartamento è risultato molto accogliente e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Straordinario il fatto che la casa dispone di bici per 4 persone, quindi siamo potuti farci un bel giro con la famiglia, in particolare usate per andare al mercato di fiori di Aalsmeer che era facilmente raggiungibile con la pista ciclabile. Che dire consiglio vivamente la struttura se si vuole stare lontano dal caos della città e stare tranquilli con la famiglia. Molto gentile la signora che abita al piano di sopra e le persone che lavorano nei uffici limitrofi sempre disponibili nel scambiare qualche chiacchera. Una dei asciugamani che ci è stato fornito era macchiato, probabile una svista, anche io me ne sono accorto solo dopo averlo utilizzato. Il divano aveva qualche briciola di cibo. Niente di allarmante. Il phone non era il massimo e consiglio qualche tappeto nel bagno. Consiglio di aggiungere una scopa e una paletta per evitare di dover usare l'aspirapolvere nelle ore notturne. Con poco si può rendere la struttura davvero perfetta.

Le logement est vraiment top, très confortable pour 4 personnes. De plus, il y a des vélos à disposition. Nous avons fait le choix d'aller à Amsterdam en vélo. Il faut 50min. Vous traversez la forêt, c'est très beau. Vous pourrez les garer facilement devant chaque monument.

Our stay here was more than perfect. A clean and well equiped apartment with a homely feel. This is based away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre hence in a lovely relaxed safe environment. Local amenities in walking distance. Will definitely be visiting and staying here again with family. The landlord was so friendly and helpful and contactable for any info, I would highly recommend and will be visiting again with family.

I loved the place with the little garden. The beds are very comfortable. It's very quiet even if it's closed to a road. We enjoyed everything except that there is no coffee and you need to make sure you find the coffee before you arrive cause it's far from everything. You need a bike or a car. We were 4 and used a cab to go anywhere and this was cheaper than public transport. I highly recommend this place it's a good deal for 4 adults.

The central location for exploring the Netherlands was excellent. Having bikes included in the property and the proximity to Amsterdam Bos was a highlight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a good size. Despite how close we were to a commercial estate and Schiphol Airport, the property had excellent soundproofing. Simple parking was a definite plus. Easy access to Amsterdam from the property also appealed. There were no curtains in the bedrooms. The blinds on the windows allowed the interior to be visible from outside the property if the lights were on. This is especially an issue in the bedrooms. In terms of equipment, the lack of a toaster and microwave were an issue we lived with. The living area lighting was too dim to read by; there needed to be a lamp.

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect size and location. It was 20 minutes by car into Amsterdam and nicely nestled outside the busyness of the city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on any future trips!

Steps from a forest, this place is a great deal that’s a bit off the beaten path.
The apartment was modern and practical, with plenty of space for our 4 person family.
Given it’s central location, and included parking, it’s a great hub for exploring Holland by car. We had originally planned to bike everywhere, but the distances were just a bit too far - even with all the lovely off street bike paths in the forest. The included bikes were handy for getting to the nearby market (a bit too far to walk), and exploring the forest.
The place was managed by an agency, which was friendly and prompt to reply, but oftentimes a little fuzzy on the details of the property and location. But overall it was a very good deal.

We booked his apartment based on the good reviews, the facilities and the ease of access to public transport. The reality was somewhat different.
Bus service is very limited and in one case required quite a walk.
There are no facilities in the immediate area except a small coffee shop. On arrive in the evening there was nowhere to buy groceries or eat. Information sheet said supermarkets was 5 minute DRIVE away . Supermarket, turned out to be a 20 minute walk which was FASTER than a bus should recommend a car due to location Also beds not made up quilt covers not on the quilts. One Quilt had 2 blood stains each the size of a 2 euro coin another bed had hair on it Stain on the bedside unit covered by bedside Lamp

Beautiful and comfortable property. Spacious and tastefully appointed. Beds were very comfy, and the shower is great. It's situated in a commerical estate, ands it's a bit of a trek into town by public transport, but the neighborhood is quiet at night. There is a bus right outside though. The only downside is the surprise cleaning fees, which are very expensive, considering you're asked to empty the bins yourself, and leave the dishes washed up but the dishwasher empty, so you're hand washing the breakfast dishes on the last day.

Logement impeccable par sa propreté et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il faut prévoir le café (Nespresso) si vous arrivez tard sinon le supermarché le plus proche est accessible en vélo a moins de dix minutes. pas de grille pain mais le four fait grill. Nous n'avons pas loué de voiture donc nous aurions pu prendre les bus dont un qui s'arrête devant la maison mais comme nous étions 4 on a préféré prendre des 'taxis' Uber ou Bolt plus simple et nous nous en sommes très bien sorti en gain de temps et de stress évité. Je recommande ce bel appartement. Mentions spéciales aux lits très confortables et au calme car même si c'est près d'une route on a rien entendu.

Comfortabele, schone, stille en mooi afgewerkte Airbnb waar we drie weken met plezier hebben verbleven. Er is voldoende privacy. De contactpersoon is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam en bezorgde ons op verzoek een tweede sleutel. Er staan goede fietsen in het schuurtje, waarmee je in 30min in de binnenstad van Amsterdam. Aanrader, ondanks dat de woning enigszins afgelegen ligt.

I stayed for almost two weeks with my wife and two small children.
The house is very spacious and well-equipped. The washer and dryer came in very handy for such a long stay. There are four bicycles in a spacious shed next to the house which is a great advantage, especially since the grocery shops are too far away for an easy walk. We tried to rent child seats for the bicycles but the seats did not fit due to the carriers on the bicycles. We then rather rented a bakfiets (on the other side of the Amsterdamse bos), which also fit into the shed with the four other bikes.
Although it wasn't mentioned in the listing, Rental Valley said we can ask for a baby bed. The owner of the house, bought a brand new baby bed just because of our request and his son delivered it to the house. We really appreciated this!
The only issue we had with the house is that it wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. This was on a Sunday and I assume it was a once off since there hasn't been any previous bad ratings for cleanliness. We complained and the cleaner's manager came out the next day to do a proper cleaning. He then returned a couple of days later to clean again. Based on their prompt response and that it seems to have been a once off, I won't discourage anyone from booking the house.
The house is close to bus stops on two bus lines. We enjoyed having the Amsterdamse bos just on the other side of the road.

Great property. Easy check in. Clean and well presented We really enjoyed having the use of the bikes to cycle to Amsterdam through the wood. We had to buy a set of Allen keys to adjust the bike seats and have left them there for the next residents. The owners were good enough to replace the broken pump promptly and communicated well with us. Some great restaurants locally eg restaurant Colijn.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und das Mobiliar war ebenfalls ansprechend. Außerdem eignete sich die Wohnung sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt diverser Ausflüge in umliegende Städte. Die Bilder von der Terrasse stimmten nicht mit der eigentlichen Terrasse überein. Im Angebot wurde vermutlich die Terrasse der oberen Wohnung dargestellt, anstatt die der unteren, die wir eigentlich bezogen.

The accommodation that we stayed at in Schinkeldijkje was absolutely amazing. It was clean in every little spot, not even a spot of dust. The house was in perfect condition and warm when we entered, and we were amazed at how much better it looked than in the pictures. Everything that we needed was provided including a washer and drier too!

It will take an extremely long time to get to Amsterdam as this is the outskirts. Public transport approximate cost is 18.5 euros per person and an Uber will be around 32.
Although the space provided was plentiful, the images posted on the listing are slightly misleading. The full property will not be for use as there is another family staying upstairs with an infant child. Other than that the listing was accurate.

Têm também 4 bicicletas disponíveis para os hóspedes, que nos deram imenso jeito para fazermos compras nos supermercados mais próximos. Em relação a distância do centro da cidade , optamos por comprar um passe de 3 dias para os transportes GVB no entanto, o autocarro que vai desde a zona da habitação até a central de autocarros não está incluído nesse espaço, se forem no mínimo 3 pessoas, compensa apanharem um uber até essa central e irão gastar entre 8 a 9,50€. Essa viagem durará no máximo 10 minutos e poderão apanhar de seguida o autocarro 397 para o centro. consideramos uma viagem rápida tendo em conta que os transportes em Amesterdão são super pontuais e com condições excelentes. A casa está localizada numa zona mais calma que para nós, se tornou num ponto positivo , pois conseguimos desfrutar não só do centro de Amesterdão como também de uma zona mais calma com possibilidade de andar de bicicleta por parques muito giros e calmos.

I booked for 3 days, day 1 I arrived alone & scheduled an early check in for 11am thru their mobile app. When I arrived previous guest were still there called the host & was informed I would have to wait until 3pm for check in. After waiting hours and arriving at 3 pm I was then told airbnb would not be clean until 4 or 5. So after waiting again and finally getting access floors were still extremely wet causing a safety hazard.
Day 2 arrived & 5 of my friends arrived making a total of 6 of us. We all decided to meet at my airbnb & I did inform them that only 4 of us would be staying the night. My friends & I went out that night and arrived back at the airbnb around 4 or 5 am instead of making my 2 friends drive home intoxicated that morning I told them to stay until they sobered up. Later that morning I got a call saying we had a few hours to pack up & to leave because I had to many people over & we had a noise complaint. I asked to speak to the owner so we could come to an understanding but was denied. I was issued a partial refund and had to scramble to find a place to stay for a night.
I give them the benefit of doubt & hope race was not a factor as my friends & I were all younger African-Americans but you never know. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Plenty of other hotels or airbnbs that you can give your money to without these type of issues.

First of all we want to make clear that you don't have to worry, your heritage and that of your friends had nothing to do with our decision to cancel your trip. It had everything to do with the fact that you booked a family residence for max 4 persons, which you had booked for one person 'on a business trip' and where you ended up staying with 6 friends. You broke the house rules and caused a noise complaint.
Regarding the check-in. We apologise if things were unclear. On the listing it should say that check-in is from 15:00. We indeed made you wait a bit longer as the previous guests had completely flooded the bathroom, and left a big mess, which we wanted to clean as well as we could for you. We did offer you to come already but just give the housekeeping some space.

Good luxurious apartment equipped with everything you could imagine for a modern accommodation. The house is near to a wonderful green park. You can reach the city in 30 Min by bike or bus. Only a busy road nearby is sometimes a bit noisy when you are on the balcony.

Well equipped, the apartment is in the basement on the backside of the house, Netflix is certainly a plus ;-) You just need to keep in mind it’s a bit of traveling to get to the center of Amsterdam (45 minutes to 1 hour, taking the bus and Metro/or train). Overall, well recommended :-)

The location is a quiet place and this is exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is stunning. Everything looks new in the apartment, very clean. They also have bikes which we ( husband and myself) has a good time riding it.the apartment is just 30 min away by car from Amsterdam and 50 mon away from Hague. I would definitely recommend this apartment !

We chose this property primarily because we wanted somewhere safe to park our car and to be able to easily get into Amsterdam. This all worked well for us - we used the Park and Ride scheme from the arena (about 20 minutes drive away) which worked well. It was really hot when we were visiting - record breaking temperatures. The property remained cool and it was nice having an outside area to sit in. We really appreciated the Amsterdam forest being across the road and enjoyed cycling there. The property is very clean and comfortable.

This property is clean and is as described. We had an issue with the TV and the property owner didn't get back to us on how to fix it. Also, there was no salt, pepper, and other kitchen essentials. The property is far from downtown Amsterdam but easily accessible by bus and the bus station is a short walk down the road. There isn't a grocery store nearby but the property has air conditioning and a washer and dryer, which most properties in this area I noticed don't have.

This house is nicer than expected. Decent sized rooms and the smart TVs are a nice extra. Only downside was the distance from Amsterdam and the lack of basic amenities such as kitchen foil and bin bags.However, these where not big problems just annoying at times.

Amsterdamse Bos is across the street and we enjoyed a couple of nice bike rides with the bikes(4) that comes with the house. Supermarket(AH) is 12 min bike ride away.

Amazing stay with my boyfriend and our friends. We were able to enjoy days riding the bikes (comes with the house) around just for the sake of it, very clean and modern place where we felt at home and safe. Netflix for everyone, amazing amenities and appliances. The hosts were able to give very useful info and were able to fix one of the bikes immediately which was awesome! Great for those who go to Amsterdam and still like to enjoy time at home, chilling, playing games, cards, monopoly or just watch a film.

We chose to stay in this house because of its location. It was close to the airport and it had ample parking for our oversized vehicle. The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und haben auch mal einen Abend zu Hause verbracht, weil uns die Füße von der Stadtbesichtigung weh taten. Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und recht neu und ansprechend eingerichtet. Was uns vorher nicht ganz so bewusst war, dass sie sich im Souterrain des Hauses befindet und im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett sich auch nur relativ kleine "Kellerfenster" befinden, von denen sich nur eines öffnen lässt und das auch nur mit der Kippfunktion.
In diesem Zimmer ist die Lüftungsmöglichkeit also sehr begrenzt. Es gibt allerdings eine Klimaanlage, welche wir jedoch Anfang Mai noch nicht benutzen wollten.
Das einzige was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat war, dass es zwar ein sehr schönes geräumiges Bad und eine tolle Regendusche gab, jedoch keinen Badvorleger, sodass man mit nassen Füßen auf den Fliesen stehen musste.
Die Küche ist ebenso neu und schön eingerichtet, wir haben sie jedoch nicht benutzt. Das einzige was nicht funktioniert hat, war das TV im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett, bei welchem man partout nicht die Quelle auswählen konnte, um zum Menu zu kommen. Deutsche TV oder Radio-Sender sind leider nicht vorhanden.
Erhebliche Mühe hat es uns gekostet herauszufinden (ohne dass der Vermieter oder die Agentur dafür etwas kann), dass für die Busstationen Aalsmeer Camping und Schinkeldijke das I Amsterdam-Ticket leider nicht mehr galt (da zu weit außerhalb), jedoch das Amsterdam & Region-Ticket sehr wohl gilt. Dies war noch nicht mal beim I Amsterdam-Büro am Hauptbahnhof in Erfahrung zu bringen. Das Ticket hat erhebliche Vorteile gegenüber allen anderen Tickets. Nicht nur freie Fahrt in allen Verkehrsmitteln Amsterdams und der Region (wirklich alle Gesellschaften GVB, Conexxion, Kreolis, Arriva), sondern es schließt auch den Zug zwischen Amsterdam Centraal und Schiphol ein, was die schnellste Verbindung bedeutet.

La casa nos ha gustado mucho, es tal y como se describe en su publicidad.
De los anfitriones no podemos opinar ya que no los hemos conocido. A las 15:00 estamos en la puerta de la casa esperando a los anfitriones, desconocíamos que la llave estuviera oculta en una caja con clave para abrirla y sacar la llave. Tuvimos que llamar a los anfitriones para saber donde estaba la llave. Estamos acostumbrados que los anfitriones nos reciben el primer día.
Por lo demás todo perfecto y la casa cuenta con buenas instalaciones.

When we are picturing Amsterdam, we think small spaces and a lot of co-sharing is required. However, the space at Annemarie & Renske is not one of those. It offers spacious living space in a minimalist style that will easily appeal to most people. It is accessible via bus 190 from Schiphol Airport and they do provide bicycles for the nature trail exploration should you wish to head out. Having such a wonderful space and environment does come with a few compromises. Firstly, you might find yourself spending more time on the bus ride than desired, it would take about 45 mins to an hour to travel to Amsterdam Centraal. The good thing is, there are a few permutations that you can choose from. Secondly, supplies. If you intend to have a few home cook meals at this cosy environment, I would suggest that you get your food and condiment supplies at the Albert Heijn at Schiphol Airport before taking bus 190. The human touch is something that is often the most important element that could make or break a deal, in this case, I couldn't complain. Annemarie has been very helpful with stuff that I am unsure of or even stuff that I think she isn't obliged to reply but she has. At times, it is after office hours but Annemarie was there and that is rare and it should not be taken for granted. After weighing the pros and cons with my friends, we do think that this is definitely a place that we had enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to give it a try.

My colleague and I have had a wonderful stay at Annemarie & Renskes place. You will have access to all the amenities you would ever need, the beds are nice and comfy and everything's neat and tidy. This place is perfection. It's warm, the shower is wonderful, the washing machine and tumble dryer so useful. The beds are comfortable, the Tv's great for chilling at the end of the day. Quiet neighbourhood. It's pretty far from the centre of town, but the journeys were worth staying in such a perfect place.

Καλαίσθητος χώρος. Καθαρός. .Είναι δίπλα σε γραφεία (χωρίς φασαρίες), υπάρχει όμως διπλά ένας αυτοκινητόδρομος που ναι μεν εχει φασαρία αλλα μέσα στο σπιτι ειναι σχεδόν μηδενική. Απο την αλλη είναι δίπλα στο πάρκο-δασος. Αν κάποιος δεν εχει αυτοκινητο δύσκολα θα βολευτεί εκει με τις μετακινήσεις του.

A very stylish and well-sized space! A big perk about being outside Amsterdam-proper is having free parking. Even better, this property has off-street parking.
There is a washer and dryer on site. We cooked often and everything was in good working order.
It's very close to Schiphol Airport/Schiphol Oost and there's a bus right next to the property that goes to the airport (199).
The beds were comfortable - 2 pushed together like a king in one room, and 2 separate in another. There's plenty of closet space, too.
This is the lower floor of the house and the top of the floor is occupied. The tenants were very quiet! This unit is completely separate and self-contained.

La grande maison que vous voyez sur les photos es divisé en deux habitation, petit appartement Rez de chaussé avec terrasse sans vis à vis appartement très bien équipée et assez propre. A une vingtaine de min du centre ville d’Amsterdam 30min environ aux heure de pointe. L’entré de les lieux es indépendante très pratique, Nous étions 4 personne nous recommandons
