We were a group of 5 friends and it was the perfect stay! Absolutely amazing apartment, even better than on the pictures shown. The Terrasse was absolutely huge and nice to chill. Communication was easy and very fast. Would totally recommend for a family or groups and would love to come back someday.

The apt. was beautiful and walking distance to everything. Very modern place, beautiful decor, Very spacious and beautiful patio area. Nice shared pool area. Would recommend. The only downside was that there was no communication for explaining appliance use( washer/dryer, stove, elevator, or key use for pool area. A binder with all this information would be very useful! Overall very nice place. Host Carolina needs to communicate with her guests. She never replied to any questions we had!

Apartment is great, large and an amazing terrace. Location is good and only a 5-10 minute walk to the marina / big shop (pingo doce) Slight smell from the river behind which can’t be helped and check in was a slight pain with it being late and delayed but it’s a small thing considering the apartment you are getting. Will stay again.

This place looked better in real life than the pictures! It was bigger and the pool was amazing. Everything worked as it should and the supermarked was really close to the place (5 min to walk). It was a bed you can take out in the living room that we didn’t knew about so that was really great!

The check in wasn’t very good as on arrival at the airport we messaged the host due to only having internet at the airport and having no details on how to get in the property, we was told we would have to go to the office which was 2.5 km. I think that if someone isn’t there to greet you, the key safe should be at the property, you shouldn’t have to travel away from property to collect a key to gain access. They were good with communicating and explained and sent videos and pics of where they keys could be found. They said at the property that you would need to put your hand through the gate to press a button to open the gate, again this was not possible the gate has Perspex on the gaps and reaching around the side no human arm would reach, so I had to scale the gate and climb Over. The property is spacious, airy and very well equipped. Only issues were the bathroom shower still had other people’s hair in it and the outside furniture was filthy with stains, food and human hair.

Positive: Wiem czego szukałem i to mieszkanie spełniło moje założenia. Fajna przestrzeń dla rodziny 2+1 idealne, każdy ma swoją sypialnie i wspólny salon z jadalnią do życia Kuchnia oddzielnie tez OK, polecam Negative: Generalnie wszystko OK, bliskość wspólnego śmietnika czasami generuje hałas. Przy wietrznej pogodzie trochę wieje na tarasie i przed budyniem gdyż jest a wzgórzu.

The apartment was lovely very spacious clean and good location. Great size balcony and lovely pool if not for the experience with rental valley we would really recommend. We were messaged on arrival day informing us we would not be met at the apartment but would need to pick the key up from a key box in Lagos. We had already booked transfer from the airport to the apartment well in advance and nothing we could do to change things so last minute. We thought that the rental valley office where we needed to collect the key was very close by but a 2 km walk away, had to leave daughter with suitcases whilst we found office and keys, paid for a taxi back. Ruined our first day plans of dropping off cases to get a drink and nice meal somewhere. Asked rental valley for a slightly later check out but were not accommodating, despite the above - as we had transfers from the apartment we were there until 1.30pm, the cleaner had not arrived so could of easily have accommodated us for a few hours

Fabulous apartment in central location
Positive: Fabulous apartment, extremely spacious and very well decorated and presented throughout. Very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. Master bedroom good size with excellent wardrobe space. Also lots of drawer space which we always appreciate. Good showers in both bathrooms. Balcony space is superb with very comfortable sun loungers and furniture set. Only a short walk from Lagos marina, literally 5-10 mins. Easy parking Grounds are very well kept with lovely communal pool area. Very quiet and peaceful location. We felt very relaxed here and really enjoyed the space! Would highly recommend staying here and plan to return next year. Negative: My husband is over 6ft so we always prefer a king-size bed. Not a deal breaker, just a personal preference.

UNFIT HOLIDAY RENTAL - DO NOT USE!
Positive: Easy walk to marina and Lagos town. Negative: Upon arrival at the apartment, we were told by the cleaner that the apartment was not ready, looking inside, the property was filthy. We were then told that we would be called when the apartment was ready, I had heard nothing after 4 hours, so messaged the contact number and was then told the apartment was ready, when we got there, the exterior space was still filthy, the sun lounger was broken and unusable, the fold down bed was loose and possibly dangerous, there was mouldy coffee grinds in the coffee machine. I contacted the management company with the issues and was told someone would come out the next day, someone eventually arrived at 4.30pm, they cleaned the balcony, the sun lounger was never replaced, the outside furniture was stained. There is a construction site across the road, which is incredibly noisy all day, the communal recycle bins are directly outside the balcony (they usually get emptied during the early hours!) and there was a very strong smell of sewage throughout our stay. At no point did we receive a welcome meeting from the management company, there was no towel or linen change during our stay (except if you pay an extra €139). The management company (Rental Valley) made no attempt to visit us to resolve the issues and appeared not to care, they have our money. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Relaxing stay.
Positive: Well equipped. Modern, comfortable and quiet. Negative: The address given by Booking.com does not relate to the property in question. Booking.com states Lot 3 where in fact the apartment is in Lot 2. This caused us to try and gain entry into the wrong apartment and embarrassingly wake the occupant up. Luckily he was understanding.

Apartment great, very clean and just as per pics. The “sofa bed” is actually neatly tucked away behind a taped up cupboard and not part of the sofa so wasn’t obvious. However was v comfortable with a proper mattress and we left it down all week. Rental Valley comms we’re great before the trip. However dealing with Rental Valley with queries while on holiday was very frustrating. Inability to speak to somebody is very rare. Having to communicate on WhatsApp all took more time and a lot of backwards and forwards. A simple phone call would’ve been a lot better. All in all we liked the apartment very much.

Fantastic spacious stylish well located apartment ! Every bit as good as it looks on the photos. We loved it ! Great comms with the host. They had a representative meet us for the check-in in person and they also left us a nice bottle of red wine. The location was v peaceful yet only a few mins walk into town / big supermarket. It is up a bit of a hill but that’s only for 5 mins otherwise it’s just a 10-15 mins stroll to the Marina where there are loads of bars / restaurants. Would highly recommend and would be happy to return.

Lovely spacious apartment with quality furnishings
Great place to stay and location good. The shorter route down perhaps not so good for buggies and those with walking issues as quite a bumpy track and hill back up although we managed it every night. Felt safe and Lagos offers wide choice of restaurants from the marina through to lovely old town. Pool quite shaded so didn't use as we preferred to be out and about. Lagos has a great beach to walk along and there is a super boardwalk with fantastic views Only slight negative comments are that apartment is on ground floor with recycling bins and garage directly underneath but generally a quiet spot.

Amazing Experience!
We loved our stay at the Marina Village Apartment. The apartment is fantastic! Modern yet cozy, has a large balcony, that was a plus! It was impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything we need to cook for 4 adults + 1 toddler. The condo where the apartment is also has a nice pool where you can stay and relax. The only downside is it isn't that close to the beach (approx. 15/20 min walk) and is located at top of a hill. Because we were with a little child, we choose to go to the beach by car (less than 5 min to Meia Praia Beach). Nevertheless, we will definitely take this apartment into consideration for a next summer holiday.
