Très bon séjour, bon accueil et à proximité de diverses plages. Le club est propre avec un personnel sympathique. Le logement est très spacieux et bien situé dans le club. Les points d’améliorations sont le ménage et l’entretien du logement qui pourraient être plus présent et le besoin de climatisation. Je recommande !

Emplacement idéal pour des vacances dans l’Algarve. Proche de plusieurs commerces et à 20 minutes de marche du centre d’Albufeira. Une voiture est néanmoins recommandée pour profiter pleinement des alentours et des différentes activités proposées dans le secteur. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Jacqueline nous a très bien accueillie et nous nous sommes de suite sentis comme chez nous! Une petite maison dans une résidence paisible où l’on peut retrouver tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances : plusieurs piscines dans la résidence, restaurant, snack : un bon dépaysement ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la grande taille du logement et le cadre de vacances qui y règne. Merci pour tout !!!

Kun olimme saapumassa majoitukseen, yuli ilmoitus katossa olevasta vuodosta jota oli huollettu. Perille päästyämme keittiön pöytä oli vedestä märkä, osoittautui että todellinen syy oli rikkonainen hana. Keittiö oli ilmeisen uusi mutta asennukset oli tehty hieman huolimattomasti. Mm. astianpesukonetta ei pystynyt käyttämään koska somiste päällinen oli asennettu väärin. Kävimme offseason aikana, mutta ennen majoituksen alkua olisi hyvä laittaa kohteessa pattereita päälle. Asunto oli niin kostea että ovet olivat turvoksissa ensimmäiset neljä päivää ja tästä syystä aivan todella kylmä majoitus. Yksi seurueemme jäsenistä jäi vessaan jumiin kun lukkoon katkesi avain. Kyseisen vessan ovi oli muutenkin kosteudesta johtuen turvoksissa eikä auennut kunnolla. Muuten majoitus oli todella kivalla paikalla, sopivan kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja rannoista. Pienet ennakkoon tehtävät tarkistukset olisivat tehneet majoittumisesta paremman.

La limpieza era escasa en la casa. Además las sillas de la terraza estaban sucias y oxidadas. En cubo de la fregona no tenía para exprimir la fregona. La puerta de seguridad de la escalera estaba casi suelta (espiches sueltos). La cama de la primera habitación de abajo era muy incómoda, se clavaban los muelles. La seguridad de la vivienda era muy mala. Los cierres no funcionaban y la seguridad era un palo de madera. El sofá estaba muy sucio. Creo que deben prestar mucho más atención a la limpieza, pintar paredes y cambiar mobiliario que está anticuado y estropeado. No volveremos al alojamiento y no lo vamos a recomendar.

einmal Ferienhaus und nie wieder
Positive: in der Küche gab es wirklich viele Utensilien, die wir benötigt haben. das Haus an sich hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt und eine gute Aufteilung Negative: leider war das Haus weh dreckig. unter den Betten und Sofa lag Müll und ganz viel Staub und das wahrscheinlich von den anderen Gästen. das hat mir bestätigt, dass in diesem Haus nur provisorisch geputzt wurde. das ganze Haus hat gestunken, weil nichtmal gelüftet wurde. das Bett war gar nicht komfortabel. Wolldecken waren überzogen mit Bettbezügen, aber der Gestank Kam durch. das wlan war nach 2 Stunden Nutzung leer, aber die Verwaltung hat dann neues aufgeladen. im großen und Ganzen würde ich es nicht empfehlen, weil man ohne Auto komplett aufgeschmissen ist, da man weder zentrumnah noch strandnah ist.

Positive: nice and spacious Negative: no hot water for the whole duration of our stay, we stayed there for 6 days and with two babies and had to shower with cold water the whole duration of the stay and we were not offered a full refund. only 20% which is rubbish.

The house is located in the Albufeira Ressort an it has three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace and two balconies, a small one (which isn‘t really usable) and a bigger one. So there is enough place for up to six guests. We missed suitable furniture on the balcony and sun loungers on the terrace (on the fotos are loungers pictured but we didn’t find them). It‘s possible to use all facilities of the ressort, espacially the pools :). The next pool is reachable within 2 minutes but you have to be there in the morning to snatch a sun lounger. The minimarket in the ressort offers the most significant foods and the next bigger grocery store (pingo doce) is a approx. 15 Minute walk. The transfer from Faro airport takes approx 40 minutes and the fare is 43 € with yellowfishtransfer for five people. We arrived at Albufeira Ferreira station and took a uber xl taxi - the fare was 9,78 €. It was easy to get to the beach and we took Uber or Freenow (taxi), both are recommendations and the fares were between 7 and 9 € one way. The ressort offers a shuttle at no charge and it operates at 10 a.m. and 17 p.m. (to early for us so we didn‘t use it). To be more flexible we rented a car in Albufeira at visacar so we were able to visit other beaches than the Albufeira main beaches (although Praia do peneco or Praia do Inatel are very pretty and clean). The communication with Florjin was outstanding and we enjoyed our stay.

Het appartement is zeer ruim en netjes. De faciliteiten op het park zijn ook super, meerdere zwembaden en restaurantvoorzieningen. De ‘old-town’ is op loopafstand (20 minuten), maar de taxi is ook goed te betalen. We hebben in ieder geval genoten van dit appartement!

Florijn's apartment is really nice for a group of 7 people and in a great location. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipt, towels and bedding was provided. It has some nice outdoor space. Taxis to the strip and the old town/the beach are cheap (€5 for an Uber). The hosts were very helpful Anf responded to us quickly and let us have a slightly later check out upon request. A perfect stay - I would highly reccommend this apartment!

The apartment is old, furniture is used and it generally needs refurbishment. Standard equipment like toaster, outside light or vacuum cleaner did not work as expected. Others like radio, international TV were missing. Overall: disappointing and too pricy for that level of comfort

Florjin's place is a beautiful house located in the Clube Albufeira resort. It is a very family friendly place with beautiful views and lots of sunshine. The house is very spacious and clean and was always the perfect place to come back to after a long day of touring the Algarve. Florijn was very quick and helpful with providing any information and answering any questions we had!

L’appartement est bien situé dans la résidence à proximité de toutes les piscines . Il est spacieux cependant la propreté et l’entretien laissent vraiment à désirer . L’intérieur des placards n’est pas propre, les salles de bains, moyen . La barrière en haut des escaliers ne fermait pas (nous l’avons remonté correctement car avec un bébé d’un an c’est primordial). L’appartement peut coucher 10 personnes et manque cruellement de vaisselle . Nous avons passer la semaine à laver les couverts et verres . Je suis dans l’ensemble un peu déçu de ma réservation .

Hello, we were quite disappointed by the apartment and it's state. Yes, it is spacious and gets sun - the photos let us expect a comfy and sunny place. But we did not feel very comfortable during our stay. The apartment is old, furniture is used and filthy (couch) and it generally needs refurbishment. Standard equipment like toaster, outside light or vacuum cleaner did not work as expected. Others like radio, international TV were missing. In addition to that state the housekeeping did not do the job properly, especially in the kitchen. We mentioned it to Annemarie from Rental Valley and she took care of it immediately. But although Peter dropped by in person, the offered "mid-stay clean" turned out as emptying the dishwasher. Overall: disappointing and too pricy for that level of comfort
