    A lovely resort where we have stayed be fore.This apartment needs a littlevTLC.Damaged diishwasher cupboard,scuff marks on walls,not even a cloth or basic clean ing materials to keep the apartment clean.No changing of sheets or clean towels after a week.

    We really enjoyed staying at this air BnB. The view was absolutely stunning, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. It is so close to everything, and we even cooked inside a few nights, and it had pretty much everything we needed. You won’t regret it…..book it 😁😁

    Wat een prachtig appartement was dit! ontzettend ruim van opzet. modern ingericht, alles aanwezig in de keuken! een nieuw droogrek voor kleding ed op te laten drogen buiten is echt aan vervanging toe, zit onder de roestplekken. wat wij persoonlijk wel misten was een vervanging van handdoeken of meer voorraad... bij 5 nachten verblijf vinden wij 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek erg summier en niet helemaal passen bij de rest van de voorzieningen. Toch zijn we blij om dit appartement te hebben gehuurd!

    We had a wonderful stay at this apartment within the Estrela Da Luz complex. A bright and airy unit, with tasteful furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The complex was well maintained, with beautiful gardens and four pools to relax in through the day. Restaurants, grocery stores and the beach were all within walking distance. Would absolutely return!

  19. A nice property with lots of potential, lovely views but lots of things don’t work and it feels very neglected

    Positive: Modern furniture and a lovely view. Agent was very helpful Negative: It feels very neglected: the bathroom fan is broken and really noisy, the washing machine only works on a few of the programmes, the doors are really stiff, the electrics are faulty, the towels are threadbare, the dishwasher door doesn’t close properly.

    This is a fantastic apartment in a really lovely complex. The apartment itself was very spacious, very well kitted out with everything you could need. Great balcony with gorgeous views over the pool area and the sea. The bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the shower extremely powerful. Brilliant location not far from everything. You can hire pool towels for €2.50 from reception, lovely clean pool area with plenty of sun loungers. We were out of school holidays but not busy at all. Luz is gorgeous, highly recommend The Fort for amazing views and food. We will definitely be back!

    Logement bien belle orientation et très bien situé , nombreux équipements usagés, (tel que sèche linge rouillé, les couteaux cassés, pas de casseroles ni de dessous de plats, pas assez de set de table, tire- bouchon cassé, pas d’étagères de rangement dans la salle de bain.) Balcon housses de chaise sales et 2 manquantes, problème avec la serrure d’entrée qui était bloquée pour la fermeture de la porte d’entrée (obligé de mettre de l’huile pour la débloquer)

    Having stayed in neighbouring apartments we knew what to expect from the apartment which is great and has a wonderful view. However, we felt that the usual Air bnb niceties were missing. No toiletries or welcome pack were provided. A bottle of water at least would have been something. We know Praia da Luz very well but for new visitors an info pack would be helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks and were provided with 2 hand towels and two small bath towels which had seen better days. When we asked if there would be a change of towels we were advised that there would an extra charge-41 euros for towel and bedding replacement. We used the washing machine instead which was no problem, apart from having to get powder. We have been to many air bnbs and just feel that the little extras that make a difference were missing.

    We enjoyed our stay. Particularly enjoyed the walkability of the location. We used the pool, sauna and exercise room regularly. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was functional. Balcony had good exposure to sunshine with a decent view.

    Positive: The resort was fabulous.Very clean, lovely staff. Negative: The balcony is small and doesn’t get sun. Furniture old and very dirty.Lights not working. Kitchen chairs very dirty,no racks in oven for grilling,no wine glasses. The dishwasher door was damaged, living room cabinet door hanging off, rusty clothes air dryer.

    Positive: The complex grounds, gym and swimming pools were excellent and the apartment had a lovely view. The kitchen and living room were very spacious. Modern furniture. Negative: No direct sun on the balcony which made the living room quite dark. The balcony and outside furniture was very dirty, the clothes airer was rusty. The dishwasher door was damaged, broken hinges on doors in the living room. No wine glasses.

    we really enjoyed our staff in Seaview Apt the apartment is fantastic. Great size and exactly the same as pictures. The complex is kept really well overall only downside was access to apartments within the pool area etc. is not so easy if you have a baby with a pram which we did. Small steps and exit doors. Other than that no other challenges. It's perfect for families and the other residents were all lovely.
