This is quite a large apartment, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a den and a well-equipped kitchen, including a clothes washing machine, which was welcome. The dining area and living room are both a good size. The balcony runs the whole width of the apartment and overlooks the development's pool area and green space beyond it. While there were only two of us, this unit could easily accommodate four people comfortably, and there was baby equipment there as well. The pool area is nice with quite a large pool, a children's pool, and plenty of space for lounging. The apartment was clean with comfortable and attractive furniture. When I booked this VRBO, I assumed that Marine Park would be close to the marina, but that is not correct. It is about a 25 minute brisk walk to the marina and the downtown area and a fairly strenuous uphill walk back to the apartment. We welcomed the exercise, but for anyone with mobility issues, there are plenty of taxis around for transportation.

Das geräumige Apartment in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage hat meiner Freundin und mir sehr gefallen. In der Nebensaison ist es ruhig, sowohl im Haus, wie auf der gesamten Anlage. Das Zentrum von Lagos ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist das Gebläse der Klimaanlage/Heizung auf dem Balkon. Da es zwar in "Schrank" versteckt ist, aber direkt neben einem der Schlafzimmer angebracht ist, stört es wenn das Gebläse läuft. wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

The property was spacious and kitchen well equipped, about 15 mins walk from the marina. Down side was apartment did not get the sun which in the hotter weather would be a bonus as it will not be too hot, but when you are after the winter sun it’s a negative. Lovely view of the hills from the balcony nevertheless. Need to be physically fit if don’t have a car.

Our stayed started out a little rocky.... We locked ourselves out before we even brought in our luggage. Probably best if 2 keys left in lock box or 1 key left off site. Place has great view of fields and hills in the distance. Well equiped kitchen however could use 2 new frying pans. Comfy beds with nice pillows. Lots of towels and basic soaps. Nice black outs. Not sure about the throw covers on the sofas though seemed like a poor thing to have done. Quite far from town, about 1 km to town via marina bridge although it made for a quiat location. On our last day i forgot my meds and did not realise that untill we reached our next destination. I was able to contact "rental valley" who managed the property and who assited me in retrieviing them for me. Well done, many thx.

One of the most spacious and well equipped apartments I’ve stayed in. Fabulous pool and bar facilities on site and great location for shops, supermarket, marina and beach. The lady in the shop near the complex was really friendly and polite. Couple of negatives /young member of staff at the reception in the complex . Not overly friendly and not experienced enough to provide information on bus services , train services , walking routes etc . Maintenance was a little slow to react to a couple of issues in our apartment.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer gut gepflegten Anlage. Die Altstadt ist in 20min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zustand neuwertig und sehr schöner sehr geräumiger Balkon. Die Position des Schlüsselkastens sollte dem Gast aber mitgegeben wir mussten suchen. Reinigungszustand der Küche war schlecht der Rest der Wohnung mittel.

Very nice apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Only a pod style of coffee maker which I don’t like, so purchased and donated a brew type. Easy 20 minute walk to old town and Pingo Doce for groceries. Check out Garcias wine store across Pingo Doce for a nice selection and great prices on your wine etc needs. Lovely well kept grounds. Great open view from the large balcony. Only issue is that in winter you don’t get any direct sun for additional warmth. Heating system works well. Free parking available on the private street outside the units. VRBO charges are getting out of hand.

Great location,fantastic amenities:2 pools,children's playground, tennis, free chaise-lounges ,lots of green area with nice water stream, very peaceful and serene environment to relax and enjoy the vacation+open bar with smoothies ,pizza,paella and drinks right by the pool. No noise from anywhere whatsoever, crispy bed sheets, 2 wonderful bedrooms ,1 massive living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime+radio channels, 1 extra room with sofa and desk area for work. Beautiful terrace with magnificent views and a bunch of lovely furniture to enjoy breakfast and reading/ sitting chat. Terrace is safe for children,with glass cover. Building has elevator flat is located on the 2nd floor. Communication was easy and super fast, check in was perfect,no need to wait for no one,just needed to grab a key in the key box with the special code. Host instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment exceeded our expectations and is more spacious that on the photos. Would definitely recommend!)

Would definitely come again for a long stay in Lagos!
Positive: The location was really good! 10 min walk to the pingo doce and around 15-20 min to downtown. The apartment itself was very spacious indeed and had view on the tennis courts and the pool, which are also nice and available to use. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The oven and stove worked really well and the kitchen was really well stocked withe many pots, plates and utensills. The terrace was a pleasure to sit on, specially on a really hot days you can enjoy the comfort of the shade. Wifi worked really well. Negative: The fridge was barely cold even though set to maximum. I would not recommend storing meat or fish for longer than a day, which meant going shopping daily…luckily fish mercado is also just 10 min away.

Positive: Die Innenstadt von Lagos war fußläufig für uns zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Negative: Die Ausrichtung der Sonne war für uns ungünstig, bzw.da der Balkon überdacht ist kam so gut wie keine Sonne in die Wohnung.

L'établissement est super bien situé. Franchement j'ai rien à dire. Parfait! Allez y les yeux fermés Negative: Il n'était pas indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'un cheking autonome. Nous avons attendu quelqu'un pendant 30 minutes. Il s'agit du seul point négatif.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Schönheitsfehlern
Positive: Top Ausstattung in der Küche und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. An sich sehr schöne Unterkunft, die negativen Erfahrungen haben nicht überwogen, sollten aber einfach transparent für alle sein. Negative: Der Check in verspätetet sich um über eine halbe Stunde obwohl wir uns zu einer konkreten Ankunft bereits am Vortag und vor Abfahrt vom Flughafen geäußert haben (verspätete Check ins anderer Unterkünfte waren scheinbar der Grund). Angekommen musste die Dame bei der Schlüssel Übergabe erst noch den putzeimer und Utensilien verräumen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht besonders gut, einige Reste vom putzen, schlieren an der Fenstern, Herd und man hatte das Gefühl es war nicht genug Zeit zum putzen (Ankunft um 21 Uhr und Oberflächen waren noch feucht, also frisch geputzt). Der Pool ist auf der Seite vom Appartement. Die Gastronomie war im späten September noch geöffnet teilweise und daher hat man bis abends noch Musik gehört, die etwas störend war. Der Balkon bekommt den ganzen Tag nie Sonne ab, das war sehr schade.
