Great family townhouse with a great communal fenced pool to cool off on hot days!
The space
Casa Primavera is the perfect and relaxed place for a getaway only 7 minutes away from the citycentre of Albufeira. Being part of a little condominium with 6 other houses, it offers a lall the peace and quiet just next to the city life. It is just recently renovated and provids a comfortable 3 bed- and bathroom, With all the luxury!
While entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with even a dishwasher! Leading to the livingroom which enters you own little garden, with seating area and BBQ. Adjacent to the pool area (shared).
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, all with kingsize beds and there own bathroom.
The house is suitable for 6 persons, so perfect for a family or a couples trip!

Guests have access to the entire house for optimal privacy and space.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet area just outside Albufeira (7minute drive to the old town and main beach). Albufeira has a great beach and a nice town with many nice restaurants. As it is known for having a great nightlife, the old town offers nice bars in the evening, but heading a little bit further to 'The Strip' you will find many bars and big clubs. If you're not there for the nightlife and you would like to explore a little of the environment, there are many great options. If you have your own transport, there are many great beaches if you head in the direction of Portimão or Lagos.
Getting around
But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there is a bus stop close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes to throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.
Other things to note
➤ Check-in time: 16.00h - 22.00h (check-in between 21.00-23.00 will be an extra fee of 30 euros (cash) and check-in after 23:00 is only possible in agreement with the agent and 50 euros (cash).
➤ Check-out time: before 10.00h
ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.

Está muito bem localizada a menos de 10 minutos de carro, da praia e do centro de Albufeira.
O anfitrião responde muito rápido e é bastante prestável.
O único ponto negativo é o horário do check in, demasiado tarde e o check in demasiado cedo, às 10h.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to address some of your concerns:
Pool Condition: The pool was indeed usable during your stay. The temperature fluctuations during the days affected the pool’s temperature, but it was cleaned regularly and was not unkempt.
Maintenance and Repairs: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the dryer issue. It was mentioned that someone might come to fix it, but unfortunately, they did not show up. However, it's important to note that the dryer is located in a separate storeroom accessible through a different door, and no one of you needed to stay at home for this and ''waste'' time.
Communication: We did not receive any complaints or messages from you during your stay, except for the early check-in request, for which you unfortunately did not show up.
Beds and Bedding: We appreciate your feedback regarding the beds and pillows. The homeowner will take this into consideration and we will look into improving both the pillows and sheets to enhance comfort.

La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et très propres.
Les trois chambres sont équipées de rangements et de lits très confortables. Les trois salles de bains sont impeccables et fonctionnelles.
Nous avons pu profiter du jardin calme, très bien équipé avec une grande table, barbecue, transats, serviettes de plage et piscine commune.
Possibilité de garer un long véhicule dans le jardin.
En résumé, maison au Top !!!
Ne pas hésiter à réserver !

Por poner un pero, quizás cobrar 150€ por la limpieza nos parece algo excesivo.
Pero salvo por ese detalle merece mucho la pena y permite conocer el Algarve por su buena situación.

We didn’t use the pool much as it was a bit cold for us (as we found the sea too!) and there was also no shallow end or steps for my son to play on (‘shallow end’ is at least 1.25m, with only ladder to get in) but it was in a lovely garden setting and there was never anyone else using it (shared with 6 other houses).
Good location, although there wasn’t anything really in walking distance (there is a small cafe/shop but we didn’t use it), it was easy to get onto the main roads to explore the rest of the algarve, and only a short cab ride (ubers available) from Albufeira centre if you didn’t want to drive (about €6-10 depending on time of day), only 30 mins to the airport.
Check in was easy as Ann was there to meet us, and was very happy to answer any questions during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung und dein tolles Feedback. Wir freuen uns sehr darüber, dass du einen schönen Aufenthalt hattest. Bezüglich des Check-ins, tut es uns leid zu hören, dass dieser euch Schwierigkeiten bereitet hat, zumal wir 7 Tage vor der Ankunft einen Link mit einem Pdf Formular zusenden, in welchem der Check in und alles weitere bis ins kleinste Detail beschrieben ist. Wir werden uns die Beschreibung dennoch einmal anschauen und ggf. erweitern/ verbessern.
