Casa Bonita is a lovely, popular villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including lounge, kitchen and pool terrace, situated in the extremely popular, upmarket, very green Quinta da Balaia Resort regarded as one of the most delightful spots in Albufeira with extensive lawns & lush vegetation covering an area of 35,000 square meters, and is only 1.6 km from many stunning picture postcard ‘Blue Flag Beaches’ including the local Santa Eulalia beach which you will fall in love, it a perfect, beautiful sandy beach in every way.

The Villa, offers a large saltwater pool with built in steps to pool, spacious terrace and extensive lawn areas. An excellent, very private & spacious villa, with spacious grounds. 3 good sized en-suite bedrooms & bathrooms furnished to a good standard with quality, modern furniture throughout. Shutters in all rooms.

The neighborhood

You are a 5-minute drive into the popular resort of Albufeira which has something for everybody. If the lively strip is not for you then why not try the Old Town which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne’s and the old statue of St Michael.
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for buying souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.

If you want to stay local you have a small supermarket , cafes and bars within walking distance of the apartment and you are also on the local bus service route to take you into Albuferia or if you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.

Getting around

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended

To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
