Great family townhouse with a great communal fenced pool to cool off on hot days!
The space
This townhouse is a perfect and relaxed place for a getaway only minutes away from the city centre of Albufeira. Being part of a little condominium offers all the relaxed facilities just next to city life and only 10min walk from the Balaia Golf course. It provides a comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The baths in the bathrooms are included with jetstreams.
While entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook up a feast! The hallway gives access to one of the bathrooms (shower & toilet) and the french door will lead you to the living room. Double doors open to a balcony, with a seating area and 2 loungers. Adjacent to the pool area (shared).
You will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor, all with comfortable beds. Per August 2022, all beds have toppers for extra comfort. The master bedroom has an ensuite bedroom with a bath & toilet. The two other rooms share the family bathroom on the same level. Two bedrooms open to the balcony on the 2nd floor which has amazing views of the town and the ocean.
The house is suitable for 6+2 persons, so perfect for a family or a couples trip! Please note that parties and disturbances are strictly not allowed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse. Note that the pool-side balcony is directly connected to neighbour's balconies as well as the stairs leading to the garden & pool.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a quiet area just outside Albufeira (a 7minute drive to the old town and main beach). Albufeira has a great beach and a nice town with many nice restaurants. As it is known for having great nightlife, the old town offers nice bars in the evening, but heading a little bit further to 'The Strip' you will find many bars and big clubs. If you're not there for the nightlife and you would like to explore a little of the environment, there are many great options. If you have your own transport, there are many great beaches if you head in the direction of Portimão or Lagos.
Getting around
But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there is a bus stop close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also links up with the main bus routes throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.
