Pros The apartment is spacious. Good location only a short walk to beach and promenade. Good pools especially if you have small children there is an enormous shallow pool. Easy check in and out. Did request cot and high chair and these were provided. Cons Cleaning was not upto scratch thick dust on dining chairs etc. I went out to buy cleaning supplies myself and cleaned, I didn’t complain as didn’t want to interrupt holiday with having people to come round etc. The apartment is overall tired with handles loose on kitchen doors, old kitchen, tired bathrooms that require updating. Old washing machine that is very noisy. Stayed for a month and only given one lot of towels sheets so was expected to wash our own and change beds etc, for the price we paid would have expected at least change of towels and sheets. Air con only in lounge and main bedroom so in August it was very hot. Not enough seating for six inside if you want to watch TV at night, there is a sofa for three and one chair. We still enjoyed our holiday but felt it was expensive for the standard of accommodation, if it was as renovated it would be a nice apartment.

Positive: Das Apartment war groß und gut eingerichtet. Es war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Der Pool war schön und es gab genug Liegestühle. Schöner Meerblick. Negative: Es gab keine persönliche Ansprechperson. Da am Anfang Schwierigkeiten mit der Adresse bestanden und die Welan Angaben nicht korrekt waren, war der telefonische Kontakt etwas schwierig. Die Koffer konnten weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise untergestellt werden.

We had really good stayed, the only thing that we can say and it wasn't their fault was the hot water, but the problem were in all the apartments. So, they refund us some money. They were always there to help, and the house was very beautiful and impossible to be cleaner. We have been very comfortable. I just wanna say thank u for everything, Nagore

perfect for our family stay
Positive: fab apartment, exactly what we were looking for. 3 adults and a 17 month old. the apartment was really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. location: 10 mins downhill walk to supermarket, beach and restaurants. 15 min uphill walk to Titan fitness which 2 of us were going to 4 times throughout the week so a perfect in between. Negative: nothing to dislike about the apartment itself. the playground swings were closed off/in progress of building and the potential bar area was vacant. although there is a baby pool, my 17 month old couldn’t stand in it, I just had the assumption it would be inches deep rather than feet. i would guess a 4 ur old could comfortably stand in it.

Positive: Gostamos da localização, espaço exterior, a dimensão do alojamento e decoração. Negative: 😏 A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.. Tachos e pirex com sujidade encrustada. Torradeira avariada, arca que não congelava, nem um gelado era gelado. Por baixo do sofá o aspirador não deve ter passado(com crianças já se sabe anda tudo pelo chão). Camas confortáveis com lençóis que pareciam uma rodilha (nem um ferro devem ter visto) nas casas de banho os toalheiros danificados e as tampas das sanitas à cheirar a urina.

Spacious, well equipped and quiet location with sea views
Positive: Loved the location and the views rom the apartment, it was also very peaceful with a nice pool area. The property is spacious, well furnished and well equipped and was spotlessly clean with the added and bonus of a big efficient fridge! Negative: Host agency couldn't replace the broken toaster during our stay which was reported straight away and meant a bit of a faff to have to use the very slow grill in the mornings. Also a change of towels or additional towels for an 8 day stay would have been good. But minor inconveniences that in no way spoiled our stay and we would book again.

Positive: Was easy to revive the keys and the location is good. The space is big and if you are a big party there are lots of beds, plates (near the dining room table and in kitchen) etc. Negative: There was a lingering smell of ant poison (which didn’t help the ant problem), the duvets were not covered on arrival and the towels had a chemical smell. I found being responsible for clearing out all the bins and putting all the dishes etc away on the last day to be a bit ridiculous.
