We had a great stay at the apartment. You just have to walk around the harbour to get to the city center (15-20 min). There is a supermarket close by as well. The balcony is wonderful. We can recommend the apartment even for a longer stay. Higher air humidity in the sleeping room but there is a dehumidifier.

The property is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the harbour, 3 minutes from supermarket 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was clean and spacious. Great balcony with sunbeds got the sun between 9 & 1. The pool area is 1 minute away and was very quiet at end of September. There were fans in the apartment but these aren’t really an adequate substitute for aircon. Unfortunately, we had difficulty sorting access with the property manager, who failed to provide the codes for accessing the complex and the keybox to get access to the apartment keys, which we’ll put down to misunderstanding. There was also a misunderstanding which meant there was a delay in repaying our damage deposit. This didn’t spoil our stay and we’d be happy to use the apartment again.

Todo limpio y ordenado con sencillez y sin adornos ni muebles innecesarios que en otros o apartamentos nunca usas y te hacen dudar de lo limpios que puede estar. Muy bien ubicado, ni demasiado lejos del pueblo como para no poder ir andando, ni demasiado cerca como para que moleste el bullicio si lo que quieres es descansar. Por ponerle un pero, es un poco ruidoso si duermes con ventana abierta por la proximidad de la carretera a Meia Praia, pero no impide dormir bien.

Overall good apartment, but were locked out on first night
Host failed to provide a key to us at the first night (cleaning lady did not put it in the keybox) so we tried for several hours, at nighttime, to reach someone or get into the room. As it didn't work we needed to find a nearby hotel. Obviously this changed our travel plans. It was fixed next day and the costs of the hotel were covered. Staff was friendly too. However, we did not get any additional refund apart from the costs we paid for the hotel, although we had a very poor experience and had to cancel travel plans because of this incident. The apartment itself is nice and clean.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Appartement! Es ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super gelegen und wir haben den Pool und den kostenlosen Parkplatz sehr geschätzt! Auch der Balkon ist wunderbar angelegt, wo wir viele Stunden verbracht haben! Wir fanden, dass das Appartement gut ausgestattet war, allerdings fehlte Toilettenpapier als wir ankamen und wir mussten Dinge wie Seife, Spüllappen & Spülmaschinentabs nachkaufen, was für uns aber in Ordnung war! Der Check-In hätte ein wenig leichter klappen können, so hatte uns Rental Valley erst recht spät geantwortet, weil wir an einem Sonntag ankamen. Das könnte man ein wenig flüssiger lösen, gerade weil wir dann nochmal den Schlüssel an einem 2 km entfernten Ort holen mussten. Da war es gut, dass wir einen Mietwagen hatten. Aber das ist wirklich jammern auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten viel in Lagos & der Algarve entdecken!

Herrliche Wohnanlage mit viel grün und Pool
Positive: Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, modern eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, Poolanlage auf dem Grundstück, öffentliche Parkplätze sowohl vor der Anlage vorhanden, als auch ein eigener Privatparkplatz in der Garage. Die Altstadt ist ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und über den Yachthafen gut zu erreichen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca 500 Meter entfernt Negative: Der Zugang zur Anlage ist beim ersten Mal sehr kompliziert gestaltet. Die Tastatur zum Wohnhaus ist kaum erfolgreich zu betätigen. Hier sollte eine neue Tastatur verbaut werden! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, wir brauchten zum Glück auch keine. Ein paar Kissen für die Couch würde sie noch bequemer machen.

Wir haben zu zweit 6 Nächte in dem Loft verbracht und waren vollkommen zufrieden! Alles war sauber und den Bildern und der Beschreibung entsprechenden. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Der Balkon eignet sich perfekt zum Frühstücken, Entspannen und Abendessen. zu Lage: Vom Bahnhof ist man in 5-10 min an der Unterkunft, der Yachthafen ist etwa gleichweit entfernt. In die Altstadt dauert es etwas länger, man läuft aber einmal durch den Hafen durch, das ist immer eine schöner Weg. Wir hatten kein Problem mit den Entfernungen und haben fast alles zu Fuß in Lagos unternommen. Den Pool haben wir nur einmal benutzt, ist für eine Abkühlung oder einen entspannten Nachmittag sicherlich gut. Bei der Anreise war es lediglich etwas schwieriger in die erste Tür des Hauses zu kommen, aber mit etwas Geduld, klappt auch dies.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, großzügig und der Balkon ein Traum. Das Boxspringbett war sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ein toller Garten inklusive Pool und Babybecken. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür sowie im privaten Parkhaus vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Amazing apartment. Very close to the Marina with bars and restaurants. A lot of space in the apartment. Very clean and light flooded. Very fast Internet! We loved it over our stay of 9 weeks. Just one downside. The noise from the cars at the street can sometimes be a bit annoying when you are on the balcony... but yeah, in the apartment its really quiet. All in all, we totally recomment this apartment.

This apartment is very modern and has plenty of room. It‘s located nearby the train station and the Marina, where you can start a boat trip or eat something in the restaurants. The kitchen ist well equipped and there’s a nice balcony next to the living room with sun in morning. The apartment was mostly clean and the landlord reacted fast to my text messages.

Positive: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer ganz tollen Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Supermarkt in 5 min, und zun Hafen auch.Zum Strand ca.10 min. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder gerne nehmen. Negative: Ein kleiner Tisch vor dem Sofa wäre noch schön, das man seine Getränke abstellen kann. Ein Glas vom Balkon war gesprungen, was man wohl austauschen sollte. Und vor dem Sofa ein Fleck auf den schönen Parkett, was man auch beheben sollte. Das aber den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung nicht schmälert. Kein Taxi vom Urlaubsort nehmen.,lieber von einem Reiseanbieter vor dem Urlaub buchen. Der Taxifahrer wollte am Flughafen 160 Euro ( normalerweise 114 Euro) mit Sonntags Zuschlag zum Flughafen Das war sehr Unerfreulich.

Positive: Sítio maravilhoso, Pingo Doce no fim da estrada praia a 20minutos de distância do apartamento que se faz bem a pé. Apartamento com todas as comodidades. Negative: Não houve nada que não gostei. Único senão que eu tenho para a empresa que gere o apartamento convém mencionar que há um comando dentro do apartamento para a garagem, e mencionar qual o estacionamento correcto para não haver confusões no estacionamento.

Positive: El apartamento era muy comodo y moderno ,sin muebles superfluos y muy espacioso La Pusina aunque cubría muy poco tenía césped y buena jardinería. Negative: El WC estaba roto.Solo estaba la taza sin tapadera dentro de un armario y el cristal de seguridad de la terraza hecho añicos. La ropa de cama solo era una bajera.No se comunican más q en inglés.Enviamos correos diarios para que nos pusieran el Wc y el cristal con fotos incluidas y no vino nadie en los 5 días.
