Very comfortable apartment and we lovely the balcony. Carolina was so lovely and welcoming and even let us check in early which was a massive help for us because I'm pregnant and was tired after the early morning flight. Approx 15 mins walk from old town. Plenty of parking available. The only improvement I would suggest is a sweeping brush for the floor. there was a small dustpan and brush but it's difficult to bend down to sweep the entire floor.

Overall our stay was very nice. The condo was clean and easily accessible. The condo complex was quiet which we appreciated, but it was not summer when we were visiting which may change since the pool is just outside of the room! The view of pool and city was nice. Very mininal amenities within the vrbo, only one towel each and no beach/pool towels. There was a nice beach umbrella though. The condo discriptions mentions it only being a short 5 minute walk to the beach but even being two active 20 somethings it would take us at least 10 minutes to get to the beach or marina. But there is a nice grocery right across the street. Bed review: 1/5 the mattress was very very firm with only the sheet between you and the springs. Honestly it may have been better to sleep on the floor or couch. The pillows were sub par and we ended up using the throw pillows with pillow cases instead. This made our stay much less enjoyable since a good sleep is so important after a long day of adventure around the algrave. Overall i would recommend this condo complex to folks only using their accomidations for a quiet place to rest(as we did) but not specifically this vrbo if a comfy bed is a priority to you.

c'était quand même bien en général nous avons apprécié la terrasse la picine et la décoration mais le lit et les oreiller étaient horrible nous avons demander pour avoir d'autre oreiller pour compenser l'inconfort mais cela nous a été refuser :( la cuisine étais équiper mais avec de vielles ensembles dépareiller et des poêle et chaudron très usées voir inutilisable c'était correct mais je n'y retournerais pas

Die Wohnung war bei unsere Ankunft sehr sauber & alles notwendige für einen Aufenthalt war vorhanden. Das Zentrum von Lagos ist fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen. 2 Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Zusätzlich zu der schönen Wohnung ist der Pool hervorzuheben, welcher ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt war. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen & würden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Excellent Place to stay
Apartment was perfect for a couple. It was in a great location and had a lovely pool. Even though the apartment was on pool level, it was still nice and quiet and felt private. Lovely fluffy large towels and good quality bed linen. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there were no coffee pods supplied so we couldn’t tell which ones to buy at shops. They should have left us complimentary water & coffee pods as a basic. Also all the remotes for tv & a/c need batteries replaced - these things should be checked before our arrival and we shouldn’t be expected to work that out. But we would book again if these things were changed.

Een heerlijk appartment! Zag er precies zo uit als op de foto's, was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ruim balkon en de toegang tot het zwembad was een heerlijk pluspunt. Wij hadden de beschikking over een auto en vonden dat erg fijn, want de afstand tot Lagos was verder dan we dachten. De omgeving is super! Zou hier zeker nog een keer komen.

Die Lage des Apartments absolut klasse, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Der Pool ist schön, leider sind die Liegen dort aber teilweise kaputt und es gibt keine Auflagen, dadurch eher unbequem. Das Bett ist furchtbar, prinzipiell mag ich gerne feste Matratzen, aber nicht wenn ich jede Feder einzeln spüre. Leider wurde mir auch nicht bei der Buchung gesagt, das man nach 22 Uhr einen Aufpreis von 30€ zahlen muss,für den Check in zahlen muss, obwohl ich vor der Buchung extra gefragt habe, ob ein später Check in möglich ist

We had wonderful stay at the apartment, starting with the check in (host was waiting for us) and well maintained, equipped facilities. The pool was well maintained, the whole building was in very good conditions. We used Uber to move around Lagos, very reliable transportation. Also we think that the location has good access to few restaurants and grocery stores. We recommend this place for future travellers

Wirklich schön!
Positive: Die Wohnung war wirklich super und ordentlich, gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen wäre da nicht das "Bett" Wäre das Bett nicht gewesen wie unten beschrieben wäre es eine klasse Unterkunft! Negative: Die Matratze des Bettes war unverschämt hart und man spürte die Sprungfedern durch . Man konnte nicht wirklich erholsam schlafen, leider eher eine Qual .

Geweldige locatie, mooi ruim opgezette ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien! We mistte na een klein ongelukje enkel een EHBO-doos maar als dat dan het enige is, we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het altijd mooie Lagos!

Bel appartement, Good place
Bel appartement, pour deux personnes. Très bien situé près du centre ville historique (1,5 km) restaurants et de plusieurs épiceries ( 500 m) à pied. Belle plage tout près avec passerelles en bois pour marcher. Cuisine bien équipée. Le lit pas confortable, très dur. Très silencieux pour dormir. Balcon du côté Ouest. Stationnement facile autour de l'immeuble. Belle piscine mais trop froid pour l'utiliser lorsque nous sommes allés en février-mars

Excellent apartment and great location.
Positive: The location was excellent only 10 mins to centre. The apartment was very nice, very well equipped, everything you could want, very secure and very comfortable and very quite. Marvellous apartment best we've ever stayed in Negative: Couldn't find cutlery drawer needs a label on it. The kitchen tap was lose and the late check in was a problem as nowhere to store our luggage while we waited.

Apartment was infested with ANTS and not cleaned properly. Incorrect location shown in map.
Positive: No comment Negative: When we arrived for check-in we found out that the location shown in Google maps was incorrect. Apartment is located further away from the old town, a 8-11 minute walk from the location given in the listing. The apartment was infested with ANTS. It was only cleaned superficially. It was obvious it had not been inhabited for a while and the ants were having a feast! I had ants crawling on me when I sat down on the couch. We had to spend hours our first night in Lagos going back and forth on the phone with Booking.com and the property management. We requested a relocation from Booking.com as soon as we had checked-in. The property management were fully booked. Booking.com said protocol was to first let the property management try to resolve the issue. We had to stay at the location to let a cleaning team in. They sprayed pesticides all over the apartment and manually killed ants with cloths. The attempt of eradication was without success. They only spoke Russian, but I can assume that the pesticides they used had poisonous fumes that one is not supposed to inhale let alone sleep in. The property management admitted to already know that there were ants present in the apartment. They claimed that previous guest might have been a bit filthy and also blamed the heat wave. We had prepaid for 8 nights in July, unfortunately we had to spend one night in Apartment Henri. The confirmation for a refund first came the following afternoon. We were charged fully for that night and only got a refund for 7 nights. This was during high season and Lagos was almost fully booked. Booking.com did not help us with a relocation. The property management, Rental Valley, refused to give a full refund. They didn´t offer any compensation at all for the first night. Rental Valley claim to be a property management team who works hard to make sure their guests stay is smooth and comfortable. Our stay was neither smooth nor comfortable. Do NOT book this apartment!
