Wir hatten ein Wochenende Pech mit der Lautstärke wegen einer Party in der Nachbarschaft. Außerdem könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche sein - weiterer Topf etc. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Apartment, gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig.

It was a very nice space, but it was overall small. A prior reviewer had said the upstairs bathroom was "unusable" but I disagree. I'm a sailor, and compared to the bathroom on a boat, it was spacious, but a large person would be uncomfortable sitting down. There were a few things missing, biggest of which was a simple corkscrew and just a basic bar of soap in the shower. A nice place for two adults and some kids, but we had 4 adults and it felt a bit cramped. But easy walk to central square where all the shops and restaurants are and also easy to get to the marina. Less than 5 minutes to the small beach right at the edge of the marina inlet. In addition, I prefer AirBnB that are managed privately and are actually peoples part time homes. This is a space that is managed by an agency and it is clear no one actually lives here based on the kitchen.

Sehr süßes, schönes Reihenhaus. Hatte alles was wir brauchten. Einziges Manko: im gesamten Obergeschoss gab es nur eine Steckdose! Check-In war easy und schnell per Schlüsselbox. Perfekte Lage nah zum Hafen und Altstadt. Ein Mini Markt war auch in der Nähe, Strände waren ebenfalls zu fuß erreichbar und man hat immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Klimaanlage war top nur leider zu laut um sie beim schlafen laufen zu lassen. Nachts wurde es manchmal sehr laut in der Umgebung. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Lagos. Wir haben es sehr genossen :)

Great location. The space is tight but functional (we’re a family of four with two teens). There are some maintenance issues to be aware of: the on-demand water tank for the shower will go from cold to scalding then back to cold and so on, no matter how much you try to adjust it, the back door lock is extremely difficult to lock, so much so we had to leave it unlocked a couple of nights (which was not a great feeling), and the blind above the single bed doesn’t work where there is a street light right outside. We had to put a bunch of pillows to block out the light so our daughters could sleep. There were also some unexpected checkout requirements (wash and put away all dishes, take out all garbage and recycling, both of which were a few blocks away) that are unreasonable considering the $160 cleaning fee we paid for a five-night stay!

Dit voormalige herenhuis ligt in een doodlopend straatje en ligt in een redelijk rustige omgeving. Voor 5 volwassen personen is de woning wellicht wat krapjes, maar voor ons (2 personen) was het meer dan ruim genoeg. Wij waren met het openbaar vervoer, dus hoefden we niet op zoek naar een parkeerplek. Dit kan wel eens wat lastiger worden in deze omgeving. De binnenstad van Lagos is prima te voet te bereiken en nodigt uit om ontdekt te worden. Dit is een uitstekende plek om te overnachten en alles is op loopafstand te bereiken.

Loved Lagos, would never stay here again.
Positive: We were close to the centre of Lagos, with relatively easy access to the restaurants and other amenities. A 15 min walk to the beach. Negative: The space was too tight for a family of 5 and not exactly as advertised. AC was not permitted at night or when we were out during the day, to cool the property. Limitations on bedroom space and bathrooms, with 1 bathroom practically unusable because it was too tight and only 1 shower. The AC was leaking, window shades were broken, light switches not on properly, windows did not block out noise (it felt like you were outside), extremely noisy neighbours (when we were directed to be quiet after 10pm). Found out a rental company was operating this property. When I asked for new dish towels to replace the ones we used to clean the leaky AC, none were provided. We were there for 8 days and couldn't wait to leave.

The AC was a live saver and the location was very central, walkable to the town center and to some beaches. The farther beaches are just a short and cheap Uber ride away. However, the bedrooms were very small and it was difficult with luggage and the upstairs bathroom was pretty much unusable as there is minimal space. The shower door was broken upon arrival (couldn’t close it) and was not fixed during our stay and we were without hot water for a full day. Rental valley was very responsive and luckily found someone to assess and fix the hot water situation but since it’s a management company, an owner/host wasn’t around to come fix any issues and you’ll have to wait until a weekday.

Fuimos 5 personas, es un apartamento pequeño pero al mismo tiempo muy acogedor. Seria perfecto para 4-3personas, pero nos han advertido de eso antes de llegar. Igualmente decidimos cogerlo por ubicación, precio y porque sabíamos que estaríamos solo 2 noches. No tuvimos ningún contacto con anfitrión, porque es auto check in. Pero ha sido genial, tiene una cocina pequeña, salon, 2 habitaciónes todo para pasar buenas vacaciones. El area en la noche al llegar nos parecio un poco confusa,pero en la mañana nos dimos cuenta que el ambiente es muy de buen rollo y con un aire portugués real. Todo a sido genial! Lo recomiendo!
