Simply perfect!
We stayed there for 3 months. And we work online. All was very easy to do from there. In the daytime from monday to friday its sometimes a bit noisy from the school, which is directly next to it. But… its kids playing... and that´s kind of a good noise, right? :) All in all the apartment is wonderful! So much space. Very clean and all you need to have a great stay!

Close to marina, beach and shopping. Large space with comfortable bed. Multiple sunny terraces where we could dry our clothing. It was great that the unit had a washer since this was the last leg of our journey and we needed to wash our clothes. However, for short stays like mine (5 nights) I would have liked a few more amenities such as shampoo and or body wash, small amount of laundry soap (had to buy a large bottle that we left), at least one pod of dishwasher soap. Nice dishwasher but didn’t use it because we didn’t want to have to buy a large quantity of that too. As far as I know I never communicated with the host as the rental agency handled everything. While they were able to let us in after a two hour wait, their instructions were unclear, incorrect and insufficient to gain access ourselves. All said, if you’re staying for only a short time, be sure to bring everything you need in terms of body and clothes washing. It’s a great location for the reasons stated above.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Anbindung an Strand und Stadt. In der Nähe ist auch gleich ein Bahnhof und eine Busstation in Richtung Innenstadt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt, da alles wohnlich eingerichtet war. Es waren alle benötigten Dinge in der Wohnung vorhanden, jedoch wäre es besser gewesen man hätte wenigstens mehr von jedem Reinigungsartikel wie zum Beispiel Müllbeutel gehabt. (uns hat 1 Müllbeutel extra nicht für 2 Wochen gereicht) Es waren wunderschöne 2 Wochen und wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Die Preisleistung war super und man konnte somit viel in Portugal erleben. Danke an unsere nette Gastgeberin.

Die Wohnung war groß und gut. Zentrums- und Strandnah. Einen Meerblick oder Stadtblick gibt es nicht, da die Wohnung im 1. Stock liegt. Anonyme Wohnblocks. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war mangelhaft, da keine Info zu früherem Check-in trotz Nachfrage.

Eine sehr große und gut gelegene Wohnung - sowohl der Strand als auch die Stadt sind fußläufig (ca. 10-15 min) gut erreichbar. Die Wohngegend ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Türe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt ! Leider ist die Wohnung im Gegensatz zu den Fotos bereits sehr abgewohnt. Dies betraf vor allem die Balkonmöbel und die Küchenzeile sowie das Bad! Das war leider etwas schade und das haben wir so nicht erwartet. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Great location but because it is more of a long term rental, there weren’t any of the same amenities I would expect from an AirBnB. We planned the Algarve in the middle of our two week trip in Portugal to purposely to do laundry, only to find that we had to buy a large bottle of detergent because there was none on site. In addition, we were given two rolls of toilet paper for a 5 night stay - missed that in description - but again, reminded me that it’s a rental apartment - not the same as what I’ve been used to. The bed is somewhat comfortable, but the sheets are thin and stiff. As for the noise people wrote about, we found the apartment to be quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for a large unit, close to the marina and beaches, then this place is great.

The location is great, close to the city center and marina, while in a quiet neighbourhood. The parking was good, and always available. On the surface the place is great. Spacious, new, and with a lot of amenities. But there where a number of things that bothered us during our stay. One of the main reasons for us choosing this place was to have a pool available. Unfortunately the pool was dirty every time we went there. We reported this, and was told it would be reported to the condominium. Nothing changed though. The faucet was broken when we arrived, so we physically had to hold it while we used it. When we reported this, we were told that they would look at it during check-out, a week later. The washing machine smelled, and no cleaning supplies for us to clean it. The kitchen was crooked, and the plinth was constantly falling out, hitting us. In general, it doesn't seem to be put a lot of effort into the place. We constantly discovered things that were broken or not maintained.

Myself and my daughter have had a lovely relaxing week at Casa Marina. The apartment exceeded our expectations in size and was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location of the apartment was excellent, the marina being only 5 minutes on foot and the beach and old town approximately 15 minutes. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Marina's apartment for a fab stay in Lagos.

Locating the property was very straightforward, gaining initial access somewhat less so. I would like to think that this was an unfortunate occurance but it might be something which is worth reviewing. However, once my wife and I were actually in the property, we were delighted. It was everything we had hoped for. Clean, light, airy, spacious and well appointed. Great TV and WiFi. Lovely and peaceful in the evening and overnight. For our week in Lagos, it was perfect, with easy access to superb beaches and the town itself. We hadn't hired a car and frankly it wasn't needed. We had arrived in Lagos after a weeks cycling south through the Rota Vicentina to the Algarve and simply wanted to relax. Eating out was a pleasure with plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. Plenty of supermarkets within easy reach. So thank you for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. Also thank you to Rental Valley for looking into our initial entry issues.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend war. Es gibt einige gravierende Mängel, die ich nicht übersehen kann. Erstens ist die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Wäscheständer war kaputt und die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Wasser wechselte ständig zwischen eiskalt und siedend heiß. Das hat das Duschen zu einer unangenehmen Erfahrung gemacht. Jedoch möchte ich besonders den folgenden Punkt hervorheben. In der Beschreibung wurde der Zugang zum Fitnessstudio zugesichert. Leider wurde mir der Schlüssel erst nach zweimaligem Nachfragen und erst am dritten Tag meines Aufenthalts übergeben. Dieser Schlüssel hätte von Anfang an verfügbar sein müssen. Ich bat um eine angemessene Kompensation, da ich gezwungen war, mir für die restliche Zeit meines Aufenthalts ein anderes Fitnessstudio in der Nähe zu suchen. Leider habe ich vom Gastgeber keine Kompensation erhalten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Ausstattung war durchschnittlich. Den Fitnesstraum konnten wir leider nicht gut nutzen, da er veraltet ausgestattet war. Der Host war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat immer schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet - vielen Dank dafür! :-)

Loved the location it was quiet and not many tourists in that area. Went to roof top area to get some sun and swim in the pool. Could make our breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Only negatives were pool needed to be cleaned and apartment is not easy to locate as map brought us to wrong building originally

The apartment is conveniently located and functional - we stayed for a month and worked from home the whole time. The rental agency was very responsive and helped us out with all our requests in a timely manner which was appreciated. The main issue is that the flat is loud, very loud. You can hear all the neighbours’ conversations distinctly (and more), and the balcony is facing a school so you can hear the children every day of the week. Finally, the apartment would benefit from a bit of decoration - it’s all grey and lacks some proper lighting. We were overall happy with our stay as we went in low season so the price of the flat was almost half of what it is during high season.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with sunny balcony. Great location within short walking distance of the train and bus stations, marina, the city centre and Meia Praia beach. Bedroom walls are thin though so conversations in the neighbouring apartment are clearly audible.

We recently stayed for almost 2 months, and first, I must say that the apartment was excellent. The space was spacious (really big, it feels like 90m2) and comfortable, and the quality of the furnishings and kitchen equipment was top-notch. The internet connection was also reliable, which was very important as we did work during our stay. Additionally, the location was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach, marina, and city center, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The service and communication with the management company were not as smooth as we expected. We encountered a problem, and it took a lot of back and forth to resolve it, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the first cleaning lady was quite rude to us, which was not a pleasant experience. Despite these issues, our overall stay was very positive, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place in the heart of Lagos

Flat close to the beach for a great workation: We stayed for nearly three weeks and specially loved that it took us just 10 minutes to the beach. If you consider working in Lagos: Its spacious enough for two to work there and Wi-Fi was super fast. Check in was easy and Dulce was always super fast in replying and very friendly. Also she had prepared a little welcome with pastel de nata and almond cookies and wine for us which was cute! When we arrived the water tab in the kitchen was loose and Dulce just sent us somebody to repair it the next day. So thank you very much.
