The space
This modern apartment close to the Lagos Marina has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the fresh air on the large balcony. This accommdation is ideal for a small family or two couples.

The neighborhood
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Getting around
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning and linen fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 14 of arrival. We strongly advice to take a cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial damage.

The one issue for me was that there was only one set of keys available. Originally I was due to travel with a family member and we would have been coming and going at different times. I 've always been able to get a second set of keys especially when its a two bed apartment.

it was clean and spacious for a family of 4. We had a lovely stay. instructions were very clear, and we were very happy with the flexible check in.
An easy walk to the marina and beyond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Good size apartment which matched the photos and listing. Pool was clean but a little cold the sun loungers were a little old but usable. Small gym with great views while exercising.
Small international food shop 100 meters from apartment and large Pingo 10 minutes walk away.
The local area short walk to the beach which was amazing along with a great boardwalk system newly built. Lagos centre was just a 10 minute stroll away with great food restaurants. Local farmers market every Saturday, fish market daily.

It is close to the beach. We received very helpful info by email.
The check in was a little bit complicated, we couldn't find the key at first sight. May be will be better to put some Fotos in instruction email.

The main and only downside I noticed is that a family lives above and you can hear the child running wildly around. But after 22pm there were not many noises to hear from other tenants.
Other than that, I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone, who does not mind to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the city center. If you have a car, there is a big parking lot nearby or some parking spaces in front of the building. A big supermarket is also not too far away.

Beds could use a foam topper
Master bath shower: water would not come out of shower;
Would have been helpful to have a recycling container in kitchen as there are containers behind building for recyclables but we didn’t know that ;
Remote for heating and cooling in second bedroom did not work- though the remote for master worked in both rooms.

Posizione ottimale per visitare l'Algarve.
Piscina gelida, non riscaldata (soggiorno a fine maggio).
Sistema post prenotazione macchinoso, si riceve tutto da un'agenzia via mail. Dalla caparra da lasciare tramite un sito alla richiesta dei dati dei soggiornanti tramite un modulo non perfettamente funzionale, alle regole della casa (ben 4 fogli da leggere). Ci si sente stressati prima di iniziare la vacanza cosi come al momento del check out. Gestire questo aspetto con piu semplicità come fanno gli altri host sarebbe meglio, ma nel complesso piu che consigliata.

O espaço dos balneários da piscina deveriam ser melhor mantidos pois os duches estavam avariados. A aspiração da piscina deveria ser feita diariamente.

Foi super fácil obter a chave e nem foi preciso o contacto com ninguém. Cozinha muito completa. A piscina era boa. Casa com boas dimensões.
O único ponto menos positivo foram os vizinhos que fazem algum barulho e ás vezes pode incomodar, especialmente se quiser descansar.

This apartment was absolutely exceptional !!!! All kitchen equipment was available and functional so you can eat at the apartment. The appartment was very trendy and modern. It was spacious and very clean! We recommend at 100% this Airbnb. Everything was perfect from A to Z !!!
