The space
This lovely bungalow is situated in the garden of the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach and boulevard at only 50 meters distance from this nice place.
The bungalow is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Also, a private garden to enjoy.

The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Die einzige kleine Sache, die für meinen Mann (ca.1,90 m groß) etwas unangenehm war, ist die Toilette, bzw. die Größe des Raumes, der hätte etwas größer sein können. ;-)
Toll war auch der sehr kurze Weg zum Strand und auch in die Innenstadt.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter :-)

Der Innenhof war sehr unordentlich und sehr dreckig, so dass er nicht zu benutzen war.

Die Ausstattung ist auch mehr als ausreichend.
Der Check-in und check-out lief reibungslos ab.
Mit den Gastgebern hatten wir keinerlei Kontakt und wurden am letzten Tag vielleicht mal mit einem Auge angeschaut. Fand ich ein wenig schade.
Die Toilette ist sehr eng und das Wasser braucht ewig bis es warm ist. Ebenso wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen nach dem Duschen die Fenster zu öffnen, da die feuchte Luft dann größtenteils im Zimmer steht.
Es gab Schimmelbildung an den Wänden, was mich zu einer weiteren Empfehlung abraten lässt, da die Gesundheit der Gäste oberste Priorität haben sollte.

It’s a very low key and calm neighborhood, really perfect to relax.
We were very frustrated about receiving a link far in advance about parking and that we have to per order a parking ticket. Then one week in advance we were giving a handbook by rental valley about Check in details and it said that there is a card equipped in the apartment that gives you free parking. I even called rental valley in advance regarding the parking lot de zuid and i wasn’t told that I don’t have to make a reservation for parking. That way we spent $50 on parking which we didn’t need to. Also there was a Band aid in the shower and a used tissue on the chair in the bedroom, really gross.

sehr gut war auch das Ticket, mit dem man umsonst auf einem der nahegelegenen Parkplätze parken kann - hatten wir wohl vorher überlesen!

Das Apartment liegt im Hinterhof eines Hauses und bei offenen Gardinen kann man den Vermietern direkt ins Haus schauen und auch umgekehrt. Auch die Mülltonnen direkt vom Fenster waren nicht ganz so schön, da gäbe es bestimmt eine bessere Lösung.

Es ist trotz Hinterhoflage ziemlich laut von den angrenzenden Nachbarn. Auf der Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken, das ist etwas unpraktisch. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Prinzip ist alles da. Im Herbst muss man darauf achten, dass die Heizung angestellt wird, die wird zentral gesteuert. Die Vermieter vom Haus haben ihr Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer zum Garten, typisch holländisch. Wir finden das nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen, dass die Fenster komplett einsehbar sind.

Er was geen wifi zoals beloofd.
Het was slecht weer dus hadden we ons verheugd op netflixen.
In het leefgedeelte mini verblijf keuken waar een bank in stond geen TV
Wel een mini schermpje tegen de muur in de slaapkamer.
We kregen 10 % terug omdat er geen wifi was :(

1 klein minpuntje is de kleine tv die in de slaapkamer hangt. Deze is wat klein voor de afstand waar deze op hangt. En het is de enige tv in het huisje.

de (slaap)bank die in de huiskamer staat zit erg slecht. Om rugpijn van te krijgen! De afstand tussen het huisje en het huis van de eigenaren is zo klein dat je bijna geen privacy hebt als je de gordijnen niet sluit.

Die Info über die kostenlose Parkkarte für den Zandvoort Zuid Parkplatz hätte im vorraus geholfen.
Auch der Check In und Check Out waren super einfach und problemlos.

Samstag Abend stellen wir fest, dass das Fernsehen nicht funktioniert und es ist dann nicht klar an wen man sich dann wenden kann.
Aber ansonsten alles gut und die Nähe zum Strand ist ebenfalls klasse gewesen.

Der Bungalow ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Zugang zum fensterlosen Bad ist durch das Schlafzimmer, deswegen war wohl eine Ecke im Schlafzimmer feucht und angeschimmelt. Auch lief das Wasser im Waschbecken vom Bad schlecht weg. Der TV befindet sich im Schlafzimmer.
Küche - Wohnzimmer gut ausgestattet.
Preis-Leitung ist in Ordnung.

As you know we have to phone you four times because the heating was OFF. The weather was cold 10degrees and wet.So we couldn't get dry. Now we ARE ILL FOR ONE WEEK AND COULDN#T WORK:
tHE BUNGALOW WAS VERY COSY-My husband is 1,87m tall and couldn'T SIT ON THE TOILETT WITH HIS Knees:BUT THE APPARTMENT WAS clean. A Siser IS MISSING; BUT WE HAD IT BY OURSELVES: aLSO THE GARBAGE IS ALL TOGETHER; WE DON#T KNOW WHERE TO PUT IT IN. ALL THE BINS WERE FuLL WITH CARTONAGE:

Man muss nur eine kleine Seitenstraße durchlaufen und ist direkt am Stand, zu Fuß nicht mal eine Minute !!!

Even though we were in Zandvoort off season, in early November, the dunes were a beautiful and relaxing walk which we took every day, often ending up in one of the restaurants on the beach. I highly recommend Zandvoort and Niels' place if you enjoy long, lazy days interspersed with some urban action.

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Die Lage ist perfekt, keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum.
Die Nachbarn sind außerordentlich nett.
Wir haben die Zeit (trotz des vielen Regens) sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder.

Bungalow liegt ein direkt am Wohnzinmer der Vermieter. Ist zunächst etwas merkwürdig, aber dank Gardinen garkein Problem.

It is literally a two minute walk to the beach.
You can park your car five minutes away (by feet) for 7,50€ per day (there is a big old tower you can not overlook.
Do not park in the streets around the building. There a just for residents. Take care of the signs.
Check in was easy as described.
You live in the backyard of the house where the Family lives.
Just two meters next to their livingroom. They gave us the privacy that we needed. They were friendly. If you looking for them to talk to I am sure they will!
It is small but enough. Bathroom is just next to the bedroom. Toilet is separate but no sink. You go to the bathroom to wash your hands but it is Airbnb and not a Hotel suite.
Soap was missing but I guess it was our fault not to ask for it.
And do not forget to bring your hair dryer.
5 stars plus for cleanliness!!!!

Le lit est grand et très confortable. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout le nécessaire voire plus ! La salle de bain manque de rangements mais rien de grave. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour deux personnes.

Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

I would not suggest to stay in that bungalow with more than two people. There is a sofa which can be used as a bed but then there is not enough room in the kitchen. For two people it is a very cozy place to stay.
The neighbors are very nice and in case you do not want to talk to them for hours you do not have to.
All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in Zandvoort!

unsere Tochter benutzen durfte. Die Familie war extrem nett und es war eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.
Der Bungalow liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt jede Menge tolle Strand-Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts.
Der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Max. 5 min zu Fuß) und auch das Stadtzentrum ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
An-und Abreise hat super geklappt. Absolut problemlos!
Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen denn es war sauber und wirklich sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
